The work they did on my truck was fantastic! It was quite the healthy job and it was completely finished and looking great in a timely manner! If anything were to happen again to my truck I would be making the phone call back there again. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional, and they kept me up to date as much as they could through every step of the process. You can tell they know what they are doing. Sales person at first was not friendly and said one thing then changed it. Said car would be on sale Saturday at a sale price and then said oh no that was the sale price you missed understood me… couldn’t provide the interest rate just said that’s not my department. Once we got to sign the paper work the finance guy was super nice, answered all of our questions, and even got us a new battery for my mother in law suv which we purchased from them as well years ago.

The work was fine...no problem there. However, the intake person told me that Burton only takes people home within a 10 mile radius. However, I understand that he is incorrect about that and that the pickup and delivery of passengers goes to Rehoboth on a regular basis. I asked about a ride home when I made the appointment and he didnt tell me that you only service within a 10 mile radius or I would not have made the appointment. As it turned out Jeff, who is the driver, came for me and he was very polite and a good conversationalist. You have a good employee there.Also, when I went to the service department on my initial visit no one greeted me and I had to go up to the desk to get noticed. Not a very welcoming experience.

The service staff was very courteous, cordial, and accommodating. They were able to diagnose and fix an electrical problem and perform and oil change in not much longer than a hour, and the oil change was something I asked for only after I had arrived.
Our salesman was great, we test drove a few cars and had a hard time maki g a decision. It was late and we never felt rushed. Very friendly staff!

My experience with I.G.Burton could be great but Im missing my cane! I had a cane that I use to help me walk, in the back window of my Buick. Every since I got my car back I cant find it. I would appreciate it if they could find it and return it to me.

I contacted the Service Dept in desperation. My car was barely drivable, I was 30 miles from home and my regular Buick service dept was booked for a couple weeks. Paul said bring it in and four days later I picked it up good as new. He delivered in the timeframe promised. I liked the email, web and text communication system they use. Very effective.

The repair was good on the lower bumper. The pant was a good match. I liked the update on the work so I could know when the work was to be completed.The inside the car was full of dust which bothered me. I cleaned it as soon as I got home.Also, just above the bumper there was a small ding which which looked like a stone caused the mark. I didn’t remember it before when I took it to your place. I not accusing you of causing the mark. I would like that taken care of and I would even pay for it since it if someone asked since it is the only mark on the car.I’m very fussy about keeping the car clean and looking perfect.

I was traveling with 3 kids and a dog when my water pump blew. I own a 2019 Chevy Tahoe. They were extremely busy and stated it would take a few days.It was Friday around noon. Believe if the wiring harnesses are made from a bi-product of soy bean and there have been numerous issues with rodents eating the wiring and connectors, that these issues should be a under a type of recall or as an additional warranty item so that the vehicle owner does not pay for the repairs.I hope that GM and other care manufacturers come up with other options to prevent electrical fires in vehicles.I have paid over $1000 in 6 months for wiring harness repairs.
I was rear ended about 7 weeks ago and opted to take my car to I.G. Burton body shop in Milford because I wanted to keep everything OEM Mopar. I assumed everything would be top notch since it is a dealership body shop, I could not have been more wrong.. What was estimated by the insurance company as a 2 to 3 day repair turned in multiple trips back-and-forth to The Body Shop taking about a month. The 1st time they had my car for 3 days before they called me to come back and get it because they said the parts were about a week out.. When I finally did take it back to get it they had it for a following 8 days and then I had to come back and get it because the other 2 parts they needed for my car were another week out, I finally brought it back for a 3rd time to get the parts installed which I was told would take a few hours. About 4 hours after they opened and I hadnt heard from anyone I contacted The Body Shop and they told us that there was nobody in to work on my car and it was still sitting out front. I got very upset, but what could I do? They finally called me the next day to come up and pick up my car, when I did did the only one there was the receptionist. Now, this lady has to be one of the most condescending sarcastic belittling woman to ever work in the service industry. You wanted a review, there it is. Ill never, ever, ever go back.

I.g. Burton is a fantastic business to work with. Ive been looking for a Dual Rear wheel Silverado, and the truck they had checked all of the boxes I needed. I began communicating with Tom in internet sales. He was very helpful, and provided the information I needed. Tom offered a fair price (no dealer markup, which was nice). I took a few days to sell my current vehicle, and Jeff, internet sales manager, followed up a few days later to check in. When I was ready, I contacted the Tom who was able to help me secure financing with a great rate. Ariel, also in internet sales, helped collect the deposit and prepped everything. On delivery day, a staff member picked me up from the airport and brought me to the dealership, Ariel had the vehicle out front and ready for me to inspect. Ariel offered me a coffee, then proceeded to walk me through features, set up my Bluetooth, and set up OnStar. Laura in finance already had everything ready when it was time for finance, so the business end of the transaction took less than 15 minutes.This was the easiest auto transaction I have participated in (out of 23). I will gladly make the trip for future purchases.

I was super pleased with the service I received. The person I was working with wasn’t pushy, worked with what I wanted and found me the perfect vehicle. And after a few hiccups made sure I got the spare key, and made sure I was happy even after I left the dealership.
Had 06 Sierra in for diagnosis of electrical problems. Paul was my service contact. Had scheduled appointment truck left night before and had diagnosis before 10 am next day. Had list of repairs, total cost for repair. And when I said I would like to attempt repair at home, Paul answered all of my questions and even enlightened me. There was no pressure to have repair there. I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership, I have had transmission work done next door and have ordered a new vehicle from them 2weeks ago. I strongly recommend the Christine to sell you a car or truck, Mark to find you best financing if you need and Paul in the service department to help get back on the road. I am sure everyone is like the people I mentioned but I have had dealings with these individuals

I only trust Chevy techs with my Chevy and these guys always put customers first. They have my trust as a I am a certified technician with very little time to deal with my own vehicle I trust very few with anything to do with my baby. However I give four stars and not five because they have recommended parts that I have already replaced myself repeatedly (I understand the need for the business) however they still try to up the service on parts and labor they obviously never took the time to properly look through in their inspections of overall needs of the vehicle. I still would recommend to all my Chevy enthusiasts who need a service done.
