I am giving CT Auto Center Sales 5 stars because, not only did I get the car that I was looking for (in my price range), but Sean did everything in his power to help me finance it. I have no idea how many different banks he called to try and help with my situation. He was determined to get me the vehicle and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend CT Auto if you see a car they have. They have a great selection but they are small enough that they can help you with your needs.Highly recommend.

Curt from shoreline area,I tried CT Auto Center Sales in Milford just by chance to shop for a used car. After test driving a few I settled on a 2009 Toyota Prius. The body was a bronze color with a tan interior. They had just gotten the car in on a day when I was there and it looked good. After settling payment I found that it had a few issues (wheel bearings and wipers) which the staff took care of at no extra cost. Now the auto runs like a brand new car!I highly recommend this place and the owner Sean as reliable, courteous and forthright. He represents his inventory and service with honesty and care. CT Auto Center Sales is a great place to shop for a wide variety of very good used vehicles.

Horrible, paid 6500 for a 2010 Tiguan and I’ve been getting the run around from the owner Sean for repairs. I took the vehicle to vw gengras and found out that it had another 8k+ in repair. My wife just had a baby so I wanted something safe for her to drive but from the amount of rust one of the coil springs fell off and other major problems. Every time I call he says theirs a customer in front of him and it’s very frustrating as I’ve only had this vehicle for four months. Well this has been the worst used car buying experience that I’ve ever had! Definitely wouldn’t recommend this business.

There was an issue that came up with my car a few weeks after purchase. Most used car dealers will tell you as is youre on your own. Not Sean. He took care of my problem and went the extra mile(s) to do so! I am extremely impressed and would encourage anyone I know to stop by CT Auto Center and take a look at his inventory.In addition, not only do they sell cars but they service them as well. A discounted price is offered to customers who have purchased their vehicle from them. An added perk! Check them out!

I had a very good experience here. Mike and Sean are very professional at what they do and they were mechanics before working there which is a plus. I work on cars as well so I could tell. They arent just salesmans, they actually know about cars not just how to sell them. I drove quite a bit away to check out a car on their lot that I saw online. The car looked just how it looked in the pictures. When I met Sean and mike they were inviting and not pushy at all. I test drove the car and it drove great. They made the process of getting the right loan smooth and easy. When I came back a couple days after to pick the car up they even cleaned the headlights to brand new condition with no additional charge. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a car.

Great customer service if your looking for a good used car this place is it if you dont see what you like he will find it for you !!! Vehicle I wanted had a deposit but Sean took my number down and wouldnt you know two days later I was down there purchasing it Sean took care of me I had to bring back for a sensor which was changed and car runs great it was just like in the pictures I will go back to purchase again thanks Sean for wonderful customer service !!

Just bought a small truck from CT Auto Center in Milford, CT. Had a great experience. Ive come across pushy salesmen before, but not here. The salesmen were courteous and delivered the vehicle to us as promised. We were in a hurry to pick up the truck before the weekend and CT Auto Center had all the paperwork done and the vehicle prepped and ready for pickup. They have many vehicles to choose from; in all price ranges. I would highly recommend checking out CT Auto Center if you are looking for a used vehicle. We will definitely be going there again.

A refreshing car buying experience for sure! I have always had bad luck and shady dealings with dealerships in the past- particularly with the brand name dealerships like Honda and Toyota. I dreaded shopping for a new car only because I hate having to deal with car sales people and the gimmicks to get what I want.None of those sales gimmicks or troublesome sales antics happened at CT Auto Center. I came in to look at a specific car - the one I wanted was sold. Sean didnt pressure me into anything else on his lot but promised to contact me if he got another type of vehicle I liked.He made good on his promise and two weeks later I got a call from Sean telling me about a great car he just acquired that matched the original one- only better! Low miles, newer, more features - with an even more exceptional price tag.Sean knew I was excited and anxious to take this car- so he sent me as much information as possible while he was acquiring the car. Sent photos and history - and as soon as his service specialist went through the car he told me exactly what needed to and would be done to the car to ensure it was in the best possible shape when I purchased it.There was no haggling - this vehicle was already priced lower than any of its kind and I was told up front of the dealer fees etc. I knew exactly what to expect and Sean and the folks went above and beyond. They even offered to have the car DELIVERED to me for free to surprise my little boy with my new big truck.Everything is as they said- and every promise and commitment was kept. Sean even met me on his day off to install a part I ordered in the freezing cold because the delivery was delayed. Thats good business.I LOVE my new big truck and love the experience I had. Definitely directing all my friends and family to CT Auto Center Sales from now on.

I went down to CT Auto Center Sales to check out a Jeep they had for sale. Met with Sean and Mike. Checked out the Jeep and took it for a test drive. The guys were extremely helpful, set me up with financing and allowed me to have the vehicle inspected by my local mechanic. Would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. I bought a used Volkswagen Jetta from Sean at Connecticut auto center sales a few months ago. He made the entire process so simple. I dont have the best of credit and Sean found me a bank that would approve my loan in no time. He called me back to let me know the vehicle was ready and when I went down I just picked up the keys and the car and went on my way. I heard this dealer telling someone that he sells $hitbox BMWs all the time and then he pointed to one and laughed. I would stay far far away from this place.

Poor dealer. He will lure you to buy a car. After some months he will not even reply to you or pick up your phone.
