Terrible customer service. They lie to you. They dont respect you. I had the cash to purchase this car. I was put to the back burner. To call back this evening. Even though they still had the vehicle. I RECOMMEND GOING ANYWHERE ELSE..ANY WHERE!
One Man-Jack Brice! See him today. To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement! I have dealt with a lot of great sales people at many dealerships and no one even compares. Incredible communication, friendly personality, mixed with a great sense of humor. I appreciate all the help he gave me and if you want someone who cares and is easy to deal with, he is your man!
We returned a 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV which we had driven for 19 days. The car was under a recall for a possible dangerous fire situation which we received during the weekend. We test drove another vehicle listed at the same starting price as the Bolt on the sales persons computer. We wanted an even swap plus paying for the 19 days of usage. Randy Marion sales manager offered 10,000 dollars less for the Bolt saying they couldnt be expected to take the loss. However, they expected us, the customer, to take the loss. They now have the Bolt and no sale. We have moved on to the next step.
Sales guy was great, used car manager was a chauvinistic and pandering. Buy a used car her if the price and vehicle is what you want, be be aware that the sales manager I dealt with is an old school. I found a vehicle here my wife wanted. Talked to sales guy who was great. My wife cleaned up her vehicle to bring it in to have trade assessed etc, at an agreed up on time. After giving her the run around they told her they couldnt give her a trade in value without me being there? Really its 2021 guys. She left. I called sales guy furious and her and sent her back to dealership where it was supposed to happen. The sales manager talked down to her and said I needed to be there in case I needed the write the check, among other items. The whole shtick of your husbands needs to be here to, and wouldnt give her the trade in value. She got in her car to leave. I called sales guy ballistic and told him we werent going to buy car from them if he couldnt give her a trade in value. They caved and they did. We negotiated final price over the phone. Then I get the whole restoral fee. I couldnt buy the without it, but they hadnt installed it yet. Yeah complete BS. Basically youve negotiated a price, but now we are going to cram down a $750 fee for something we havent installed yet, but you have to buy with the car. We still purchased the car with the cram down. It wasnt worth still looking somewhere else when they had the car there she wanted. Cavoite emptor. I assume dishonest, shady, chauvinistic, pandering comes from the top.

Went to buy a used car with my wife. Found a vehicle that we liked and were interested in purchasing. Had to wait till the following day for final price, and was told by the salesman that he would call us. Never received a call from them. Left three messages with the salesman and the dealership. Never received a call from anyone. Worst customer service. Would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. Went to Carmax instead. Much better customer service.
The communication can not be worse here for service. I never would get return calls to get a status if my car was done. For 3 days in a row the day ended and I heard nothing. I understand things happen and have no issue with that but no communication is not acceptable.
Without question, this dealership has provided (by a significant margin) the best service and support I have ever experienced. Kudos to Marty for being my advocate and thanks to the used car service manager for support that exceeded expectations! A rarity - a business in which their word is their bond.

Excellent customer service at the service department! Dropped our Cadillac off on our way out of town that seemed to have a few issues and they had it fixed in a very timely manner. Awesome customer service! I made the appt with Samantha, who was super nice and helpful. Robin spoke with my husband a few times and kept him up to date on the progress. Car was cleaned, oil was changed, tires were rotated, and car was back in business with all other issues. I highly recommend them! Best customer service from any other Cadillac dealer weve been to!
They have a great inventory and great network of dealerships and are always sponsoring charity events in the area. Their prices are almost guaranteed to be higher than other dealerships. If you dont mind driving to Winston or Lincolnton, you can get a better price on pretty much any domestic make. The sales and parts staff can also be a bit insulting, whether intentional or not. They just dont seem to care or follow up. The ownership and senior staff are great people there and support their community.
Ive always liked these guys. Theyve always taken care of me. Weve bought several Subaru(s) from them and service them there regularly. Good people. Randy appears to take care of his people and it shows down the line. Of course nothing is cheap at any dealership, but they keep me coming back and work with me when they can to save a few bucks here and there. Weve always done everything, including oil changes there. I feel like my cars are well known and well maintained by them and between that and the people I deal with..... Again, the reason I keep coming back.

I would not buy from here at all. They sell you a vehicle that leaks water and has mold. They say they will help but want you to pay more out of pocket for another vehicle that has problems. Sale guy was awesome but the management doesnt care at all.

Randy Marion Subaru in Mooresville is a wonderful dealership and service center. Im from out of state and I trust them with my older Forester. The service staff are very helpful. The renovations are complete so its a much more pleasant waiting area for customers.

Worst experience ever. I looked at a 2016 Chevy Equinox, it had a rusted frame, smoked in and dented up. They wanted $16000 for it, would not budge on the price. The sales man was rude and a definite woman hater. If you are a woman stay clear of this place. Youll be treated like you are the dumbest thing on earth.

Added fees $770 of touch of class and $799 doc fee. Sorry that is way to much for nothing. And if they say someone has to get paid to do the documents. Well that is just part of selling a car. Would you be happy paying the grocery store a service fee to buy groceries? Dont they have to pay their cashiers? And $770 for a detail? So that is nearly $1600 in free money for the dealer. No thanks wont be back ever.

I dealt with 2 Deceitful people who dont listen and will say do anything to make a sale. Quick to tell you That they generate some outrageous amount of sales a month. I walked away. Glad i did. When you have dealt with better dealerships you will recognize bad practices. Dont waste your time or money here.

Spent $70,000 on a Suburban. First, they gave me a 30 day temporary tag and then took over 30 days to get the MCO to me. As a result, I couldnt drive the car for almost a week. They forgot to put the headphones and remotes in the car. After 3 separate phone calls (the first one was the day after I bought the car) where they promised to send them to me, here I am almost 2 months later waiting for them. Not sure if they are liars or incompetent but I would never do business with them again. Tried to talk to the General Mgr but they fobbed me off on a Sales guy that made empty promises. I am going to Chevrolet next and then small claims if necessary.
