The team there were all very easy to talk to and willing to work with you.I cant say I don’t miss my car that I traded in a (2015 Launch Edition STI), but it was well worth the upgrade to a 2020 Supra! I purchased my Focus RS from Champion, and they were awesome start to finish. I had been to a few dealers looking at what car I might what to get to sit alongside my STi and each one felt off. Most dealers were hiding something, or the car wasnt represented well. An example of this was the dealer that was selling a Fiesta ST that had obviously been repaired and repainted. When I asked about it, they said its not on the Carfax .. which isnt what I asked, and they finally admitted the hatch was repaired. Buying a used car comes with an expectation that its not perfect, but hiding the details is a big red flag for me.I went from that dealer to Champion the same day to look at the RS and there was nothing to hide. The car was straight and honest, when I asked questions I got clear answers. When I drove it, there wasnt any surprises. When I went to talk numbers, I brought up where I was with the car and what they would need to do to put a deal together, they were straight forward back about what was and was not possible.Low pressure, easy to talk with, all the things you could want when buying a car. I will keep an eye on their inventory for sure.

I am one very happy customer! The entire team at Champion were so awesome to work with. I was very curious about one of their cars they had listed as it had everything I was looking for down to the body color. I told them I was from Florida, but was really interested in the car and could they give me any details on it. Jessica provided me with all the details and after talking to her I was even more interested. I got all my financing together and called her back letting her know I would be driving up to take a look at the vehicle. She also let me know that they could ship the car to me and save me a 7+ hour drive. If I chose to go the shipping route they would provide a full video of all aspects of the car top to bottom, inside and out including the car running and driving. I was blown away because that idea didn’t even cross my mind as an option, plus who else offers this level of customer service? Champion Car Company does, that’s who! I decided to make the drive up from Florida because I’m a ‘hands on’ kind of guy. The car was better than I expected and after a quick test drive it was a done deal in my mind. I put a deposit down on a vehicle and took it for a test drive and then multiple parts quite literally broke off of the vehicle (splash guard, side vents), the back window was not working. I brought the vehicle back and they would not return the deposit even after their on site mechanic informed me he knew those parts weren’t working beforehand and they were about to sell a defective vehicle.

I highly recommend reading the reviews before buying a car from this dealership. These people are your best friends until you spend your money with them, after that they could care less about you. All you are to this company is a dollar sign. As other customers stated they give you the run around about why they haven’t gotten back to you with their excuses. It doesn’t surprise me, after all this is the world we live in. Karma is a ***** but one way or the other they will fix what needs to be done. The only 5 stars this place has gotten from customers are only the ones who haven’t ran into a problem with their vehicle yet, I guarantee once they have an issue they will reconsider their review. Save yourself time, money, a headache, and spend your money with a company that values their customers. GOOD LUCK!!!!

Over the last 10 years I have been the designated car buyer for my family, so I am speaking from experience when I say that buying a car is as unpleasant as an unplanned trip to the dentist; it is annoying, time consuming, and a field trip in pain. Champion Car Company is the proverbial exception that proves the rule. Travis and Matt were extremely flexible and accommodating. They stayed well after business hours ended so that I did not have to make a second trip to the dealership (a 2 hour round trip). Further, Travis drove the car that I was purchasing to his house the previous evening so that we could meet close to where I work and where he lives in order to complete the purchase process. It was quick, efficient, easy, painless, and, most importantly, it showed that Champion Car Companys mission statement is genuine rather than a warm and fuzzy treatise of BS.

Best dealership around!!! The dodge dealership only offered me 12k for my Jeep but Matt was able to work out a trade in deal which gave me about 19k trade in value. Matt was super cool, extremely nice, very low pressure and wouldnt try and sell you anything that you dont want. Like I said, its definitely the best dealership around hands down. Ive only had the car a couple days so I cant review that but I can review the dealership and service. When they say no pressure, they mean no pressure. They literally let me drive whatever car I wanted, alone, go over them as long as I wanted, answered any questions I had, and basically left me totally alone. If that sounds bad it isnt, its amazing. They were there when you needed them and waited patiently while you didnt. Shopping was a breeze, financing was easy, every thing was just good. It was just a good experience, I dont know how else to explain it. It was easy to buy exactly what I wanted. Theyre easy to work with and even easier to like. 10/10 will buy from them again.

I had my first experience at Champion Car Company, buying a used Nissan Titan only a couple days ago.These folks are awesome!Not only was the truck one of the cleanest Ive seen for the year(2010), but Champion Car Company (from here on referred to as CCC) also was willing to negotiate the price for me, which is a BIG factor in dealing with used car dealerships. Most have their no-haggle price which basically translates to, we are firm on our price so dont ask to negotiate. Either take our price or leave it!Not so with CCC!My particular salesman (Travis), did an outstanding job and was really helpful.The Titan had a small oil leak underneath at the oil drain plug, and when I pointed it out to Travis, they took the truck THAT DAY to a shop to get it checked out, and ended up replacing the oil drain plug and changing the oil while they were at it.They also put a new battery in as well.I would definitely recommend CCC if you are looking to purchase a nice used vehicle (plus they always have a sweet collection of cars there too (mustangs, camaros, golf gtis, even a gtr sometimes).If you are wondering about the integrity of CCC, rest assured, from my experience, the folks here are honest, and willing to work with you.I would consider CCC again when the time comes to purchase another vehicle.Thanks for the sweet truck yall.(P.S., I took it up near Beech mountain today and got over 15mpg despite going up the mountain on 181.Great truck!)

We purchased a 2015 Yukon Denali from this dealership in July of 2019-we just picked it up from repair shop with a 8300.00 bill. The transmission needed to be replaced, new lifters had to be put in the engine - a new wiring harness had to be installed because it was shorted out blowing fuses and both entertainment screens have to be replaced due to another short that they are tracing- the staff was polite and nice during our transaction but we were definately sold a lemon. Be cautious.

I had an easy low hassle experience with Matt and the sales team when I was buying a new vehicle and trading mine in. For me new vehicle they worked with me on the things I did not like about the car to help remedy it so that I loved the vehicle. They took responsibility for covering the cost of a vinyl wrap in whatever color I wanted and they paid for a portion of my tune so I could get a little more power. Upon arrival Matt handled the entire process from showing the car to getting us approved with a lender, paperwork was very fast and easy. I had a specific car in mind that I couldnt find in my local area (Roanoke, VA). I connected with Matt on the phone and asked for his honest opinion on the car. He mentioned there were a couple of paint chips on the hood and the bumper, but the rest of the car was in great shape. He immediately took a video and pointed out the chips. I thought he was joking because I could barely see them, expecting much worse. I decided to drive 3 hours on a Saturday to see the car. It was everything Matt described and I bought it on the spot. Jason (owner) came out and we all sat around chatting about past experiences. Great dealership and great group of people. PART IIMy husband and I purchased a 2014 Raptor SVT in July of 2019. We were assured that the car had been carefully inspected without any significant issues. On good faith we decided to purchase a warranty which we were encouraged to do and led to believe it would cover most problems with the exception of a few issues. Unfortunately we had something to happen with the radiator hose which no one would have been able to predict. While diagnostic work was being done at Ford dealership to give estimate on radiator hose repair, it was noted that the inner and outer tire rod ends were bad and needed to be replaced.Of note the truck made a grinding noise whenever we turned the vehicle sharply which we were toad was not a serious problem and was related to the fact that tires were oversized. Also the tires and steering were never aligned which we soon found out while being towed that the tire rod ends were bad. Of note we left the Ford dealership, called Matt and other staff but mostly dealt with Matt. We were advised by him that we should come back to the dealership so we could have this evaluated by the automotive shop which Champion works with.Multiple conversations occurred between the automotive shop and the insurance company essentially to no avail. Although the mechanic did attempt to work with us and give us a fair price. We were very frustrated by all this and express our concerns to Matt . We were told by him that he would speak with management and that someone from management would get back to us on more than one occasion . We eventually stopped calling when it was clear that we had been blown off and that this company did not intend to make any type of amends for the problems we had .most of these issues were not covered by the insurance which we are still paying for and turned out to be a joke totally useless.We have since had internal and external tire rod ends, upper and lower ball joints, and alignment. Guess what happened next!? The grinding noise that used to okay whenever we made a sharp turn to the right or the left that we were told was normal due to the fact that the oversized tires were rubbing against the inner fender well...THE NOISE GRINDING NOISE D I S A P P E A R E D we have not heard it again since we have had those things done and replaced thats supposedly were not an issue when we purchased the car.We are beyond frustrated and irritated by The way we were dealt with or rather the lack of help with this company who was so eager to take our money when the car was being sold.I previously wrote a review around the time regarding these things which was never responded to or addressed by anyone from the company including Matt. its very interesting because the companys reviews are outstanding and that is why we were so excited to work with them. If the company were willing to do right by us even half right I would gladly add that to the review .PART II .... BUYER BEWARE!!! Extremely disappointed! What initially seemed to be a great buying experience shortly thereafter turned into a nightmare. We were assured our truck had been checked out thoroughly before we purchased it, but less than two weeks after having vehicle ran into a problem with the radiator hose. Shortly after this ran into an issue with tire rod suspension issues. For almost two months we have tried to resolve this issue with company but were essentially given the runaround. Would not recommend this car dealership to anyone else. As an aside we were encouraged to purchase an extended insurance which has been a joke. I held off on doing this review as I tried to give the company ample opportunity to make it right.

By far one of the best dealerships that I have been to. Matt was amazing to deal with. Was very helpful and got me taken care of ! Was coming from Myrtle beach and had most of the paper work before I even arrived. Making the process so much easier. Matt sent very detail pictures of any issues that the car had. And one of the very very small scratches was even buff out when I got there. Would recommend champion to anyone I know. Thanks again for the help Matt!

Needed to buy a car after moving to North Carolina from Canada for work. First met with Jason who was incredibly friendly. Because I had just arrived from Canada I didnt have a NC drivers license so I was unable to take the car for a test drive, however Jason was more than willing to take me out for a ride along even though it was already closing time. When it came to purchasing the vehicle he was very patient and accommodating when it came to the amount of time I needed to figure out my insurance and switching my Canadian drivers license for a NC drivers license. When I went to pick up the car I was helped by Matt who clearly explained all of the paperwork, ensuring it was all very clear, and making it as hassle free as possible. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Excellent experience. I travelled 5 hours across the state to check out a car and I walked away genuinely wanting to buy it because my salesman (Matt) was just a good dude. He worked with me over the course of two weeks and probably about 100 emails and got me a great deal on the car. My level of satisfaction is through the roof. Bought a 2013 Scion FR-S from these guys and had a good experience. They are good guys and not out to get you. After a week of buying the car the check engine light came on. I took it back to them and they fixed it up right away on them! It has been about 2 months now and the car is running great. I highly recommend you go check them out, they have quality cars.
