Elliot Eye Doctors is a very friendly and professional facility. I have been going to them for many years now and have never had an issue. Amy is excellent and very personable. She always makes you feel very welcomed and ensures that you walk out with the best deal on glasses or contact lenses. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new eye doctor.

Moved to Milford just before Covid hit and chose this office for our new eye Doctor and staff. Everyone is excellent and really appreciate how safe they have been during Covid; I work in an emergency department, so I really look for this. New problem with my eyes was noted recently and I appreciated how well it was explained, what I needed to do potentially prevent it from getting worse (can’t get better, unfortunately), and what glasses would be best for it. Highly recommend coming here; I believe you will appreciate them as much as I do!

I started to going to Elliott Eye Doctors in 2018. Amy Frederickson assured me that I would find great frames, and receive the absolute best service. She was true to her word and I have been a patient ever since. Amys honesty and assistance when selecting frames is like having your most polite bestie there to make sure you look and feel you best. I love how confident and professional I feel in my frames everyday. I get endless compliments and love switching out for fun colors when the seasons change. You can go anywhere you want to find nice, frames and someone to help you but there wont be an Amy, there to make sure you are happy and loving what you leave with. This company came up in my insurance plan. So, I thought of giving it a shot to choose a pair of eye-glasses for me and my wife. After scheduling the visits in advance due to covid, the experience at this place was horrifying and would not recommend anyone to go here. They have lost me as a new customer and definitely all my referrals.We went to this place today during a snowstorm and were told to wait outside until called back. When i went inside and tried on few glasses with one of the office staff and decided on the one that I was about to buy but wanted my wife to opine on that as well. Her appointment was just after me. Another office person (dont remember her name) stopped by and asked if i had any questions. I told her i am close to finalizing a pair but want my wife to look at it as well.. She said that they have to reschedule my wifes appointment. I was furious.. on top of that, she said we were late inspite of we calling them at appointment time and were asked to wait as there are office patients inside the store. When i mentioned her that.. She told me that she heard otherwise. That was it. I left the store without any purchases. People in this office or any other office, i expect them to be courteous and professional. At least this one was not anywhere close.

Just an update...Saw Dr. Makenzie Elliott today & was reminded of why I will never go anywhere else! She is brilliant & has Such a lovely manner about her. I have seen both Dr. Rocky Elliot and Dr. Makenzie Elliot, both were welcoming and made going to the eye doctors an enjoyable experience. They truly make you feel like family when you go there! They also completely fixed my lens prescription!

First time patient with Dr Davidner. Excellent experience. Prompt appt availability and taken in on time. Very professional and kind. Also, had a great experience with the optician when picking out new glasses. Broke down pricing very clearly for me so that I understood the charges. Would definitely recommend this practice.

The eye appointment itself was fine, but the staff makes the overall experience unpleasant. I made the mistake of purchasing my frames elsewhere (although I purchased the progressive lenses from them), and it was as if I had offended them. They told me they were unable to adjust my frames...that it was physically impossible. I went to another optometrist who adjusted them within 5 minutes. My husband also had his eye exam here and bought frames. He has had to go back several times for adjustments and the staff each time has been condescending. How difficult is it to be friendly to paying customers?

First visit and I was satisfied with the service. Staff is friendly and helpful. Definitively will recommend.

Doctor and staff are friendly. Their prices arent going to compete with online / 3rd party vendors, but most optometrists shops are the same way. Generally getting an appointment isnt too bad.
