I recently came here for the first time to get new glasses. I will most definitely be returning back and will 10/10 recommend my friends & family to come here. Lindsey was great and very helpful. I enjoyed my experience working with her!

Jerissa was so patient as I decided among a host of frames and she came up with a great solution that allowed me get 2 pairs (including my old pair). While this happened, she was also attentive and friendly to other walk in customers, answering questions on the fly and so, so professionally. Tremendous customer service.Lets hope the lenses I eventually get will be as great.

If you want to best customer service in the CT Post Mall lens crafters is the best Jeff is one of best service reps I have Encountered in years. Knowledge Attention to detail doesn’t push you to buy etc. Jeff goes the extra miles he makes the place and experience great. Had a great experience there twice. Thanks to Jarrissa. My six-year-old broke his glasses so we went in there to get them fixed they had to send them out but Jarrissa was super helpful with supplying loaner glasses because he needs them for school. Then as soon as his glasses came back in she notified me I came back to the location to swap the lenses out which she did for me instantly. She was very helpful professional and pleasant. All my future eye glass needs and purchasing will definitely be done at the LensCrafters location in the Milford Mall specifically with Jarrissa !

I entered establishment and I encountered Lisa and Christina they were wonderful and very very helpful also very professional and with this times I can tell you the place was spotless and as a customer was touching the glasses they were putting them in a tray and following all the guidelines that Covid requires Lisa adjusted my glasses to perfection and offered any help that I might need today or in the future I will definitely return for anything I need in the optical department and I really hope either Lisa or Christina are there because they were wonderful pleasant simply great experience !

2017 went to get prescription for my glasses and made the lenses with that prescription and I was never able to see clearly. At the time I was pregnant my thoughts after few years was oh maybe because when we are pregnant everything changes.Last month I decided to get new prescription for my glasses and sent to make my prescription glassesAnd again Im not able to see. Staff sometimes could be very rudeI compared my “new” prescription with the previous one made in other doctor office and clearly is not nearly the sameNot DP taken or anything they don’t care.Tried to call them and never answer the phone.

Today Juan helped me get some new lenses in my old frames. He was quick to help, friendly and went over what my insurance would cover. After placing my order I went to pick my daughter up to head home (Seymour) when I got a text that my glasses were ready (only 15 minutes later!) I had already picked up my daughter and was too nervous to bring her in the mall due to covid. Juan enthusiastically told me it wasn’t an issue at all to run them out to me, and he did! I really can’t say enough good things about my experience today. Thank you so much!

Sunday January 23rd picking up glasses in Milford Lens Crafter, associate Chris places glasses on table and walks away. Doesnt inquire about the fit comfort level or nothing else. My girlfriend asks for another receipt to keep track of the insurance in scratch resistant lenses and you would think we ask for free eyeglasses. The store manager was extremely unpleasant and rude and after about 5 minutes of haggling we were approved for a request of a receipt. I purchase glasses here almost every year and after today I wouldnt recommend anyone step inside Lens Crafters of Milford

Great service, friendly staff, and very knowledgeable! Glasses are ready within 24hrs, crazy fast. Juan and Jarissa were incredibly patient as we ask a bagillion questions and were the last customers but we walked away with a pair of glasses we love! I would recommend this site to anyone needing a pair of glasses fast.

The staff where just incredible! I had a certin price range and they where there to help me succeed by letting me know of a package deal they where offering to how much my insurance would cover. This is the store to go to if you need new glasses.

Bought a pair of frameless glasses in December 2019. Piece going into lenses broke after they fell off my face and was told there is no warranty on them, that I had to purchase a warranty and now had to buy new frames @232.00 which I already bought less than a year ago. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN HERE AGAIN. I’ve been a customer forever and now you’ve lost one. 34$ warranty to pay 25 everytime the break for 2 yrs. what a racket.

I had an eye exam with Dr. West and then the employees helped me picked out a frame that perfectly fits my style. Jeff was extremely helpful along with the two pretty ladies. Unfortunately I dont remember their names. Anyway I enjoyed the time I spent there and appreciate everything they did for me. A lot of the lenses can be made in a short amount of time for same day pickup which is great. Also the prices arent bad considering that I got pretty much every option for the lenses. Would definitely shop here again.

I had one of THE BEST EXPERIENCES ever in this location the sales associate Chris was very attentive and patient he even had this simulation on his ipad to go through different lense options with me very educational and helpful when deciding which to choose. In many locations the staff that sizes your lenses are well trained but the doctors office is terrible. In Meriden the service is done by technicians, not by a doctor, they sent me to see a specialist and it was totally wrong diagnosis. Didn’t have what they have told me. They told me I had Glaucoma and there was nothing wrong . So that brought me to have an extra expense.

Because the associate made a mistake on my order I have to wait two more weeks to get my glasses a month without glasses not acceptable

Just went 2 weeks ago, pending any mistakes my experience here was no less then 5 stars. Pleasant staff, helpful doctor, and they spent a long time with me. I imagine if it was busy time of day not so great service as if a employee is handling a customer eyes take a while with alot of questions.....they are pricey but you get what you pay for, eyes to me good investment.. My opinion

After having prescriptions filled at two other companies over the past few years, I returned to LensCrafters. Based on the reviews I returned to a company that I avoided to save money. However, Ive learned that you get what you pay for. I wore my first LensCrafters glasses for years and was always happy with them. I was dissatisfied with the glasses purchased at the other companies after a few months.Based on the previous review, I asked for Christine S. who was wonderful, patient, thorough, professional, and let me compares prices.Ive learned a valuable lesson... LensCrafters is the best.

Made an appointment, they lost my appointment. The people up front have always been awesome the doctors as well (other people have gone while I waited and I speak with people)at this location. The people who make and schedule the appointments lose your appointments. If you make an appointment at this location I would call a few times in the days leading up to the appointment just to make sure they still have you. When I asked what does the company do when they mess up like this the individual hung up on me. It made sense after that because it took this person three times to actually hang up the phone. Hitting keys instead of disconnecting the call. If you cannot hang up a phone it does make sense as to why you cannot keep people scheduled. Unfortunately for the doctors and the people upfront, everyone gets a rating of a 1 because as a customer this time, I have to have my appointment scheduled in order to experience the doctors and the front crew. One of the ladies in the front did try and give me a discount for the issue but, again, if you cant do the simple things, I do not trust their capabilities in the hard things.

Had to go back twice to get new sunglasses because they didnt save my measurements, nor did they make any notes in my file. Staff is not friendly and kinda rude. They charged me for rayban lenses but never put the logo on them so now I have no way of knowing if they actually used rayban lenses or their own, and scammed me. I dont even want to go back to have them fix it cause Im so fed up with them.
