I went in to have my phone looked at .and yajaira R. asked what needed so I told what was going with my phone was not good so desided to get a new one so she showed me some phone,s I picked the one I wanted and she did all the rest. Bad services she setup my appoiment today at 6 pm for buy my new celular phone and when coming at 5:50 she tell me im close at 6:00 pm beacuse the owner change the schudle and im driving 45 minutes to cricket in moses lake so definetly dont recommend this store. I give 0 star and is in two time about 6 months later the same problem.Visit diffrent store it was supposed to close at 7:00pm and it closed at 6:00pm and my real name is Abel Rivera

My phone number got suspended(because I put my sim card in an old cricket phone and when I placed it back on my iphone it won’t work)....went to this place to get it fixed. They told me the only way I can get unsuspended is to buy a 5G phone??? SERIOUSLY!? I left frustrated and ready to go to another carrier! I called customer service and they got it all fixed! I like Cricket and their online customer service but not this Cricket store in Moses Lake! Like what the other review said just call their customer service online because this one is a joke.

The one in Moses Lake is way better than the location in Othello. Jackie is the worker who has been super helpful and informative since the day we switched to Cricket. They have the patience and are willing to listen to our questions and concerns. Really recommend them!

Do not activate your phone here! The SIM card is $9.99 but they tell you it’s $35 and add accessories to charge you extra plus the activation fee $25!! And when you want to return the accessories they added they don’t allow you to! It’s a scam what their doing. I even spoke to the manager and told her so and all she would say is that’s the way the owner of the store wants us to do it! Just go to Walmart or target and buy the chip for $9.99, activate online or with customer service. This place is a joke!

I dont know this place but we often go next door to Taco Del Mar. I guess its assumed that we went here when we did not.

All the staff in the store is very friendly and helpful. No complaints there at all. BUT BUYER BEWARE!! If u buy an iPhone through them they will offer u insurance on the phone. Naturally if u are buying an iPhone outright youd probably want to insure it for theft or damage.I bought my daughter an iPhone 7 only weeks after it came out for her birthday. I opted for insurance of course. Shortly before her having it for a year the phone started acting up. Not receiving calls or allow outgoing a lot of the time. I took the phone in and the girl changed out SIM cards which worked temporarily. Then the phone really got weird. Took it back and she said to call insurance dept at cricket. So I did.I was then informed that their insurance doesnt cover iPhones. I told her she was mistaken because I had been paying insurance on 2 iPhones. Thats when she told me that they only cover PHYSICAL damage to the phone!!! Nothing INTERNAL!! What does that mean?? A scratch? A screen? I was told apple likes to cover their own products. Called apple had to make an appt in Spokane (120 miles away) Sadly, I had called them ONE DAY after the year warranty expired. Even though the tech at the store said it was a hardware issue. I had to buy a whole new phone.Ive never written a review on anything before. I just really think people need to be aware that the insurance is fraudulent. Youre paying for nothing. If your iPhone stops working and u are not inside the apple warranty you are screwed! I expect a class action lawsuit will come at some point. Had the gal originally told me I needed to contact apple I would have been inside the warranty.

Very unprofessional and rude. Lied to me about the cost of a $9.99 SIM card to up sale me accessories and then refused to return the accessories when I had seen what they had done on the receipt.

This location wont awnser there phone during business hours at all. Was gonna switch, but cant get anybody to awnser the phone there at all, been calling all day.
