GameStop did some remodeling. I enjoy coming here, the staff are always nice and polite. Even when there busy they always take the time to Welcome you and thank you for coming in.

Love gamestop, however the employee wasnt helpful at all and had no idea when or if they would have certain popular games that are usually easy to find.

The people that work there are always super nice and they always help you with what you need. They have games for every system and awesome collectables. They have collectables for everything. From shows to games and they have games of all types. From horror to adventure.

This is my go to since I am a gamer mom lol. They get all of my money because i have 4 kids with 2 Nintendo switches 2 x box ones a gaming PC so we need games and accessories all the time but the reward program helps

The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the games they sell. It is nice being able to have help when chosing a video game and they never disappoint. They are also very quick to point out deals and promotions that are currently going on.

We love our GameStop crew! Theyre always very helpful and friendly. Absolutely love getting t-shirts in there especially when they have such good sales. Theyre collectibles section is extraordinary.theyre very diverse and the availability of new and used games and systems.

They told me I can’t preorder series s Xbox. Sad GameStop, sad.

This place has changed so much, I havent been in a while and its amazing how much awesome stuff they can fit into that little space. Anyway, the service was rather mundane, but still, it wasnt rude. I went to sell some games and they sold for a surprisingly low price. But 4 stars because the employees cant help that.

This store absolutely horrible online it said just the ps4 console $140 i go to the store ask for trade and he told me you need the controller hdmi cord and controller charger and games i told him thats not what it said online he also said that dosent matter its the managers thing to do and he was told not to take it with out cords and games or controllers.

Chandy and Monty are grade A employees. Every time I see them theyre happily helping customers and maintaining customer relations. This is the reason I go to this store.

Horrible customer service, employees are rude as can be and very unwilling to help. I waited in line one time for a good 30 minutes with only 2 or 3 people in the store. Prices arent bad but you can save a little by ordering from Amazon.

The guy with glasses who works there is extremely rude, I asked him a question and he scoffed at me and did not give me a real answer. I know he probably knows more about video games than me, but I’m a customer and was there to purchase a game and just needed a little help. I will be taking my business somewhere else in the future!

Best place to buy a video game. They have a 7 day per owned return policy. If u want to try out a game or play a game and you arent pleased with it, if it is a pre owned game or console, you can return it with in 7 days and money back is guaranteed

Friendly and knowledgeable staff!

The employee working was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ended up going to the Walmart right next to it just because of the guy working. If this is how they train and hire their employees I would stay away, it’s not worth being treated that way to save a few extra bucks.

What was initially a bad experience with a product turned out to be an awesome experience in customer service. I recently bought a limited edition PlayStation 4 from this GameStop in Milledgeville. I brought it home and eagerly hooked it up. After 4 hours of actually playing the system, it took a dump. I was beyond frustrated and couldnt believe I spent so much money on a turd. The very next day I brought it back to the store only to find out they didnt have anymore of the Uncharted 4 edition PlayStations. The employee explained they would have to go get it from a different store the following week. I understood how things worked, but it didnt make it any better. Defeated and frustrated I headed to Wal-Mart to complete some errands. On the way back I convinced myself that I should just get my money back. I stopped back in and explained what I had reasoned with myself. Thats the the manager offered to go to the neighboring city to pick one up. My expectations were set for a next day delivery, but a short while later he called to deliver the good news. This was no fault of their own; Sony dropped the ball in delivering a giant turd to one of their customers. BUT, the employees at this GameStop did a phenomenal job at picking that ball up and making sure I had the best experience with the product. Thanks guys I appreciate the effort you guys put forth.

So, two and a half weeks ago I buy a pre-owned PS4. The staff informs me, that they test every system before its returned. So, needless to say I purchased one tookit home got on it only for it to shut off on me multiple times. So I go back return it get another one with a full one year warranty. Only for the USB ports to now stop working. So I will be returning this one as well.
