My boyfriend and I went into this Cricket store to switch our phone service from Metro Pcs to Cricket. A young man named M Perry helped us out. He was very friendly and helpful. Also, he was able to help us with any questions we had.

My name is Tyrell Bryant, I was a former store manager for a Cricket Wireless and have vast knowledge of cell phones and the Cricket service itself. I also worked as customer service agent for an AT&T call center, retail sales consultant at an Authorized Retailer AT&T Store, once again store manager at Authorized Retailer Cricket, and the same (store manager) for a Metro By T-Mobile. My husbands visual voicemail stopped working. After calling cricket tech support and motorola, they couldnt fix it so we went to the store. The store mgr leary (sp) was the only only that figured out that the ports were missed up and our phone number wasnt on cricket network.

Was fed up with AT&T. When traveling from Milledgeville to Athens has been the Worst cell tower svc possible. When in retail store in Milledgeville cant get but 1 bar. For this weve been paying $96.00 p/mo. AND just 1 gig. I have a Not so smartphone, Samsung Galaxy S7 active. This is the 3rd Galaxy in less than 27 mos. as it develops so many issues that AT&T said ea. phone needed to be replaced. My husband has a plain old Rugby, and only uses his for talk. No text or any other features that a smartphone has. But he has Good tower strength. Went to the Cricket store here and got Unlimited svc for both phones for $50.00 p/mo. Cell tower svc is Excellent. No more garbled voice from either side. We went with the (4) for $100.00 plan as it also accommodates 2 of our kids. Look at the money were saving ea. month with Superior svc. Never will go back to AT&T as long as Cricket is available.

Not very pleased we have had cricket service for a while and my husband lost his phoneSo I go to cricket to get another phone and they say he can get upgrade I said great well come to find out they charge 25$ to up grade plus the cost of phone .. So is that a up grade ??????Not a happy customer
