Recently went for servicing my vehicle. Their oil change deals are awesome and hence went without any hesitation, as many of my friends have purchased their car from this dealer and always heard good reviewsCouple of service representatives do upsell services, got into one who recommended a 30k miles service half of that was already done for my SUV, just 6 months ago with a different dealer, with all service records available on the system and also available in my car dashboard. Ended up paying a hefty amount, one thing they provided was a rental car which I think is a good gesture and they completed the work at the promised time, quality of work has scope for improvement overall..

My service rep Kevin was terribly rude and unhelpful. When trying to resolve a service issue where I paid for work that was not done by DCH which they took over for, their service manager originally said he would give me my money back or do the service. I tried to get the service but it did not happen for 4.5 months so I asked for my money back but then they refused. Very difficult place to do busy. Kevin would not return my call to see if the part was in before my appointment. Just read all the terrible reviews in yelp to see that this is not a place to do any business with.

When I went to Imperial Toyota in Milford, a couple of days ago, I had a car on my mind. After I had closed the deal, I realized that I could not afford that car, yet. I had to choose a more affordable car which could have made me feel unhappy, but thanks to Matt Auger’s patience and willingness to help, I left the Imperial dealership feeling very happy because I got an amazing car with a monthly payment that fits in my budget. Matt Auger’s professionalism did not end when the papers were signed. I had a ride problem. Imperial could not provide a shuttle ride because my town is out of their catchment area. Matt offered to deliver the car to my front door. I cannot find words to express how amazing this experience was due to Matt’s kindness. I strongly recommend Matt Auger.

Apparently you can only test drive a car if you are willing to sit down and negotiate immediately. They have no tolerance for you to look at other cars.during the pandemic. They wouldnt let me take two models for a 2 minute test drive. Dealers pay attention...Tesla is killing it because the test drive experience is by far the best on earth. Even when inventory is back to normal numbers I have no patience to deal with high-pressure dealers.I dont think I want a Tesla but if this is the norm with all dealers then I will.
I cannot say enough about the customer service at Imperial Toyota in Milford, MA! I met with Nicholas Andreoli and he was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Nick met with me multiple times and was very patient, knowledgeable and personable throughout the whole process. Brought my car in for an oil change, I made the appointment first thing in the morning for a 12:30 appointment. The dealer knew the make and model of my car prior to the service. I waited for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. The service advisor told me at the end of appointment that the wait was because they did not have the appropriate oil filter for my car and had to go get one. I understand these things happen but just a little communication would’ve been nice to give me the option of having someone pick me up so I didn’t waste 2 1/2 hours of my day sitting in the dealership.
Mo made buying my new Tundra simple and smooth. I came from out of state so there was a little extra work to be done and Mo stayed in touch with me through the whole process and was excellent at explaining what the next step would be. It was great working with him and one of the best things about Mo was that he kept reassuring me I could still reach out to him with any questions even now that the deal is done. Most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had.I did a ton of research and shopping on line. From the Imperial website I was able to Identify a couple of Tacomas that I was interested in and that were in stock.I requested more info from the website and was put in touch with the internet sales manager (Sabrina?). From there I was able to inquire about the availability of specific trucks and get my other questions answered by text. We then setup an appointment to visit the showroom.When I got there I was greeted by Kevin Silva. He was able to help me test drive a couple of different Tacomas and work out a deal that included my trade in. I took care of financing and signing all the paperwork with Emad Sadeek and drove off with my new truck.All of this took about 3 hours on a Friday afternoon! It was truly one of the most seamless car buying experience I have ever had.I’ll be back!

I switched to Imperial Toyota in the past year for my service needs after dealing with another local dealership for many years. When I arrived at Imperial for a CEL issue which turned into a three week warranty repair, I was happy to see that Eugene Desroches had also transitioned over from the previous dealership service department. Gene made sure I was taken care of properly by the team at Imperial then and again this morning when I stopped in for another recall repair. It is the staff that make the dealership, not just the vehicle manufacturer.
Recently needed to speak with General Manager about an important issue relating to my service. I left three messages over the course of three days, but the GM never called me back. Turns out, he does not keep office hours at this location, but only keeps an office at another location 15 miles down the road. But when you call there, you cant get him on the phone there either.

My husband and I were originally paired with another associate, but they didn’t seem interested (or perhaps not knowledgeable enough) in helping us find a car nor working out a deal. I originally came in on Aug 9th with my daughter to get a key cut and a FOB programmed for my 2020 Corolla Hybrid. It was @12:30 and there was one woman sitting in the service area. The first 2 desks were empty, but further down there were 3 service reps. None even acknowledged that we were there. They had no customers in front of them and they were not on the phone. I am an ex service manager. I asked the woman if had she been helped and she said no. The service drive was full of checked in vehicles, so my thought was that they were full and had enough to eat, so they did not care. We left. My daughter wanted me to write a review that day, but I was going to give you another chance.I came in early on the 10th and it was a world class experience.I want to thank Jen (and you should to) for changing my attitude about you. Oh, and she is at one of the first two desks. She got you to the 4 which would have been a 5 if I had seen her the day before.

I bought my used Toyota Prius here years ago and I keep coming back for service because the people are so friendly and helpful. They will tell you when dont need something done as much as when you do need something done. I actually like waiting here because they have such comfy chairs but also they have desks where I can actually get a lot of work done while waiting--sometimes more than my office! Ivan helped me the last two times I visited and he was great.

Overall a great experience. Nicholas was so personable and attentive. He even came in an hour before he was scheduled to work, in order to meet me at the dealership so I could finalize the sale and pick up the car. He was patient and attentive and reasonable through the sale. The only downside to the whole experience was how long it took, but that wasnt Nicholas fault. It was just busy and I got bumped behind another customer by the first finance manager. The second, though, Dave - was amazing. So quick, professional, knowledgeable and understanding. He tried his best to get me out of there quickly after the delay. Nicholas also went above and beyond to call me after the sale when he had learned a new tip about the Prius that he knew I would want to know about. Both Dave and Nick were just extremely pleasant to deal with.

I highly recommend that you go see Erica Carbone (Yes, another Erica!) at Imperial Toyota if you are thinking about buying or leasing a Toyota. I had been to numerous dealers over the course of several months before going to Imperial. Although I had dealt with some very nice salespeople, no one matched the level of service that Erica provided. She was determined to find exactly the right vehicle to meet my needs, and she seemed to have endless patience! When it came to signing a contract for the lease, I was very nervous, since I had never leased before, and she was willing to answer all of my questions once again and to clarify every single detail. I am 100% satisfied with my leased RAV4 hybrid.I also returned to the dealership a few times with questions about bluetooth connection, android ap usage, etc. Erica explained everything very patiently. With a little bit of help, I was able to easily manage the bluetooth and ap technology. I am very impressed with all of Toyotas new technology; the driver safety system, the sound system, and android ap interface are all very user friendly. The JBL sound system is outstanding. All in all, driving the new RAV 4 is an enjoyable, low-stress experience.
Last Jan. 3, 2021, we (myself, my wife, daughter & son-in-law) came to Imperial Toyota to look at a 2021 Corolla that we saw on their website & spoke to their Internet Manager. Upon arrival, Kevin Silva, Sales Consultant introduced himself and we went over the specific Corolla we were interested on. We went over the price details. I would say that Kevin was very straight forward, honest and very professional. He was not pushy or trying to sell the Corolla to us. He answered every question we had and very upfront. We had contacted and went to several Toyota dealerships in the Boston area before we went to Imperial Toyota since it was 40 minutes away. My daughter & son-in-law finalized the purchase of the Corolla. Overall, Kevin and Audi, Finance Manager were very professional and easy to work with. No high pressure sales & answered our questions. No run around. I would buy at Imperial Toyota again. I give them 5 Stars for the sales process.

Awful experience ever at a dealership. I email them about testing drive a 2021 Supra before going to the dealer and they say yes and arrange the appointment. So I drove 2 hours to test drive. However, they don’t let me test drive and the sales manager force me to commit to buy it at Msrp if I want to test drive. They show no respect to the customer and acting if they are doing me a big favor. Toyota corporate would get in a right fuss about a dealer not letting people test a Supra if they knew. Whenever I walk into a Mercedes or bmw dealership theyre practically begging me to test drive the cars Im interested in even for the high performance model. Also, the manager is very aggressive and trying to put some pressure. It is hilarious to me that the manager is very suspicious about my willing to buy a 50k car for fun and keep telling me this car is for the customer that blablabla. I don’t want to be treat as a fool and then walk away. Gladly, i test drive at another dealer and bought the car in the end.
The customer service was excellent. Called to make an appointment and was given multiple timeslots on weekdays and weekends to ensure it was convenient for me. I arrived early to my appointment and they were able to get me in and out relatively quickly. I will definitely continue to have my car serviced there.

Was called by Toyota to bring my car in for a recall. I was directed by the person who called to bring it into Imperial where I bought it since they had the part in stock. I was advised its an all day appointment and was told a rental car would be available to me. I made the appointment and in addition added my 15,000 mile check while they had the car all day. The service provider who checked me in said they didnt have any rental cars. I live 45 mins from Milford, no ride to be found, and went to Imperial specifically because its where I purchased the car and with the rental it was doable to for me to leave it all day. After he insisted it would only be two hours I should just wait, I explained I had kids waiting for me and didnt have the two hours and if it went over I certainly couldnt wait. I asked for my car back and said to cancel my service.. He could have cared less. Happy to have me walk away and not be a bother to him. No way to treat someone who purchased their car at the dealership where it was being brought back for service. No offer of a ride from him because I lived too far, and no offer of another day for service with an apology for the trouble. Will never buy nor service my car there again. A little respect goes a long way and I was shown none.

A simple but important example is that when we left a cherished family photo and an EZ Pass in the vehicle he called us and kept it at his desk so we could pick it up.Aside from Jeans great service we also found the general Imperial Toyota experience to be very good. There were a few touches that came included in the price of the car that were nice and a bit atypical given the current production shortages of almost every material. It was relieving to receive 2 key fobs with the vehicle, weather mats throughout including the cargo area and the service team quickly addressed and fixed a small amount of spotting of the leather interior when we pointed it out at pickup.Overall I recomend Imperial Toyota, but I really specifically recommend giving Jean Dupuy a call

I have been going to Imperial Toyota for years and have always experienced great service. The waiting area is comfortable and offers drinks, TV, and WIFI. I usually go for an oil change or other minor service, but as my car got older it needed more and more larger repairs and Imperial Toyota has always been able to fix the issue. Jen has always helped me when my car had a serious issue, and no matter what came up she was always able to fix it and find me the best possible price. She is kind and professional (she even tolerates my endless questions without making me feel like I’m being annoying) which helps alleviate the stress that comes with getting a big repair done. I have been going to Imperial Toyota for years and plan to continue going to them for all my vehicle needs for many more!Thank you Jen Anderson, you are the best!

I went for a routine oil change I scheduled online. Kevin greeted me inside and sat with me and went over why I was there. They found a few other things but I was not pressured to have them fixed. Kevin provided estimated if I chose to have them fixed. A pleasant experience overall

Imperial Toyota dealer in Milford, MA. Do not bring your car for service to this dealer, over priced, part swap place, low quality service, and crashed the car inside their shop.The car was dirty inside, grease fingerprints on the front doors, smelled like a sweaty person was in the car. I am very disappointed on the service and customer service.
It was a great experience. Found the car I wanted. The salesman was great, very easy to talk to, understanding and friendly. Really helped me out with every question. The Financial manager was great as well very nice person, she helped us out to have everything we needed. Everything went very smooth with no problems.
Jose monteiro was super helpful. I came in not knowing what kind of vehicle I should get next. I ended up getting into a sedan and he couldnt have made it any easier. I bought a vehicle and I actually had fun! My salesman was Kevin Silva and the Sales Manager was Bob Baillargeon ? Maybe? Anyway they were great to deal with. Fun to be around and did their best to give us a good deal. Sincerity and honesty is something you rarely find at a car dealership and yet I felt these two were honest and sincere. These are the kind of people more dealerships need to employ in order to dispel the pushy Car Salesman reputation and win comeback customers.

I came here because my tire light was on and I wanted to check to see if there was a leak in it somewhere. They checked it for me and told me it had no leaks or holes, and that they removed any tiny rocks in the grooves of the tire. They said it was 100% safe to drive and that they put 60lbs of pressure in it. The next day it blew out while I was driving- basically exploded. I drive an SUV and couldve easily flipped. Ive seen 2 other mechanics since then who have both told me what they did was extremely dangerous, and they couldnt see any reason why 60lbs of pressure was added when there was already concern that I had a leak. This is my first time coming here and Im definitely never going again.
