Susy and the team at Target Optical is AMAZING. I have been to some of the “top” eye clinics in Houston, and the customer service and professionalism didn’t come close to how my husband and I were treated here. We stopped by the location in Target out of convenience, and we ended up making it our new eye destination. Susy took the time to explain our insurance benefits to us, and get us the best deal on our contacts and glasses! The selection of glasses they have is also great! So happy we gave them a chance. Thank you Susy for your kindness and help! We’ll be back soon!

Susy was very helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. She was also nice and helped clean my old glasses and introduced me to a handy spray cleaner that made my glasses clearer. I am very grateful that she was the one to take care of me when I purchased my new glasses.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Cherian. She and the staff were very professional and friendly. They worked seamlessly with my young child and let her voice her questions and concerns. Small space but would definitely recommend coming here for eye exams for excellent service.

The sales rep she was not so please tell over talking and stated I had no insurance coverage . When I had coverage . She proceeded to tell me what I needed instead of what the eye doctor proscribed. So I went to vision source and received all I needed with great customer service !

Optometrist is horrible. Gave me the wrong prescription. It was way too much. Not sure what she was thinking!2nd time I went she was very reluctant give me the prescription I felt good in. I got my glasses here a while back and I enjoyed the associate that I worked with. They were all patient and kind and took the time to explain everything to me. It was very busy because the end of the year and they even had a few rude customers come in but they handled everyone with kindness and the same fairness as everyone else. It took a while for the glasses to come in but that is because they have to order them and with it being the end of the year, it took some time. But I am definitely pleased with my purchase! They are great!

We’ve been getting our glasses and sun glasses from this location for couple years. They have a great customer service, especially Angel. Despite she is comparatively newer, she does tremendous work with customers. She goes above and beyond to make customer happy. I highly recommend this place and hope the management takes care of such a superstar ! Thanks and lot of appreciations, Angel.

Customer service was great!! Ive been putting off getting new glasses for some time and I didnt want to be one of those people who waits until the last minute then gets upset because it usually takes about 2 weeks to get glasses. I could just imagine how long during the holiday. I went in and the woman who helped me explained that it might take a while to receive my new glasses. I understood that and proceeded with ordering. She helped me with my insurance questions and helped me pick out a new pair. She really went the extra mile. Even explained the red card and how I could save more with my target debit card.

Angel and Susy helped me find the perfect frames that compliment my face shape and I couldn’t be happier! I love when you go somewhere and the employees care to help the customers with their needs. I’ll be back for sure if anything happens to my frames!

Susie is the best! She is very attentive to me and my families needs.I can call her with an issue and she will take care of. Never a worry when she is working.

I have gotten my sons glasses here twice and both times a lady named Susie helped me. She was phenomenal with him, patient and knowledgeable. She recommended the best frames based upon the amount of activity my son does. So if you need glasses ask for Susie to help you.

I had the most horrible customer service I had in years. Im very disappointed at the lack of courtesy and kindness. The lady who I dealt with had an attitude because I wanted to return the glasses I ordered 2 weeks ago. I had been told by a previous nicer young lady that I could exchange or return if I was not satisfied with the product. Today I felt pressured to keep the glasses and take them with me even though I was not satisfied with it.

Worst customer service ever!! The older lady (manager??) is extremely rude! She was even rude to her own employees.

My issues are not with the optometrist, but with the retail side where you can get contacts and glasses. I went in on Aug 18th, 2014 for an appt with the optometrist which that went very well - no complaints. But, once I was done I went over to the glasses and contacts side and ordered some glasses and a year supply of contacts.Today is Sept 15, 2014 and I still dont have contacts or glasses. In between that time I have asked them do they have anything for me. They (Marybeth) kept telling me, anytime now, on Monday or Tuesday, well call you Today I went in and she told me the same thing so I wanted my $591 refund for everything. Marybeth was just rude to me. She didnt ask me why I was refunding or what she could do to make me happy. She quietly took my receipt and refunded me the money and handed me my receipt back without saying a word to me.So, just now she called me on my cell and said Hi, this is Target Optical did you pick up your contacts yet? I replied No, I dont have any contacts I told you three weeks ago that I was on my last pair. That is why I went to the optometrist today to see if she had an extra pair and to get copies of my prescription so I can get contacts/glasses somewhere else She said well do you want them? I said No, I dont want them I just got my refund, I didnt pay for them She said, Well, I was just wanting to see if you wanted them for compensation - for free I said No, I dont want anything from you guys. She said Well, we called you on Sept 10th and left a message saying that your contacts were here I said that is not true, I have gone in there several times asking do you have anything for me?Long story short, she insulted me on one occasion stating that my prescription is no joke and that it takes longer. She lied to me and said that they called me and left message saying my contacts were in when clearly I have been in there every week to see if anything has gotten in and each time they said Monday or Tuesday.Marybeth has terrible customer service. Maybe my order was complicated because I ordered 2 glasses and a year supply of contacts. I guess if you dont give them a complicated order like mine and dont have a prescription that is no joke then most people wont have an issue with their customer service.Of course I will not be going back.

Called to make an appointment at 9:30 am. The lady on the other end couldnt get the appointment book open on the computer. She instructed me to walk in and they would fit me in.Upon arriving at 10:40 I was told that they were booked full and there was no way they could see me. An absolute waste of time and gas. Thanks a lot lady who answered the phone.
