Best Car Buying Experience EverI was looking for a new mustang after selling mine just a couple of days ago.Of course, things like price, mileage, and condition are top priorities for any car buyer.Id been to several traditional dealerships in the weeks prior to buying with Car Pros, and something always just felt...off. Between cars that just drove weird (I was test driving manual transmissions), to salesman that seemed like they just werent giving me the full story, Id seen it all.I found what seemed like a great deal online, which lead me to my purchase at Car Pros.I pulled up to Car Pros to be greeted by Steve at the door. He knew who I was and what car I was coming in to see. There was nobody else there; they work by appointment only because its a couple running the business.We walked back the the car and saw that they keep all of the inventory INDOORS, which is totally unique among other dealerships. He handed me the keys and invited me to start it up and take a look around and said hed be back in a few minutes... Its always relieving when you get a moment alone to inspect the car instead of having a salesman hovering over you trying to distract you from any imperfections.He said, The only thing that we ask is that you dont rev up a cold engine. A sign that they treat the cars with care, unlike many others who flip hundreds of cars every week.I did my inspection and the car was immaculate, a few small dings here and there, which is what I expected from a car with 71k miles on it. The car actually looked BETTER in person than it did in the photos online.I asked to take it for a spin, and then signed a quick paper saying that Id have the car back in about 30 minutes... Yes they even let you test drive the cars on your own too!Came back from a test drive and it was a no brainer to move forward. It was a great deal for the exact car I wanted, it better condition than I expected.We came back in and ran credit and finances, another easy-going, no-pressure process... I had to come back the next day because it was Sunday night and the credit check wouldnt come back until Monday morning.I heard from Steve via text in the morning, and he asked that I email him over a copy of my insurance policy details so he could have everything prepared for when I got there (which he did).When I arrived, the car was sitting out front waiting for me! We got into paper signing and Wendy explained in detail what each paper was and why I was signing it (also rare among dealerships).Finally, she explained next steps for me, and I was off on my way!I got a great deal on a great car, and it by far was the easiest, low-pressure sales process Id ever experienced.Its always a good feeling to find a great deal, but what you dont anticipate when buying a car are things like:1. Steve had my car for over a month. He never called to update me on the status of my car. He charge me over $400 for advertising space but never advertised it and didn’t agree to refund me. He said the body shop was behind on fixing minor dents and scratches. It sat for a month in the body shop. He gave me a story that he paid for ‘advertising space’ in advance and couldn’t refund me. Plus a consignment fee. He should have refunded me at least half of the money in good faith but he didn’t. Won’t refer or do business with them. Steve is a used car salesman to a T.

My wife called there today looking for information on a Honda Ridge Line that we were prepared to buy. And the owner was so nasty to here and rude. I would never purchase a car from there. And would not refer anyone esle to.

Took all the hassle out of selling my car.Gave me a ride (twice) to pick up a rental while my car was waiting for an offer. They cleaned my car, listed it, took the offer, and paid my bank what I still owed on my behalf. The offer was easily 10K - 15K more than I would have gotten if Id traded it in.All I had to do was sign a few papers when I dropped it off and was in and out in about 30 minutes.When was the last time you spent 30 minutes at a dealer...for ANYTHING?

Called about a vehicle and talked to Steve. On the vehicles carfax, there were three reports about it being serviced within 300 miles of eachother, with the most recent service having the cars computer reflashed, and the electrical wiring checked. Obviously something was wrong with it as the last issue happened within the last 4 miles of the cars odometer at Steves dealership and the carfax report.Ok...cars have issues, but the reason im giving a 1 star review was Steve blatantly lied about it. When i called to get the details of the latest servicing he stated Im not concerned with it....well no $hit Steve youre not the one debating dropping $30k and driving it for 5 years. When i pressed further on it, he said the vehicle was purchased at auction, the mai tenance was performed before the auction, and that i should call the dealer that serviced it to get information. Problem is, on the carfax the servicing of the vehicle happened a WEEK AFTER it showed his purchasing it at auction.Very shady, bold faced liar, and if you are going to get a vehicle there make sure the carfax is at least clean. Its just bad business. Not only did he lose a potential $30k, he also lost my trust which could have led him to selling me another vehicle if i wasnt comfortable with that particular carfax as i am preapproved with check in hand for $15k over the price of the vehicle i was asking about. Im also trading in a one owner clean carfax Lexus IS350, which he would have had zero issues flipping. How are you still in business?! All you had to do was be honest, tell me the issue with the car, and at least earned some business on another vehicle as a trustworthy salesman.

I bought a truck from Mike Gordon here in January 2017 and the transaction was smooth. The truck drives great and has had no operational issues. However, the drivers side headlight was loose and I could see the light bouncing slightly on the road at night. This was due to the mounting bracket having broken off of the rear of the headlight, probably during a wreck that was listed on the Carfax. The headlight issue was not mentioned to me, however that may be because the Car Pros staff was not aware of it. It did cost me about $300 to order a new headlight and have it installed. But besides that issue, the truck has performed great so far.

Purchased a 2011 Audi Q7 from this dealership just over a year ago. Was doing some Christmas shopping and noticed a very loud noise coming from the Audi. Took it over to the dealership only for them to call us today informing us that not only was the belt bad but the water pump went out as well as a couple other issues that will cost us a little over $3,000 to fix. They also told us that things like this never happen to a vehicle like that especially for a vehicle that isn’t very old. We will never do business from this dealership again and will warn anyone we know not to buy anything from them.

I like shopping for cars (the research, the listings, the test drives, etc.) but hate buying cars. It is always such a pain to navigate a dealer that is pushing add-ons, has to talk to his manager about negotiations, etc.Steve was the exact opposite of all of that. He let me take the car for an extended test drive so I could show it to my wife, never pressured me into anything, and even held the car for me while I worked out some insurance hassles.This is a wonderful, family-owned business with a focus on doing a good job for their customers. Wendy even told me that they dont want to get too big because then they wouldnt be able to do a great job and stay hands-on. Not only will we never do business with this guy again, but every chance I get Ill make sure anyone in the market for a vehicle doesnt purchase from this dealership.
