Had to buy my wife a new phone so I came up to metro pcs here in Moses Lake, the sales associate Monica was very friendly and prompt with her service. I was in and out with a new phone in probably 10 minutes ( my fastest time ever in a Metro) and I very much appreciated that cuz I was busy with other things I had to do that day...All in all I recommend the store, It was clean and staff was welcoming and friendly...

March 24th- we came in all the way from trickiest 30 min before closing and the lady there has no customer service. She didnt help and she lied to us about the systems turn off automatically. Why hire people who dont work. It was disappointing and annoying since we dont even live out there and by the time we would have gotten back home all the Metro PCS stores would have been close. The person working couldnt have been anymore unprofessional and Lazy. Totally worse store to EVER enter!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went in looking for a phone which I was supposed to get called back later and never did and also put money into my account on accident and wanted me to go in and pay when i was not at fault. Very poor service they arnt helpful at all

They don’t answer the phone I could call this place 30 times in a row and they will just let it ring or send it straight to voicemail

They definitely give false information to charge you more. For example, in store my payment is $33 a month but online its 30. Also they couldnt answer my questions.

It was a pleasure going in and getting a new phone after ten years of not having one. Real friendly and would recommend them to any and everyone i know. They do quality work and help out like you need or want them to. All around i give it a 11 out of yen.

After being ripped off with t-mobile for over 5yrs we decided to switch to metro. We changed on may4 and were current on our bill. Our bill is usually 127 our closing bill was 173 they said it was because of pro rating a partial month. Then a few days later we get another closing bill of 301.we called to find out why and they said it was because we missed a payment in Jan of last year.but they said they would look into it and call us back in a week. Vanda 2055773 did call back she said they couldnt find the actual bill but we still owed that money. During the time we were waiting for her to fix our bill they sent it to collections to try and bully us into paying a bill they cant find. Not once did we ever get a bill saying we missed a payment. So now I am filing a complaint with better business Bureau hiring an Attorney and calling my friend at krem 2 news.do not use T-Mobile they are bullies an liars and cheats

Went and got new phones last week. The manager, tech guy, and new guy, were so nice. Great service, friendly staff, and I loved the fact that the manager was honest about the difference between the two phones we were debating on. He actually talked us into the less expensive one. And we love our new phones!

If they were actually open when they are supposed to be sign says open but door is LOCKED W.T.F.

Jose runs a clean store with well lit displays and sets expectations during system updates as clearly as possible when the software itself is having issues prompting updates. Prices are the same as or similar to most of the dozen or more MetroPCS (or Metro by T-Mobile as theyre branded now) stores Ive been to in the Seattle Tacoma metro area, and the same models are in stock.

In my opinion metro by t-mobile is the best phone company I have ever been with. Thank you guys for all of your hard work and dedication to your customers.

Ever since they joined TMobile their service has been declining every month.And its not right that TMobile customers have priority over metro customers, if its all the same then everyone should be treated the same. I used to have good internet and phone service but now the internet is super slow and a lot of time it cant load the page, and the phone service connection is in and out and this is all within the town where it should have excellent service. If this doesnt improve soon I will be going to another carrier !!!

Thieves these guys are. They say if you buy their case then the glass screen protector is free. Thats a lie. Sure enough on my receipt the $21 screen protector. So went back in for a refund and the guy lies again and said that is not what he offered. Lies and steals from good local people. BAD BUSINESS

The employees there were nice to me and my family but there coverage runs off TMobile towers and its sucks, there map says they cover areas that they dont, if you go in an area that has only 2 bars or less it basically means you have no Service if you try to call you break up and no one understands you. There net speeds are slow and no I am not compare to WiFi I am comparing against other cell service.

Will steal your money if you dont know your rights. Is supposed to be a pre paid service. They give false information in order to make sales. Will be switching back to AT&T very soon. Not impressed with anything about this crooked company!

MetroPcs have you pay your bill after two weeks of service. If you dont pay they cut you off and you still have two weeks of service left.
