Dr Kim is so kind and thoughtful as well as thorough. He checked everything very carefully. I worked with Don to pick out new frames and he was fantastic. I had some questions I needed answered and he was able to answer everything very clearly. I love target optical they are so professional and thoughtful. I truly had a wonderful experience and will continue to use their services.

Super nice service! Is a little busy depending on the time you go. Ariane took care of me and helped me pick out the right glasses. She made me feel super fabulous and that I made the right choice with my glasses even though I hate glasses.

Target is a great place to get glasses and have your eye exam. The service is always great. Dr. Kim is very nice and does a great job on my exam. I had no adjustments needed and came home with 2 new pair. I highly recommend this place. They also accept eye med coverage.

Doctors are nice and staff friendly. I do get the feeling of it being very harried in there though, both when Im in there and when I call - staff often stressed and short on the phone.

Andrei and rest of team were super helpful! A+ all around. Extremely informative, had the brands I gravitate towards (Oakley and RayBan), accepted my Eye-Med insurance, and the prices were very competitive (even with the online websites). Went to two other places before coming here and realized that was my first mistake. Will now only shop here for my future purchases. Thanks Andrei!

Dr. Kim is a WONDERFUL eye doctor and his past staffs were good but his current staff is not professional. I needed my daughters optical records and was told that we needed to come in to the office, which is 35 minutes away, to sign for the records which they would then give to us. We did go in to handle this. When we arrived, we were asked if we had requested them in advance, at which point, I stated we called and were told to come in. After looking around for a few minutes the staff person finally found the form, which my daughter completed and signed. We were then told that they were very busy and could not give us the records right away, that they would mail them the next business day. We waited a week and called to follow up, at which point we were told they didnt have any postage stamps and that they didnt know what happened to the woman who was supposed to get them (??????????) But they would get some and send the records to us within the next day or so. It is now a week later - no records. I called again and again was told that they had no stamps and that they did not have a personal stash and that Dr. Kim had not had time to get them. REALLY? As a professional office that does lots of business, sends many reminder and offer mailings, and undoubtedly pays bills, no stamps???? AGAIN, Dr. Kim is a great doctor. I hope that his office staff does not drive his patients away.

Awesome and helpful staff, can be busy at times but staff is attentive and do not rush you. Glasses come in quickly and staff is willing to make adjustments and fixes without hesitation.

I bought 2 pairs of glasses...They are amazing...The 2 women that helpped me were very efficient and and went over everything with me as I purchased my glasses and when I picked them up..very pleased..

After an exam, I left with some trial contact lenses. I called back eventually to confirm my choice and finalize the Rx along with ordering a supply of contacts. After several weeks I still hadnt received them and I called the store. Without looking into it, the man told me I needed to call an 800 #, there was nothing he could do about it. That was the extent of the conversation. Ok. On 4/14 while I was in the store, I walked into the Optical thinking I could pick up a copy of my Rxs. Was told since it was hand written it would need to be requested from the Dr., which, I guess would require some time. Since Im not frequently in Target, I asked if it could be mailed to me. He seemed happy to do it. Several weeks passed and no Rxs arrived. I did get a 30% off birthday coupon and thought since I had to go to the Optical anyway to pick up the scripts, Id take a look at the offerings and perhaps order glasses there. When I got there a woman offered her help and began looking for the scripts. I think she realized it had been about a month and needed to look elsewhere. A co-worker came in and at some point became involved. I then heard the request being located and she read aloud the instructions to mail it to me. This only seemed to prompt another redirection as to where they may be, and I think even a third woman became involved. One of them commented that she thought she remembered seeing the envelope in a drawer (although a sealed addressed envelope didnt seem to trigger any action on her part). Their banter seemed to be getting pretty jovial and one laughed when the envelope was finally located. It was handed to me proudly by the one who found it, but there was never in any way a hint of acknowledgement of the delay, my unfulfilled request, or any inconvenience it caused, instead it just seemed like the butt of a joke. I understand mistakes happen, but a simple Im sorry is not that much to expect.

Went today and I was about 10 mins late to my appointment due to after work traffic. Spent 10 minutes waiting outside the store as they dont allow people to walk in. Got called to come in only to spent another 20 minutes waiting on a chair for the doctor... finally when the doctor came out her staff came over and told me that the doctor wont see me so I will need to reschedule... Like I get it.. my fault for showing up 10 minutes late.... But cant you just tell me to leave/reschedule at the beginning??? Instead the staff and the doctor decided to waste another 40 mins of my time hanging there clueless and waiting.. And the doctor was right beside me acting ignorant when the staff told me she pretty much said that you have to reschedule and come next time like she was able to read her eyes or something.... Just some ridiculously unprofessional, unhelpful and disrespectful experience I ever had in a target / optical store... Will definitely make a call to report..
