I couldnt ask for a better experience! Everyone who works here is so nice!The ladies at reception were very helpful and welcoming, the eye doctor herself was extremely nice and very helpful. The people I dealt with when looking for frames, I belive Andrew and Sue, they were very kind and helpful for finding the right frames and lenses for me.If I could rate this place 10/10, I would give them 100!

Kelly was super polite and helpful even though my eyeballs kept closing when she was taking photos. The intern was helpful and answered all of my questions, dealt with my sensitive eyes and was very helpful. Sue the optician was VERY informative and clearly loved her job helping others. She helped me pick the perfect frames and helped fix my old glasses. Amazing place to get a routine eye check and new specs.

Great staff from start to finish. I don’t usually purchase glasses at the eye doctor but they were so helpful and kind through out the whole appointment, I decided to make an exception and treat myself! I will definitely be going back to see Dr. Schmitt from now on.

This was my first time at the Milford location, and from the moment I walked in the door, I was treated like I had been going there forever. Everyone was very warm and friendly, from the ladies at the front desk, the tech, the intern, the doctor, and the opticians that helped me with my glasses. Having been an optician myself, I know New Year’s Eve Day is the end of a VERY long week...and also the end of an especially challenging year I want to give everyone kudos for being SO kind, and taking the time with me at the end of their day. Appointment was canceled, no one answers the phone after multiple attempts, left voice mail that hasnt been answered, and was hung up on immediately after waiting on hold.Edit: Mistakes happen. Taking strides to make things right says a lot about this business. Very knowledgeable doctor, took the time to teach me exactly what it was theyre looking at. Not necessary, but I rather enjoyed it.

I have used MVC for a couple years now. They are all amazing. From the ladies at the front desk, the one who does all your eye measurements, the doctors abs students, and the final specialist who is always so patient when I pick out my glasses. The prices are affordable with a huge variety to choose from. They did a great job with all the COVID precautions.

First off,everyone was very welcoming from the receptionist (Diane) to Dr.Iorye.Even though they were very busy I never felt rushed. When it was time to pick myFrames they had someone help me as I have issues with my hands and coordination. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I am waiting to see how my vision improves with my new glasses. In the past the reading part of the bifocals has never been strong enough. If they work out to be sufficient i will be back to give 5th star.

The staff are nice but the experience was confusing. Seems they may have booked too many people at the same time. It took me over two hours and passed to three technicians before I could leave.

Our family has been going to the Milford MVC Eye Care for a few years now. We had tried other local optometrists and these folks won us over. Dr. Schmidt is very kind, thorough and efficient. She has helped me when my primary care physician was stumped. I highly recommend for optometrist care.

So I would like to say some of the visit was good but they up sell from the time you check and until you leave.hidden cost the whole way threw the eye exam.then you go to leave and the third person hits you again.

I’ve been going to this location for many years now and the staff has always been friendly and consistent. My only reason for giving three stars is that in light of current situation with COVID-19, their signs indicate they clean the eyeglasses on display after clients try them on. I was there nearly an hour and watched as the opticians helped clients with glasses and the opticians put them right back on the shelf without cleaning. Not at all abiding by their displayed protocol.

Visited MVC in search of a new eye care practice to partner with in the care of my eyes and my vision. After the exam visit it was obvious to me that MVC was not the partner I was looking for. Their business model is focused on channeling people into buying overpriced optical products.

This place is amazing and they make eye care easy!!! Just when you think your lens prescription is going to run out, you receive a text letting you know that it is time to refill your prescription. With the click of a button on your cell phone, you can get a new order of contacts. I had to call a few moments ago because I recently had an address change and I had the pleasure of speaking with Donna at the front desk. I have had so many bad experiences here. The past two I won’t even get into, but the most recent was awful. The only good thing about this place are the receptionists. They’re so helpful and nice. The doctor, however, proceeded to laugh at me the entire visit in front of me. She made fun of me with her intern (who I won’t blame, she was a sweet heart) and tried to make me feel as if I’m an idiot. I could hear them talking behind the closed exam room door about me which is a first. I’m appalled at how rude and disrespectful the staff is here. They constantly screw up my prescriptions, lose my orders and now make fun of me behind my back AND to my face? This is ridiculous. I most certainly won’t be back.

I am new to the office and I couldnt have been happier. The front desk receptionist was extremely helpful, kind and always smiling. The assistant was impeccable at her job explained everything in detail. Then choosing glasses I wasnt sure which ones to get and the woman that helped me gave me some great suggestions. I had appointment on November 22nd .i told doctor about what wrong going on my eyes . I ordered glasses. I wanted my glasses immediately but they said it will take 5 to 7 days to make ready .and after 1 week I called them and they postponed for next week .. and its been 25 days. Im not getting any text or call from this eye care. I have to drive at every night and facing so difficulties from other vehicle’s light which i told to doctor. If is it possible to get my money back then it will Be easy for me to go another eye care center. Because I already paid them $750. Very bad experience 🙏

This place really knows what customer service means. While they were very busy, they seemed to handle everything in an efficient manner. We both thought we got sufficient testing and expert care by both the optometrist and all the staff.

I had always gone to the office in Merrimack and found it too far to go to all the time, I went to another eye doctor instead.When they opened in Milford ( my home town) I decided to give them a try.I got a very thorough eye exam and was treated very well by the office staff. Donna helped me to get the glasses I needed and liked without spending a fortune.If you need to get your eyes checked or just a new pair of glasses, you should try them, it will be worth your time.

Be careful who you use as your eye doctor here. I went to the locatoin in Merrimack where they asked to let a student do my eye exam. He completely screwed up my prescription and Dr. Francis cursory follow up did not catch it. After receiving my glasses and going through a few rounds with the tech to try and fix them I was finally give another exam by Dr. Schmitt who corrected the errors in my prescription and I finally got glasses I could see through. This whole process took 4 different sets of lenses, which they corrected for free each time, but took almost 2 months.

I had a full exam today at MVC Eye Care and Im very pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness of the doctor and staff. Im already planning my visit for next year because I felt very comfortable with a thoroughness of the exam and how the results were explained.

Let me preface this by saying that Dr. Le was great -- Id give her five stars if I could -- and that the staff were all nice. However, the center itself is a price gouger that wanted $35 just to tell me my pupillary distance. The vision exams Ive had in the past gave me that information for free as part of my prescription (after all, its just the distance between my pupils), but not MVC! Theres no way Ill be returning to a place with such an obvious interest in nickel-and-diming its customers.
