The Bike Doctor was really cool in my opinion. My bike had been in storage for 7 years and I brought it in and he aired up the tires to the correct level & adjusted the brakes so it was road ready again (for no charge). Thanx again Bike Doctor.

All i need was a wrench to apply a trailor to my bike. The man definitely is cool. He didnt charge me to use his tools and he even guided me thru the process and after told me to add air to my tires. All the while he was workin on someone elses bike. What a guy. Definitely go to this dude if u need a lil quick fix

Eric is a legend! I just had a shop rebuild my fork and didnt notice but it didnt pressurize right and my 36 fork was only extending to 140 out of 170 he got me sorted in a day and he and the other mechanic talked me through on what was happening. Super grateful for you guys! Also you can tell Eric is just a nice guy! Thanks guys!

Ive been living/riding in CO for a few years and usually got my tuneup from a shop in Silverthorne, CO. Bike Doctor does a much better job than that shop. My bike looks and rides like new!

I got hit by a car a bit ago. Hard Tail mtn Bike was fine, but the front wheel was bent a little.Asked these guys if i should replace it. They said no way! Cheaper for me if they just straighten it out. They had a chance to get money out of me right there, but advised the cheaper solution. Also asked for a tune up while they were at it. Not only did they do a better job, but he had several pointers to fix a long standing issue Ive had with alignment on the chain. Most of which he did as part of my tune up.Wheel is great now to. Cant tell it was bent.I Absolutely recommend Bike Doctor! My bike is super smooth now. Going to do a 28 mile trail ride this weekend. If dont update the review, it was all good then to.Five stars earned!!

Eric was a life-saver. I was on a bike trip from Salt Lake to Canada when my crank bearings decided they had had enough. I chose to see if The Bike Doctor might help for no other reason than that they were nearby and open. Eric greeted me, quickly dismissed the problem, and had me back on the road in no time. And the cost was far more than reasonable. I was impressed. I still am. Great service, extremely personable, excellent expertise, and responsiveness unlike most of what I have run into. Thank you Eric. Of all the bike shops I have run into in my biking years, you and yours talk among the best!

This is the first time that I have ever felt the need to write a negative review of a business and do not take pleasure in doing so, but others should be warned. I recently brought in a lightly used mountain bike that I brought to the bike doctor and asked them to have it tuned, thoroughly check for safety, and to fix anything that was out of order. When I got the bike back home from the shop I realized that the front suspension was not working at all so I took the bike back to the bike doctor the next day expecting that they would take responsibility for not thoroughly checking that the bike was in working order, though I was still happy to pay full price for it to be fixed. When I showed them that the suspension didnt work I was accused of possibly breaking it myself in the time that I put it in my car and brought it home (keep in mind that I had not yet ridden the bike and it had been less than 24 hours since it had left the shop). I found this to be extremely unlikely and a very rude and ridiculous attempt at evading responsibility for their poor attention to detail. The bike doctor then said that they would fix the suspension but at their own convenience when they could get to it. After waiting a day with no updates on any work being done to my bike, I ended up picking it up and taking it to another shop. At this point I did not trust that my bike would be properly fixed, or safe to ride down a mountain trail if the bike doctor was responsible for it. When my bike was inspected at the new shop they found that the front derailleurs were crooked and that the chain was dirty and not lubricated, on top of the fact that the front suspension was broken. I called the bike doctor to let them know about all of the issues that the other bike shop had found in an attempt to get a partial refund or acknowledgement; which I believe was not much to ask for since they didnt do their job properly or completely. I was once again met with a defensive attitude, many lame excuses and no apology whatsoever.

Unlike uogeckos review below, I have never been ignored or gotten any pro attitude from the guys at Bike Doc. Theyve been helpful, easygoing and low pressure. I ride a lot, but am no expert on bike mechanics, so I really cant attest to how great their mechanical aptitude is, but I have definitely had more of a cold shoulder from the guys at Missoula Bicycle Works (including the owner!) than at Bike Doc.
