All I can say is, I am a first time car buyer with not so great credit, I walked in, (took a little while for my credit report to come back, not their fault) and came out with a GREAT payment, the car I wanted, and a good feeling. The check engine light came on a few days later, called them and they were more than happy to fix the issue. I will tell everyone I know about them! They know how to handle people in an uncomfortable situation. We all know how car buying sucks, they make it so much more at ease. The owner and his wife are great people with integrity! My jeep was detailed, the salesman was not pushy, and they know what they are doing. If you are looking to buy a car, please go to them if you can!!!!!

This is the first time I’ve ever reviewed a business, but this company deserves it. Earlier this summer, I went on a search for a roadster to enjoy the weather. I’ve been around typical, huge dealerships many times, and I never have positive experiences with them. So, I decided to give Lee Family Motors a visit to check out a small, family-owned business. I’m glad I made that decision. From the start, not once did a salesperson ask me a ‘pushy’ question. Even during the test drive, I could tell they cared about being upfront and honest with their customers. We went around awesome roads for about fifteen minutes, and the salesperson talked about both the positives and negatives of the particular model I was looking at that day. Then, I went inside their dealership, and no more than fifteen minutes later arrived at a great price for a great vehicle. It took far less than an hour from start to finish at this dealership to get a car — a Miata that puts a smile on my face each morning and afternoon, and I’m sure it will continue to do so for many years. I was always very skeptical when it comes to purchasing a car from any type of dealership but at Lee Family Motors I felt like I was right at home. Id seen an 09 Honda Civic SI that really caught my eye and went to check it out, test drove it and fell in love with it immediately. We sat down and talked and Cary really worked with us on getting it to a price that was easy for me to pay monthly. I highly recommend these guys especially if your looking to purchase your first car. It was worth the drive to Mooresville from Winston Salem.

The worst buying experience Ive ever had, and Ive bought over 30 vehicles in my lifetime. Found a car that I thought was in good shape only to discover 32 hours, yes 32 hours, later the computer was bad. Cary Nolan acted like he was doing me a favor by taking it to Keffer Volkswagen (which was a calamity in itself) and paying for a replacement. Didnt return phone calls timely. Didnt communicate well. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE! Would not recommend Lee Family Motors to someone I despised! They got one star because you cant leave negative star ratings. For the sake of your own sanity STAY AWAY from Lee Family Motors!
