I have found my experience at this store really great and the owner has been very helpful solving my skincare issues. The owner and her staff have exceeded my expectations to help me solve my dry skin issues.I highly recommend their skin care line and expertise. I would rate Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio on a 1-10, I would rate them a 20 My wife. lost all her hair after chemo and they were so kind and help full to fit her with a wig that was right for her. They also educated her how to use eye shadow to draw on eyebrows which made her feel beautiful again .They made her feel like she was no longer looking like a cancer victim. This meant so much to her over all attitude about having cancer, because they made her feel better about herself. They really went out of there way to make her feel comfortable. Thanks to all at Merle Norman!!!!

Great make up and skin care line but the owner Lynette is unpleasant. She is aggressive in pressuring sales. She also comes off as arrogant and standoffish. The prices are higher here as well.

They would not allow any returns, stating any wig related accessories are not returnable. Why? It was a head band that was still in the cellophane wrapper ... not opened.
