Of all the dealerships on the strip, during a time when inventory was in short supply; They had exactly what I needed, and I was out same day with a car that fit my budget. Salesman Warren was straightforward and extremely helpful. Would not let me take car without driving it first. I will be definitely checking here first in the future.

I was met by Ricky mills as soon I walked in the building and he handled me and the whole buying process with top tier professionalism. I wasnt even going to bother with this,I just keep getting reminder texts to leave a review,so here it is. Back in July, the purchase of my vehicle was a nightmare. Napoli nissan was given many opportunities to avoid this review, but they never got back to me.Service Dept has been pretty good,since I bought my car.
Service is always kind and easy to work with! I have to admit that there was one time where my car came out of the service dept. with the hood not closed all the way or my gas tank door was still open. Luckily I caught that and closed the hood before driving off. Even though this happened, I still love going to Napoli Nissan to get my Nissan serviced because the people behind the desk are always welcoming. Junior is the person that I always see there. He always helps me and gets my car into the shop area. He’s quick, professional, and nice. He definitely deserves a raise or pay increase ASAP!
We brought our car in because it was having trouble starting and reading the key. It also sounded like the battery wasn’t super strong when it did try and start. We got told the battery was good, and they re programmed the original key, that didn’t work, so we bought a new key. The next day the car didn’t start and sounded like the battery was dead. I bought a new battery myself and the car has been fine since.
Napoli Nissan loves to rip people off for their money. When I purchased my car they only gave me one key I had to purchase another one for $400 and something dollars when I lost that one key.Then the key needed to get fixed and they were charging me $400 and something again for another key while I still had my key or pay $150 to reprogram my key to the car.I even spoke to the manager and he was no help to the situation, still trying to charge me all this money for a key I have it just needed a little fixing.
Jen made our experience amazing. She called us everyday to give an update as well went out of her way to help bring me my credit card that I left in the office. She really is a great addition to your team and we would definitely be back in/ recommend her to our friends and family. Each time we come in, she makes sure everything is perfect as well as gets me in and out. So thankful to work with her!!!

I gave them high praise last week. They did a good job. They needed to order another part on 7/5/2021. They said it would be in 3-5 business days. Part not in by 7/11, needed my car back and they were to call when part delivered. Today 7/16/2021 and no word. I called this morning to see if part delivered. Still no, was told they would look into it and call me back in a bit. Its 5pm still no call back.

My sales rep was Warren he was great and most of very honest. My plan was to take a took at vehicles only not purchase one but he made so easy I walked out with a brand new vehicle! I have been eyeing a certain color and when I saw it up close and personal I knew it was the one. I have purchased cars from other dealers in the past, this was my worst experiences buying a car. One of the cars I purchased stalled after only three hours. We had to tow it back to the dealership where they tried to fix it for two days. I did get a different car from them because I didnt want the other car.The second car had some issues which they tried to fix some of them. The best part of this experience was my sales rep Harrison.

I went to my tires rotated last year and a few hours after I picked up my car my bf realized the tires were in the same order and had NOT been rotated. Drove back to dealership and was told it was an oversight The mechanic thought hed rotated them but realized when I came back that he forgot. Very very disturbing

Work involved opening the lift gate on a 2019 Rogue that inadvertently closed resulting in not being able to close lift gate. Technician did not discuss what he found to be the problem and what would need to be done to open the lift gate latch before completing what he thought was a misaligned lift gate. The service tech did not tell me how the technician open the lift gate latch just said it was misaligned.Still have heard nothing from General Manager concerning the grievance I forwarded to him.I guess I will need to seek other alternatives to resolve my grievance as Napoli Management is not responsive. I look forward to communication from other Nissan representatives above the Napoli Motors level.
Great dealership. Always feels like family not a business. The service advisors are always friendly and very helpful. The sign of a great dealership is when waiting for your vehicle, you don’t hear anyone complaining and no customer complaints are evident. I have never heard anyone complain so to me that is the sign of a good dealership.
Absolutely love the care that given to me at Nissan. Ron showed me all my options with my Rogue. He help find the one deal that really benefited me. He broke every detail down for me and answered all my questions. Again this is the place to go if you want everything done perfectly.
These guys are the best! Had a couple issues with my Sentra and was nervous is might be breaking down on me. These guys got it driving better than the day I got it. They are probably a little more expensive than others, but it is worth every penny. It’s hard to find good, trustworthy mechanics like the staff here. Will always be my first option!

I havent been to Napoli in some years I went to Napoli kia about 4 years ago and did not have a great experience with the truck I had, the salesman just wanted to make a sale, I brought my truck back many times with issues starting from after like 1-2 months I vowed never to go back to Napoli again because of what I had experience. Ive been looking to trade in my vehicle, i was looking all over and someone said go back to Napoli give them a 2nd try plus the vehicle is from them so i started looking at reviews for both Napolis and when I saw the reviews on Napoli Nissan few people kept mentioning a salesman named RICKY MILLSi said let me give it a try because Im seeing more than a few reviews mention his name so I called yesterday from work and went there after I was off. I told him what I was looking for what I had to put down. I told him about my past experience with Napoli and wasnt too sure about coming back to them. He changed my perspective of Napoli. I love the fact that he (Ricky) wasnt just trying to sell me anything to make a sale he along with the GSM BRENDAN CAMILLERI were really upfront with me about the numbers what I can get with my credit etc. Ricky was so nice answered all my questions he didnt give me the run around. I am truly glad God lead me there now today I go pickup new vehicle 💃🏿💃🏿 I went from a 2009 to a 2018. Thank you God, Ricky and Napoli for making this experience totally different from my last one. ❤

Lets just say that Im just not satisfied with Nissan dealerships around here and the level of quality service. This is my third Nissan Dealership due to the service side of things. Ive had 6 nissans and the level of service seems to go down by the visit.Finally, drove out of my way to Napoli to service my car. My air conditioner stopped working, so they fixed it. It worked for less than a week and I had to bring it back. They finally fix it, but now my car is running very rough when the a/c is on. Due to me taking it back the second time, they did offer to due my oil change/tire rotation free. When I took it back two weeks later for this free service, I asked if the service manager could test drive the car. He did and deemed nothing wrong with it. Fine, okay but Im not crazy. So all I asked was if he put that in writing for me, as Ive had this happened before when they check something and I have to fix it later; and I argue that they once checked it and said nothing was wrong. And since there was no documentation, I had no proof. So I asked Reuben in two separate emails for this in writing and still nothing after two weeks. Since my car is now 7 years old, Ill just go to a trusted local mechanic that has the reputation of working with integrity and giving better service as they depend on each customer to come back.Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 as Luis at the service desk has been great for the times Ive been there. On the flipside, their answering service is bad and doesnt relay the messages to get a callback (0 for 2).

The woman in the front desk in the maintenance and repair department is not nice and she is a LAIR.The complement service to wash your car is give to the clients, they didnt do it to my car, I ask her why they didnt wash my car and instead to choose a give me a nice answer like: sorry the maybe forgot or let me see what I can do, she answer me back and said that the machine was broken.Of course the machine wasnt broke! I saw a bunch of cars coming out clean, another manager for another department help me with the situation.The worst part is that she is a manager!
Got my first oil change and experience was great. Everything done in a timely manner. The only thing that got me upset was that I havent even made my first car payment and had to get an oil change so quick. Please before selling cars I believe all of this should be done before giving it to the buyer.

Absolutely horrible. Had a 10:30 appointment and my car sat in front of the service shop until there was a line of 4 cars behind it. Over all a oil change took 2 hours to accomplish and the job still wasnt complete when the car was returned to me. The amount they mark up their services is also outrageous. I was a Nissan service advisor for 2 years and have never charged someone $40 for an oil change. Avoid this place.

Car buying is never a great experience. It takes forever, you don’t really know what’s going on, you’re constantly on high alert wondering if you’re being swindled, 90% of the vocabulary being used you’ve never heard before and you know you’re going to be spending a ton of money most of which your not sure what it’s even for! But Napoli Nissan was different. They truly treated me like I was their family... like they were selling their favorite aunt/cousin/sister a car and not a stranger off the street. Frank, the salesman that worked with me, made this the most seamless car buying experience I’ve ever had. It was quick, painless, he answered all my crazy questions and never made me feel like I was being annoying when I called my dad to ask him questions. He assured me we had all the time we needed to get me exactly what I wanted and I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision. Every option I had was presented to me even if I didn’t necessarily think I would like them. Frank wanted to make sure I saw everything he had within my parameters so no Stone was left unturned.
