Stephanie was amazing. We walked in 30 minutes before closing and she greeted us and took care of all our needs. She never worried about closing time and even walked us out. She needs to run the training classes on how to please your customers. I will definitely keep her number. Service has been great.

The customer service / sales people are very much devoted to getting your service set up. Kind of gives you the old fashion vibe where a company actially wants your business. Sadly what they are selling you is also old fashion. The Internet, TV, and Cellular is all ancient technology and held together with bubble gum and tooth picks. I applaud the people at the company but the underlying issue is that they need to basically rebuild their entire network. That isnt happening anytime soon. I would not recommend their services.

Was having an issue with my phone and stopped by to see if I could get some assistance at the AT&T Store. Had to wait a few minutes before speaking with an agent.My agent was Eric. Eric was very nice and professional. He was also very knowledgeable with the questions I had. He ran an update and figured out why I was not able to delete apps from my phone. He figured out what was going on with my phone and got me all set up with a data plan that will work for us. I spent almost an hour with Eric. He was overall fantastic with his customer service. So if you are planning to stop by the store, ask for Eric.

Waited forever to receive our phones that should have been ready for pickup. Tried to do curbside pickup but no one ever came to help. Had to go inside and wait behind people who arrived after us. Staff continued to take 3 walk ins prior to helping us. Staff had poor attitudes. Phones that were active should have remained active as we were doing at home setup. Contrary to our request our current phones were deactivated and we were forced to either finish our evening errands with no phones, set up everything in the parking lot and wait until process was complete or go back inside and have them correct it. We chose the latter. The only thing they could do was open the new phones and swap SIM cards. They insinuated we should just do this on our own but we had nothing to open the SIM card slots with and requested that they take care of this. This did not make the rep happy and during this process not a word spoken to us the entire time. No apology for anything. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Not to mention when the rep was ringing out my husband she bragged on how no one in the store could setup a new phone correctly except for her. Unfortunately, she didn’t setup correctly either.

I went into this store on Friday 2/26 at 7:20pm and was treated horrible by your sales person Tyler Archer!! I called prior to going because I live an hour away and spoke with a lady who told me that the phones that I wanted was in stock. When I arrived Tyler helped me and asked what we needed. I told him that I was getting two devices and trading in for the promotion and my sister was doing the same thing. He told me before he begin, he wanted to go check to see if they had any devices in stock. He came back from the back and told me that they didn’t have any phones in and for me to come back tomorrow. I asked them what happened to the phones that the manager had told me when I called. The other lady that works in there ended up helping me and magically the phones that Tyler told me they didn’t have appeared by the magic stalk I guess. Tyler lied because he did not want to help me and the girl who helped me told us that he does this all the time to keep from helping customers. He lost out on my business and I ended up added two lines. What a waste of an employee. He is never helpful when I come to this store. Anyone visiting this location, beware of Tyler!!!!!

Buyer beware. My brother and I were automatically signed up for the $15 dollar a month insurance. We were never asked nor told we were signing for it. In addition, we were signed up for next up without our consent. When we went back to get this cancelled we were told we had 14 days for insurance and the next up was required to get the iPhone deal at half off (with new line). Of course the next up information provided was nowhere listed on att own website and it was easily cancelled and refunded by chatting with an online agent. Clearly they are out to sign you up for products they get commission on without consent and then refuse to cancel it

My customer service was AWESOME my last visit to AT&T in my hometown. I switched my mom over from Android to iPhone for Christmas and Ericka was VERY helpful during the switch. She answered all of my questions and reassured my nervous mom that her switch would be easy. She made my mom feel comfortable and she even told her to come back by the store if she has any questions about her new phone once I leave. The overall experience was wonderful!!

God Bless You All Out-there This Afternoon!!! My experience at the AT&T Store this afternoon was awesome. There wasnt anyone else in the store when I entered. The young lady explained to me what was truly going on with my phone. She helped me to remove those power draining (Apps) from my phone. You all out there (Please) be careful. Im able to use my Cellphone as usual now, but Im still going to keep this mishap in the back of my head, and Im hoping this phone will last until I am able to purchase a new one. I’m seriously disappointed in the service at the Milledgeville location! Today my discussion to be a Verizon Costomer was definitely confirmed! I simply need a new phone case, so I went to AT&T. I pull up and asked the sales representative if the store was open and he responded yes (nothing more). When I reached the door another sales representative asked if the other guy told me to come in. I said no, and she told me I needed to wait in my car until I was helped. Another car pulled up as I was walking back to my car and the sales lady went directly to the car that pulled up. She proceeded to ask them what she could help them with. I just stood there and they both acted as if I wasn’t even there! So of course I left frustrated and confused as to why my business was not acknowledged!

Cant speak to the store but AT&Ts home service is unrelable and non-responsive. They have scheduled three appointments and still not show up and we have never received advance notice that the job has to be rescheduled. If you like sitting at home and waiting, you will like AT&T.

I went here when I was considering buying a new phone through AT&T, however the prices are just too high. I ended up buying a Nexus 5x for much cheaper. The store was nice, however, and the employees were more than willing to help!

I am staying in the middle here because the roles have changed for AT&T stores. In the not-to-distant past you could go to the stores and get full-service care for all of your AT&T needs. Not any more..not even close. The stores are now limited to retail sales only and retail sales are ALL THEY DO. However, if you call 611 from your phone they will tell you to stop by the store for help, and when you get there the employees stare blankly at you, clueless as to what you are talking about. The level of cluelessness differs from store to store. Some stores still retain older long-time employees who still are able to assist you with answers to questions and send you in the direction of the help you seek. I have the misfortune of living in a town that employees mostly college kids who could care less about me, much less my 15 plus years of customer loyalty...and if I’m not buying a phone...I can just “kick rocks.” Some of AT&T’s management should be forced to visit some of their stores and deal with some of these morons..just sayin...

Went in for an apple watch, got talked into switching from verizon to them, was told my plan would be cheaper- that i would also get direct tv on my plan for same price i was paying verizon for just my phone lines, 6 months later- my direct tv isnt combined with my cell phone plan like att said it would be- so now i have two separate bills to pay- along with a tv service i didnt want, but was TOLD i HAD to combine them to get a cheaper plan price. Also, traded in 4 phones to get my rebates for trading in which is a croc of poop! you wait 12 weeks for them to tell you that your phone lines arent on eligible plans to get the rebates, so you turn your phones in for NOTHING, and still have a HUGE bill from verizon to pay on top of the bill from AT&T! NOT a satisfied customer AT ALL!

We were told by Shandrika that a device could be added to our phone plan that should have never been able to work. I bought this device. That same day went back to the store to refund with a 45 dollar restocking fee after calling tech support and finding out this would have never worked. Poor customer service.
