The customer service here is on point; specifically, Amber, Isabel and Jennifer were amazing! Isabel paid very close attention to detail to ensure my eye exam was performed correctly and efficiently. Jennifer and Amber were very helpful when selecting frames for a first time eyeglass wearer with sensitivity to weight and lack of fashion sense. Amber, the manager, provided extensive insight to the lens and warranty options, all the while they all made me feel comfortable and not rushed. I am very satisfied with my experience at this location and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Went to 5 other eyeglass stores and couldn’t compare them to this. Everything was clean and has a much larger selection to suit your style. I took my mother along and we were very fortunate to have Bree help us out. She explained the whole process very clearly to my mother and helped get both of us the lenses we needed for a great price. This location always gives such great service. Today was the second time Ive been here with my mom for her glasses. David was really helpful and he gave great customer service. I had a great experience. Everyone was super helpful and nice but especially Bree. It was my first time getting contacts and she was extremely patient in helping me put them in and taking them out. They have a large variety of frames to choose from as well, and the store is maintained very well. Will definitely be using moving forward for eye exams.

Me and my family had appointments scheduled for Sunday August 8, 2021. Today, Aug. 6 at 5:30 p.m., less than 48 hours before the appointments, I get a phone call from a woman named Brianna, who claims to be the store manager, stating that our appointments have to be canceled because she cannot get anyone to work on Sunday. They offer Sunday appointments and list 3 doctors on staff yet these doctors are too lazy to work. Pathetic! They should not offer Sunday appointments if they are not going to honor them. Instead, Brianna states we can keep our appointments if we travel out of our way so that a different location can see us. Really? Brianna wants me to drive 27 miles one-way in the wrong direction because she cannot staff her store? Was there some type of discount offered for this inconvenience? Nope. She could not care less about how it affected my family. If this store cannot honor appointments, why would I bother doing business with this company in the first place? I asked for a district manager to call me, and as expected, no one called. Worst optometry experience ever. Save your time and go to an eye clinic where the manager knows how to staff their hours of operation and actually cares about you and your time, because this location surely does not.

Brenda remained attentive towards me while handling the problems associated with their computer system, phone calls, customers and while training a new employee’s first day on the job ( who was also quite helpful…sorry forgot her name). The store manager, M.J., who is only 22 y.o., but soo professional and knowledgeable about the optional add-ons and the financial aspects, was also helpful and pleasant to talk to. My Eyelab provided fast and provided friendly service. I went there on a Saturday without an appointment and was seen right away. They were very COVID-19 conscious and disinfected everything you will touch. There was a nice selection of frames to choice from. They were not in-network for my insurance company, but they matched my in-network benefits.

(Scam) theyll tell you they accept most insurances only to get you in the office just to find out they dont accept insurance, I should have read the reviews before going. The rude disrespectful manager just got so upset with me because I wanted to use my insurance versus paying out of pocket which wouldnt make sense at all being that I have vision insurance. He even suggested that I wanted glasses for free. Sir how could I want anything for free when i have EYE MED insurance? While I am prone to give a negative review, after meeting with the manager of this store, I want to give a positive rating. The store had/has a new staff and some things fell through the cracks, however the manager explained that to me and I can see how he truly wants this store to stand out in a positive way.

We had Alexander. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and cooperative. It is an extremely good customer service. We enjoyed the entire place and had a good atmosphere. We would surely choose My eye lab for our next time in Highway 6.

Poor service. Staff was nice but they had to send my glasses back to lab because initial measurements were incorrect. They also appeared to have been worn before.My glasses are still not right as they do not darken in sun as they should and they keep falling off my face.I refuse to take them back because it takes too long to return from lab.These glasses were not the advertised 2 for specials, I paid nearly $300.00, Not worth the money!

May have been the easiest eye exam Ive ever had. Very cool frames that my 8 year old agreed to and she was able to get 2 pairs for the price of one at other shops. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Never felt pressure to purchase more expensive frames or options. Frames for myself and kids were available in a couple of days instead of weeks. Highly recommended!

Zero star if possible! They told me on phone they accept ALL insurance and gave me an appointment the next day. So i happily take the appointment thinking im covered but nope. They took us right away, did exam and we selected our glasses and ready to pay. PAY ATTENTION NOW... she had a sheet that gives prices and tells us even after insurance the frames and exams were going to be over 300 dollars. EVEN WITH INSURANCE! I payed for exam and left which was 90 dollars and got our glasses for free at todays vision in sienna plantation. They would of done exams free but had to wait 2 weeks out. My eye lab will be quick to bring u in only to take ur money and having you scratch your head paying fees you shouldnt pay if you have vision insurance. Stay away if you have vision insurance but if you do it will be the best availability to you...

Awesome experience! I heard good things about Eyelab from my dad so I wanted to check this place out. Sam was the lady that greeted me and she was super helpful in getting me situated and very friendly. After Sam did some general tests I went into the room to get my prescription tests. It was cool and different because the eye doctor was on a screen and did all my tests as if she was in the room. She was very nice and it was so quick! I then went to choose my frames(2 for $59 deal). I picked some good ones with the managers help, who was more than willing to help me find the right fit for my face. Overall the whole process took about 30 min! It was a great experience and I would def recommend this place to anyone wanting to try a new vision place!
