Best experience Ive ever had a Verizon Retailer. They made the process so pain free and it took less than a third of the time it normally takes at a Verizon store. This is the store you want to go to for all of your Verizon needs!

I was having major issues with my old iPhone and needed to upgrade. I chose to visit this location in downtown Milledgeville and it is honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Ask for Anna!!! She is amazing! She got me upgraded to the iPhone 11, and she took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure that my new phone was properly updated and ready to go. I have never had a bad experience with Verizon as a company, but I have to say that I recommend this location above the others for the excellent customer service. Thank you!!

I suppose to had curbside pick up. I had went into the store. And the representative was extremely slow and was having conversations outside of work topic. Very disregarding of the other customers.

Been there twice in the last few days. Both times only one person was working. Neither one was able to multitask and help more than one customer at a time. Even when all they were doing was waiting for a new phone to turn on and activate. The second time after 45 minutes of waiting I finally left. Once we pick up my wife’s phone then I will never go here again. Terrible customer service.

I called Verizon customer service about my horrible experience. I was charged 17.99 for insurance after purchasing an i phone 11. I wasnt given options. I was told to call customer service to cancel. they apologized and said I should have been given options. I was also told I had to pay 195.00, without explanation. finally, I was told it was for taxes, screen protector and case. I said absolutely not! I saved a lot of money by purchasing from Amazon and Walmart. Beware and ask questions. better yet stay away!

Wow, where to start. I walked in and was completely ignored by two employees at the desk - I was the only customer in the store. After standing there for a few minutes staring at them, they finally said they would be with me in a minute.I proceeded to tell one of the employees about my phone issue and she said she couldnt help me because she doesnt know how to work androids and gave me the customer service number.Verizon sells both android and apple. Your employees should be trained how to assist with BOTH as well as basic customer service technique.I wont be coming back to this location. Huge waste of time.

Dont waste your time going to this dump. I went in to look for a new phone for my husband. As soon as I entered, I overheard the 2 employees talking terribly about the customers that had just left. They were unengaged, unprofessional, & down right rude. & to top off the great experience, one of the employees had her shoes off. Also, they have no idea what they are talking about. Like I said, dont waste your time.

Customer Service seemed great at the time. I was sure to ask the employee if there were any hidden fees for my free tablet, or any deductible for my mobile insurance replacements. He told me there was no hidden fees and no deductibles. However, my bill all of a sudden is $254.00!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous. Not to mention that I cracked my phone screen and when I called to get it replaced I found that I would have to pay a $125 deductible.

Shoniece helped me buy a phone but I ended up getting a bundle also and I’m so glad I did. Great customer service, very friendly and helpful. Now I hope my bill is just as nice lol... if you need a phone this is the place to go to in Milledgeville!

Store manager Jamaal Richard kicked me out of the store while on the phone with Verizon customer service ..I asked for a sim card because thats what I was instructed to do by the customer service representative..when he realized that the employee had given me one he snatched the phone out of my hand and hung up on the Verizon wireless customer service representative and kicked me out! I will be taking this to corporate! He was very rude and unprofessional...he wasnt helpful from the beginning!
