I had a real good experience and have no complaints. The attendant was helpful and courteous. The store is inviting and well kept. I ended up having my concern taken care of by a Verizon customer service telephone tech, Elijah, whom I found to be a great help. I am loving the Customer Loyalty discount he made me aware of and applied to my account. Awesome!

I came to purchase a new IPhone 12 and wanted to pay in full. I was told my trade in phone was worth $440 if I set up monthly payments but only $90 if I paid in full. Not sure how paying up front changes the value of my old phone but the guy helping me said “so you’re trying to get out of paying for the phone is what I’m hearing?” which was NOT the case at all. It was very rude of him to talk like that when all I was trying to do was to find the best option to upgrade my phone. Don’t recommend going to this location bc he didn’t explain to me it was a promotion that was going on and was just short and rude about it all.

Order and credit card paid (retail price) for a replacement phone on-line to picked up at the Milledgeville Verizon Store on Columbia. When we arrived a long-bearded man told us that our order had not been released and was under review. He stated he could not help us and told me to call *611 for VW to release the order to be filled. This was approximately 4:00 pm Sunday, July 11, 2021. Once I made the call, there was a 26 to 33 minute wait. My phone was low on battery; so, I stepped outside to my car to charge while I waited for a customer representative on the phone. It took exactly 31 minutes to talk to a representative. I was on the phone some minutes, maybe 5 to 8 minutes, with a representative while sitting in my car to get the release. The long-bearded man came out in the parking lot gathering the curb-sign parking signs and putting them in the store. My husband said we might want to finish our call inside the store instead of the car because it looks like this guy is closing the store. This was around 4:38 pm.We went in the store. My phone was still low on battery. I asked to plug it up while I was still on the phone with VW to get our order release for filling. After a few minutes talking to VW on my phone, the long-bearded told me that the store closes at 5:00, and If I wasn’t finished, he was going to kick me out that he wanted to go home to his family. I told him I was not going anywhere until I was through with my purchase. He and another lady working at the store made the comment they would have me removed by the cops. Another taller, older light-hair guy was behind the counter with the two, observing. I asked this guy was he the Manager and he said, “Yes.” He told me later his name was Brandon. Brandon was all he would give me. He would not give me his last name. All this conversation was heard over the phone by the VW representative I was talking to, which started apologizing to me for how I was being treated in the store. Needless to say, I filed a complaint while on the phone. I failed to get the long-bearded man’s name! My experience is a zero not a 1. That’s the lowest I could rate them.

Went in to get a new battery for my IPhone 7- was told it would be cheaper to just buy a new phone! Showed me one comparable to my 7- $400. Not very friendly. Went to Need a Nerd in Wayne street in Milledgeville- $109 later- new battery New glass front. Win! Verizon your customer service was found lacking. Will not be back!!!! When I buy my next phone - you will not be in the running.

Showed up to purchase 2 new 11 pro phones.We waited outside the Store a gentleman came out did not bother looking at us in the eye rudely said there was one on one ratio.And that only one person was allowed in at this time and we could swap people outDon’t get me wrong I am all for The person to one person ratio however it would’ve been nice to been offered a suggestion like hey let’s wait for another sales associate so that way you could still both come in together stay social distance but be able to hear the exact same thing. I believe there was a work around here however we were just shut down rudely and the door was shot upon usAgain did I state there was no eye to eye contact no apology just rude we purchased our phones here before but never again.

We were greeted, they were busy and the music was good while we waited but thats it. We waited for almost an hour and my friend was never helped. We actually observed them help someone who came in after us. When we addressed it there was no response or apologies from the staff. I hope they secure a better system to ensure all customers are treated like they matter, especially when they are busy!

This store is the worst Verizon I have ever been in!!! The customer service is horrible they didnt have half the phones in stock. It took 30 minutes to setup the phone on the account, and the rep just took the phone in the back without telling us what the problem was. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE EVER AGAIN!! Find another store or just do it on line. (Or switch to AT&T). Called Verizon and was told I could take my trade in, after upgrading, here and get the credit on my account. Staff was absolutely no help. Kept insisting they would only give me one fifth of the the promotion amount. Their solution was to put me on the phone with corporate the leave me. Could have done that from home. In fact, after I was disconnected and they were just going to call again, thats exactly what I did. Now waiting for the return package. Save yourself the trouble and deal with Verizon on the phone or go to a franchise store. I hear they are helpful even if your not buying a phone from them.

What a lovely Verizon store! It seems to be a fairly new build, so it’s very updated, large, and inviting. The outside of the store is nice as well. Jasmine was helping me and oh my goodness she is so amazing! She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient! She answered all my questions and cared about my budget. She wasn’t overly pushy with all the accessories and add-ones which I appreciated. If you go, def try to get her. It was much less of a headache than my past experiences at other Verizon’s and with other workers. 10/10 would recommend this location!

The lady acted like we were an inconvenient of her time. When you are called to the counter to speak with them you have to stand and if you are 70 years old or disabled it is very hard to do. Last time I was there the young man was very nice. It is a toss up when you go you are made to feel welcomed or like an inconvenients

Was ignored upon entering store. Finally an associate told another one to assist me as Id been there for awhile. Explain I needed a line number transferred to a prepaid phone. Associate insisted several times that it couldnt be done without my buying a new Verizon phone. Tried to explain what I needed and was told I couldnt do it. Another associate finally stepped in and told me what I needed to do to get number transfered to the phone Id just bought. This store definitely needs a crash course in customer service. Went to a different store to finish my purchases.

This Verizon store has a very knowledgeable staff that were friendly and not pushy when we were upgrading our phones. They are quick to get you checked in but be ready to spend some time at the store. They are busy because Verizon is very popular in this area.

Just hung up with a customer service rep at Verizon who basically threw me off to Apple within the first five seconds of our conversation. A $1,500 phone and cant explain or get assistance with your phone. The young lady then hung up on me and was being a smart butt the entire phone conversation. I would not do business with them and I am returning this phone this afternoon. The young ladys name is April or Anna. Starts with an A I do know that.

At 1900 on november 22nd 2019 i walked into this store and a young black man greeted me. I told him i wanted to lower my prepaid plan bill. He quickly got me in touch with an associate who got me the plan i wanted!! Very pleased!! Unlike my experience with the other verzion store in Milledgeville Ga!

EDIT: The general manager of this store is awesome! She was more than willing to look into the issues I experienced and resolve them.If this review had been placed a week ago it wouldve been five stars. However, my experience attempting to return the phone I bought and purchase the iPhone 8 at the store was horrible (still within exchange period). When I went to the store to do the exchange they said the system would not allow it since it was a new device and outside of normal store hours. Ok sure whatever I can understand that. However I called Verizon just to see and they confirmed this was NOT the case. I was just lied to. Went to the Verizon corporate store in Macon and they were more than happy to let me return the phone and exchange it for the iPhone 8. Its pretty horrible to lie to customers.

Very disappointed in Verizons new policy of selling high priced phones with no customer service in the store. Go in -pick out a phone, theyll find it in inventory, bring it to you, tell you the bottom line total without reviewing what the chgs are, hand you a paper that supposedly tells you everything you need to know to transfer your data from your old phone and then they tell you they can not help BUT if you have questions you will sit on hold for 20 minutes then get switched around till you get to the right person 3 hrs later youll have it all worked out. If you have multiple phone lines in your family you also have to make sure they switched the correct number to your wonderful new device. Not much pleasure or satisfaction in an expensive purchase.

I can honestly say that I have never been to a store with the sales people are so disrespectful to their customers. While I was their yesterday I watched a salesperson openly mock a customer who was obese while her back was turned. On top of all that the sales people will always try to sell you extra things that you dont need (Phone Cases, Phone covers, and chargers that you can buy on Amazon for way cheaper then what they are selling) and when you tell them that you dont want any of the extra stuff they talk to you like you are stupid. If you are a prepaid customer dont waste your time at that place just go to Wal-Mart not only is their selection better but there sales people have 10X more respect for their customers.

Very unhelpful, told the lady I talked with tech support on 9/5/19, and tech support couldnt get my voicemail working. I told tech support there was a Verizon store she said I could take it to store and let them look at my phone.The lady at Verizon in Milledgeville Ga said tech support make the big money if they couldnt fix she wouldnt be able to fix it. I used to HATE going to this store. Customer service was about as bad as the DMV, and it was impossible to talk to anyone online or on the phone who wasnt a robot or spoke English. They seem to have gotten their act together now. They greet you when you come into the door and usually help you right away. Staff could be a bit more friendlier though.

When I entered the store I had no greeting or direction from employees or signs, but after a few minutes a Verizon representative logged me into the system to be assisted. I had to wait for a long time, all while the store had extremely loud music playing. The song was very vulgar. It was the uncensored version of this summer by Maroon 5. Played as loud as it could go, along with other songs. After a 20 min wait I just left. Im sure they were just crowded and had too few staff and I wouldnt normally expect this from Verizon. But my experience is Verizon Wireless phone customer experience is far superior than the in store experience.
