They need better workers. I placed an order for my contacts and they said they will call me. Never got a call. And when i ordered them there was 2 elderly people that assisted me. Not only did i wait patiently for nearly and hour. Never found the right Rx and then need clarification from the Optical place. they said they will call me. Never did a month went by and if it wasnt bc i called they would have never called me. They need better employees or people who have more knowledge in the optical field.

I Refuse to do business with a store that will not answer a telephone! I have tried all morning to reach the vision department. The phone numbers posted on the website are incorrect. I can’t get a real person to answer the main number for the store. I give up. I will take my business elsewhere.

Had some metal grinder shaving in my eye and Dr. Dana got it out the same day I showed up, it wasn’t expensive and service was one of the best you could get. After 3 days I went for a follow up and Dr. Huy was there and same experience. Good service and quick almost no waiting time.

Good. Worth checking out if youre looking for an eye exam or new glasses or contacts. Also they have a donation box for old eyeglasses.

If I could give no stars, I certainly would. The opticians here were not accommodating in the least bit. I explained my circumstances and needed a temporary solution so that I could perform the night of the my initial visit. I spoke with one of the opticians over the phone and was so enthusiastic about picking up the contacts until I actually visited. The optician that I worked with was very rude and insensitive. I will never visit again.

My daughter broke her glasses which this Walmart or any in the surrounding area did not have. However the young lady who helped me put a request to corporate which was able to do a warranty to help my daughter get her glasses in time for school!!!

I was turned down at the vision center at 9929 Hwy 6, Missouri City, TX 77459 by a very lazy dude but when I got to this Walmart vision center, Robin who attended to me, was very welcoming, warm and friendly. Glad I came Here. I recommend this center for your eye care solution.

The people that work here are condescending
