I inquired about the 2008 Corvette that was for sale at their Mooresville lot. Kyle answered the phone and was a pure delight to speak with. I asked several questions about the vehicle and he was very knowledgeable. I live 500 miles away so I made a good faith deposit and told Kyle on Monday I would be down Saturday morning to pay the remainder and pick my new car up. I drove down Friday night and met Kyle at the dealership as soon as they opened. Kyle pulled the car out and we went for a drive to make sure I was happy. Yes sir I was. We filled the paperwork out and 20 minutes later I was driving my Vette home!! Thanks Kyle for a great car buying experience. The worst car buying / business experience of my life to date! First of all they sell a vehicle with unsafe, faulty, mismatched tires. Then refuse to fix under warranty or reimburse for having the issue fixed. Then they are supposed to send me my license plate, registration, and 2nd key fob in the mail... Its been well over 30 days and I am yet to receive them. My 30 day tag has expired!!! While waiting on them.Then the customer service of trying get these issues fixed is horrid. KEEP YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!

Excellent service, got turned down at a big name dealership and made my way here (first time buyer). Kas and Kyle did everything in their power to get me in a vehicle. I drove here to see a car. Before I even saw the car, they were asking for all my credit information. Then, they said, the owner wants you to sign a statement saying if he can get the payments at this amount, you will buy the car today. I said, I cant sign that, because there are other factors. How long will I be making those payments? One year? Two? What is the sales price?They went back and forth bringing me different numbers, but would never answer my questions: what interest rate are we talking about? How long is the repayment period? What extras are you charging me for because theres no way borrowing to meet the advertised sales price minus down payment could have cost that much.But I couldnt get any information about the loans they were coming up with, which seems to go against several laws designed to protect consumers. I was taken outside when another customer started asking the same questions and then, before any of my questions were answered, I was told I had taken up enough of their time and invited to leave.This is your money. You should know ALL the details about what something is really costing you. Why would ANY seller object to you asking questions about your purchase?NOTE: In the interest of full disclosure, I will say that my credit is horrible and they ran apps with numerous banks. They did work to find a lender. It was the way I was handled and the lack of information and answers that I found very concerning. Even if your credit is bad, you are still entitled to full and honest disclosure.

Great place to buy a car. I had a great experience from the time I walked in to the time I drove out. The process was easy and honest. Going from car dealership to dealership was exhausting, but these guys helped me find a car I was comfortable with and they were able to help me find a finance plan that worked for me as well. Andres is a great sales person I would recommend him if you come to this location, very helpful and answers all your questions.

They were up front and made the purchase easy...for the most part.MAJOR NOTE - they do not* let you test drive their vehicles until AFTER you have talked numbers with them and settled on a price. Be sure to agree on an out the door price ahead of time. Personally I still dont feel this is a customer first approach but I understand not wanting to deal with low-ball offers. This is the only reason for my 4 star review. Would have been nice to know ahead of time given this was a scheduled test drive.We got a very clean rust free lexus gx470 for a very reasonable price so I am very happy. The small issues that our mechanic did discover, while not being fixed by the dealership, are being fixed at their cost with their mechanic rather than regular mechanic costs so that is appreciated as well.All in all I would be happy to do business again here in the future and they are worth a look as long as you do your homework on their vehicles ahead of time.

The salesperson was extremely friendly and kind. However, when the owner overheard me talking about how I was unhappy on the quality of a certain vehicle (paint chipping, a small stain on the driver’s seat) he got extremely angry and ranted on the “good quality” of his vehicles. Good selection of cars, very easy process to get financing and get me rolling in the car I was looking for.

Unfortunately, the owner didnt keep his promise of, If you have any issues, just let us know, we take care of our customers. HA...... After driving off the lot it cost $600.00 to have them fix a pre-existing problem within 3 weeks of ownership. When the car wouldnt start a few weeks later, we went to a reputable repair shop, but it cost another $1,800. So much for taking care of the customer.

Kyle and Kas were fantastic! I was really impressed with how honest and transparent they were throughout the process, and genuinely wanted to us to get the best deal possible. Im in financial sales and advising, and their credit approach was unlike any other car dealership Ive dealt with. They pulled the credit report themselves instead of the shotgun effect of having multiple lenders pull it at once which can result in 5+ hits to credit. They went through our reports with us, explained the scores and what that meant for us in terms of an auto loan. Recommended two lenders they felt would give the best rate, and assisted in contacting both for us. We also had our elementary aged kids with us and they offered bottled water and joked with the kids throughout to make them feel welcome too. Weve had our 2011 Silverado for a month now, no issues and my husband loves it! Highly recommend doing business with them!! Thanks again guys, and happy holidays!
