I went in today specifically to switch phones and the female that was there totally helped me out and gave me a great suggestion for another phone! She knew what she was doing. I would definitely recommend going to her if You have a problem or question. I feel confident with a next visit.

The customer service at the local boost store, was amazing, professional, polite and knew what she was doing! She even multi tasked when other customers came in, at thehe same time making all feel comfortable!*NOW*I give 1 star for there customer service over the phone either calling in or try to re-up on your device!So very disappointed that every month we have the same trouble over and over again!#1 When you call cust. Service, you either get disconnected or electronic pick a # 123etc... Just get disconnected and sent back to yourmy boost and that brings up!#2 Just try to re-up in my boost is another fiasco in itself!Very disappointed!

Ive had a experience with Boost mobile. Would give 5 stars but open hours are 11:00 am but sometimes their not open when it says they should be open. But they have good people working and great customer service.

I would give half a star if I could. They are never open when store hours are posted or when Google says they are open.. its frustrating! Their service already sucks and to not be open when it says you should be!

We stood there for over 15 minutes the only customers in the store while the only customer service rep stood talking on the phone only looking at us to say step back and dont touch display phones we werent trying to touch the dang phones. Rude and store is dirty!
