I had spoken to Gene on Thursday of this week had a concern about my wheel alignment on my mini cooper. Gene was very professional and honest in regards to my car. I offered him a tip in which he refused and instead asked me if i could give a review instead!! Wow i was really impressed!! If you want to waste over an hour of your time and have then come back with an estimate of over $1000 to change your tires? This is the place to be. When I got in there were barely any cars in line. They changed me to go behind a car that was getting their oil change. Not such thing as a 10 minute oil change as they advertise. Finally they asked me to move forward. I guess they though they could hide that they will have to move me again if it wasnt because I took my keys with me. They come in to ask for the keys so they can move the car to the other side. My car was supposed to be next, but still have to wait another 20 minutes for tire rotation. After 20 minutes they come inside to tell me that they cant do it as the tire are pass the threshold. I would think that it would take a lot less to figure that out, as when I questioned it, he took to go see and it literally took FIVE seconds. The next thing they hand me is an estimate of over a $1000 to change tires. The best part he doesnt even bother to talk to me, he just hands the paper and is too busy trying to convince me that I need new tires. By now they havent even put air in the tires which was stated from the beginning that the tires needed air. I asked them if they did, of course they lied and told me they did. I watched while I waited then putting air when they have already told me they did! Next time I will go to an actual tire shop. What a waste of time.

Ive been to oil change shops that feel like one long sales pitch, trying to sell you services you dont actually need. I have been going to Express for a while now and have been happy with the professionalism of the staff and they have only recommended needed repairs or services. Oil changes are especially quick.

Their saying is not trustworthy. I made reservation through the phone in advance. However, they didn’t work for my car on time although I arrived there very soon after I hung up the phone. I didn’t see any car on the line, but they allowed someone cut the line before me. Horrible service!!!! I complained nicely and said that I didn’t see any car before me. Why did somebody cut the line? They didn’t apologize to me, but tried to convince me by saying that first come, first serve!! Ridiculous!!! I came first.

Xavier and crew were prompt and professional explaining current needs for oil change and state inspection. Extended service to even discuss and provide information for future recommendations without pressure or hassle. I would come back.

I went because my ac wasnt working. They told me the a/c issue was from lack of freon, then told me my car takes a special expensive type of freon and it would all cost about $400 for the repairs and it would take about 1 1/2 hours to finish . 3 1/2 hours later when my repairs were done and they had all ready added all that special expensive freon to my car, they then informed me that my a/c still wasnt going to work because I also have a broken a/c compressor and I was going to need $1600 to repair it. They informed me they were giving me a discount because they leaked a bunch of the special expensive freon out during the replacement so the total cost for my still broken a/c was $415.00.

This was my first time going to express oil. They was really nice. When you coming to get your oil change you should go to Jennifer. Jennifer is really nice. I would come again.

I have been here 3 times and they do such a great job in helping me and my jeep. During the start of the COVID shut down, a but after, they were still around to help. I love going to them!

They were quick and professional and Kevin did a great and quick job.

Disappointingly, the guys tried to scam me when I went for an inspection .It didnt take them a minute to find a fault and charge me for something that had nothing to do with the state inspection process. I have seen this at other places but, didnt expect this performance here. I walked out of there realizing it and went to another inspection place and the vehicle passed. Be careful when you go here, they can take you for granted.

Great service! I needed an inspection and to change light bulbs. The guys took great care of me. I highly recommend they stayed late to make sure they were able to complete the installation of my head lights which were really hard to get in which I had unsuccessfully tried doing myself

Made an appointment the day before for 9am, only to arrive and be told I wouldnt be seen for another 2 hours. Just left because that was what I was trying to avoid with the appointment.

These guys are quick and easy. I took a star off because I called ahead to make sure they had my oil filter on site, they normally dont, and they said they did. I always call ahead so I dont have to wait longer for the filter to arrive. When I got there, they then said that they didnt have the filter, so I was bummed I had to wait. But they did a good job and Ill be back.

Dont bother making any appointments here, I had an appointment for a simple brake check to determine why my brakes are squealing at only 15k miles. Went inside and talked to a shop attendant who informed me that appointments are tentative and that I had to join the oil change line to have a work order created before they could bring the car into the shop. At the time there were about 10 cars in line for oil changes and they do those on the spot so basically sit and wait about 2 hours or leave, I left and I wont be back.Why bother having an appointment system if you dont honor them and if you dont use the system anyways? A work order should have been created when I made the appointment. Would rate 0 stars if it was possible.

I was able to get my oil changed, inspection done And get all my fluids topped off!!Shannon even schooled me about my brakes, brake pads, and brake fluid! I went to this location to have an oil change because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, I was not treated with good service. I do not recommend having any service completed at this location. The technician named Mike was not clear on the pricing for the oil change and I was charged more than what I agreed upon. The technician was also rude and was not professional when I simply told him that he did not explain the pricing. He also did not reset the oil change indicator light on my vehicle as stated on the paperwork so now I have to drive around with my warning light on even though I did have an oil change.Now I see why I should just stick with the dealer for my service because places like this give port service and take advantage of women that don’t know much about vehicles.Never again will I do business with this company.

They put my wheels on AND did a bunch of little things I wanted to get done. James in the service center really took the extra time needed to get the job done right. Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’ve recommended multiple people to use this shop because I have had great experience with the folks for the last two years. Today was a different experience - I went back to show a leak from under the car which is different from before and incidentally I had a radiator leak last week that the shop replaced for me - spent $1200 to get that repair done. When I went back to have the shop look at the leak the discussion went downhill quickly with Gene the manager .. he looked the the leak and barked at me that it was water from A/C and was condescending when I enquired about the cause of the leak again - I had never ever seen a leak under my Lexus .. Gene was short and rude through out my enquiries and later dismissed me becos by saying he had other cars to attend.Leo and other mechanics were very nice to provide me with more a logical explanation about the reasons for the leak.I will not recommend or go back to store anymore unfortunately because of one persons arrogance and lack of customer focus.

Prices are high and the manager has a bad attitude!

Vernon was very courteous and let me know of a few things that needed to be done based on the mileage. I was able to get in quick. He checked all my lights to make sure they were working. I highly recommend this place.

It was on a Saturday and I thought that I left my house with plenty of time. I ended up getting there at 4:58 and they were still willing to take care of me. I was expecting to be rushed out of there but was still given the quality service that I normally get. Leo was working with me and still checked on my brakes, tires, fluid levels and lights even though it was pass there closing time. If you are looking for a place that displays consistent quality service, this is the place.
