Well, let me start with Tina, this young lady explained everything to me to the point 👉I had no problem understanding the process of getting to see the eye doctor.Then seeing Dr.K was awesome 👌 during the eye exam to the end. Once he finished the exam he explained to me his findings and what he needed me to do,following his advice I went to the optical area and talked with Dee.Dee explained to me what the eye doctor ordered for me and showed me all sorts of glasses to choose from.Then the price of the glasses and when I will be receiving them.My visit at the eye doctor was outstanding .

Dr K and the staff were great. Dr K gave me alot of knowledge about my health. Got in right away. Dee was so helpful on getting me my new glasses.

Service was amazing, everyone is super kind and patient. Dr.Kotecha was very nice and answered all my questions. I had to get glasses and Justin in the front helped me select them. He was very patient with me throughout the whole process.

Dr. Kotecha was awesome he explained everything so throughly. The whole staff was welcoming and friendly especially Dee was a lot of help picking out frames and normally that’s a struggle for me.

Dr. Kotecha is a highly skilled, caring, and professional optometrist. He performed an in-depth eye exam then went over his findings in detail with me. The exam showed that my blood pressure was out of control for a while, how I was not protecting my eyes properly from the sun, and also I was not eating enough vegetables! All of that showed up on the exam and how it was affecting my eyesight!!I had never been to an optometrist so knowledgeable.I highly recommend him to everyone!His staff is amazing!! Dee, Justin and Ghrissy are so friendly and helpful. I felt as if I was among true friends.Service is great and prices are very reasonable.

I’ve used them for nearly 20 years before and after the transition to MyEyeDr. They have solved acute issues and managed long term care with professionalism and accuracy. My older sister took me here to get my eyes checked and get new glasses. Everyone is so nice here. They always explained everything they were going to do and what it was for and made sure I was comfortable before everything we did. They’re great and have cool options for my lenses. I got some anti-blue light lenses with transitions since I always stare at my laptop screen for school and hate squinting in the sun.

The doctors, front desk clerks, and technicians are amazing here! I don’t normally post reviews, but they’ve made my experience so much better than the eye doctors and places I’ve had before. I’m always full of questions and concerns, but they make sure to take good care of me every time without fail. They’re extremely thorough with their work and always address every concern that I have whether it be about maintaining my eye health, insurance, shaping of my glasses, contacts, Lasik, preventing eye diseases or problems, etc. They’re professional, but you can tell each and every single one of them have big hearts to serve their patients and I appreciate that so much.

My experience at MyEyeDr was very positive. I received friendly and courteous service from Justin as I entered the office and he gave me paperwork to complete and answered my questions. After completing the papers, I was greeted by Liz, who was friendly, courteous and efficient. Liz completed my testing and made sure I was comfortable before leaving me to wait for the doctor.The doctor, Deepak Kotecha was the best. He explained what he observed from my tests and what it meant for my eye health. I was very pleased with his attention to detail and his thoroughness. He took time to discuss matters and did not make me feel rushed. He explained the importance of me wearing glasses regularly and to protect my eyes by wearing sunglasses.My experience with Donaca was second to none.
