Only one employee and the last two time I went there for help and it takes insanely long. Would recommend . Long wait times!! Poor communication skills
Serena is absolutely amazing. I came in with a whole laundry list of questions and she answered them kindly and promptly. Not only did I get a new phone but I got answers to much needed questions. She was very knowledgeable and personable and I would be happy to work with her again! 10/10!!
Came in to make an insurance claim but was convinced to upgrade. And i do not regret it! The sales rep was so kind and helpful finding me something within my budget and switched over all of my data for me. Thank you Serena, i love my new phone!
They couldnt helpful me, but they tried really hard. They even when and looked up laws and regulations for me. Even after I left I got a call, from the pwrson I was working with saying they found some more information that might help. They tried really hard to help me. Its a busy place though so get there early. I arrived 10 minutes early and there was already a line.
Stayed open later than usual helping us transfer all data to new phones and offered best plans to suit our family. Very friendly and amazing

I have been with Verizon since 1994. We have tried going in to this location twice and the customer service was absolutely TERRIBLE. You would think that they would want to sell a plan and new phones, but the service was so bad that we will give ANYONE else our money. We do not recommend this store.

Was told my past due amount wouldn’t affect me getting my phone, which I was lied to about. So now I have to wait a whole other week to get it. I was told that the only person who could help me set up my new phone was the person I purchased the phone through which was a lie again. I was told that I would be getting a call when my phone arrived and I actually had to call them to see if my phone was in store and it was. I feel like an inconvenience every time I go in this store and it sucks that this is the only Verizon store in town. What a shame.

Awesome customer service! Serina was very kind and patient with us and answered all of our many questions and concerns. Hated to have had our phone stolen but glad Verizon stands behind us!
Chelsie, my sales clerk was excellent at doing her job and tried to take care of her customers as quickly as possible. The bad part, I arrived atleast by 2pm and didnt get out of the store until after 6pm. Chelsie was the only one working and had several customers leave due to the wait time. This isnt due to covid either, as I wrote this same complaint a couple years ago... This is a poor management issue... the next time, I wont wait either, I will take my business elsewhere... They were also very limited on accessories for the phone that I purchased, like even not having a charger for it, causing me to have to stop at a different store, after spending 4 hours in this one...

Just now walked in to buy a phone. The girl practically threw us out . Told us it is too late to sell you a phone. This store still had another 30 minutes until closing at 8pm. When we exited the store she jumped up and locked the door! Guess what? After over 15 years with Verizon, I will now switch.

I have been with Verizon for about 8 years now. Today I walked in to upgrade my devices and because I had some questions regarding my plan. I walked up to a sales rep and began to ask questions. The sales rep appeared to have no interest to sale anything and when I asked question about my plan she stated I would have to call or go online because she couldn’t answer any questions regarding my plan. She didn’t even try to pull up my info/plan. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Honestly, this place is packed everything i.walk in there. I was told by Verizon support to.go into the store after waiting in line for 20 minutes i was told to call them back and that they could not help me. The gentleman was very professional and nice, but I hate the run around and not getting what I want done. When I set up my service it almost took 2 hours and cost over 100 more then what they quoted me. If you plan on stopping by make sure you have at least an hour to spend there

Id like to give a HUGE shootout to the employees working there. Lets start with Gabby! She holds a very firm ground when working with customers; never beating around the Bush. She is honest and does her absolute best to help the customer. Next up we have Nick. Nick is excellent to work with he is very knowledgeable of the system and uses safe humor to make customers feel comfortable. I have never witnessed anyone have a problem while working with him. And last we have Alex. Now, Alex is one of the easiest people to work with. He represents professionalism like its his middle name. And he is able to connect with anyone that walks through the front door. Much love for the workers there at the moses location. #TCCROCKS ❤💯🤘
DO NOT Buy your phone from these people. I was told that I could return phone before 14 days. I brought it in on day 9 and was told the “manager” Alex would have to approve the return. I called back the next day he was out on vacation. I called corporate they said they have to return phone. I went back in and the rep said there are scratches on the glass so he’s not returning it. He decided to call Alex and basically tell him not to return the phone because of scratches. Wow Okay dog and pony show. They will never return a phone..... period do not trust 14 days these people are scammer. They will never give a customer anyLee way. Alex is a not helpful and condescending. These people will not do you any favors. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Good boys club they all decide not to return phones based on who’s commission it’s coming out of.

When I initially walked into the store I noticed all the displays, they were neat, informative and up to date. I noticed that a few of the register positions were busy with customers, but I also realized that there were customers who appeared to have been waiting for a while. I began looking for retailers and I found two of them mulling around the store, I wouldnt have noticed them with exception to the name tags they were wearing. When I finally got waited on, the retailer was professional and informative and helped me with my problem.

For starters this store needs tons of work, I come in the other day to not being treated by my rep. Granted I wasnt their to purchase a device more looking for options for me and my wife but Im sure this isnt the only Verizon. Instead she was more focused on the conversation she was having on her phone. When I went to ask questions on how to use certain things on my phone she made it very obvious she was not trying to help. The lack of customer service is going to destroy this place. Im not one to leave a google review but this disgusts me.

Often when one has to deal with phone issues, it can be incredibly stressful. The staff at this store is amazing. They are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond. The manager, Jessica, is especially great. I highly recommend this store.

I would recommend making the trip to Wenatchee to go to a corporate store. I had a trainee assist me and she ended up costing me $300 in promised promotions that ended up not being applicable to my upgrade. I also traded in my phone and the credit has still not been applied to my account 4 months later. I DO NOT recommend going to this store unless you’re only buying phone chargers and cases.
