Horrible customer service experience today with Eric Luedike. Daughter was in store to take care of issues with a device after we were told we needed to go to the store for resolution, the issue couldnt be fixed due to the device. Spoke with him for all of 1 minute on the phone & asked a few questions to gain better understanding of the situation, he explained, asked if there was anything else he could help with, I responded no thank you & hung up. He stated to my daughter as she was leaving to tell me He wouldnt tolerate being spoke to like that, if you have anymore issues dont come back into this store, call customer service.
Have used this store for several years. Employees are always pleasant, courteous and very helpful. Wouldnt go anywhere else
I got a good deal on a samsungS10 on ebay. The administrator at the front desk was able to tell me right away that my bargain phone should be compatible with Verizon. He was correct. The tech guy set up my phone and gave me a tutorial that helped me transfer info from my old phone. Most helpful!

Was looking for 2 new lines as we moved out to the country and t mobile just wasnt cutting it. So we went to get some general info. Store seems nice. Not too busy. About a 20 min wait till we were helped. Sat there listening to one of the salesman upsell an old lady to death. She went in for a phone case lol. Another lady passed on service or upgrade, probably didnt wanna buy the accessories the salesman was cramming down her throat. Then it was our turn...a tall dark aired guy came over and asked a couple of questions and immediately wanted to run my credit. I just wanted some basic info. Said credit needs ran for best deals. Shady sales tactic. We left. I have over 800 credit score and make more than enough money. Would have easily got service, but didnt want to ding my credit without getting some basic info. Stuff like this is why we try to never go into these sales first/customer far 2nd stores. Went over to ATT and got that info in a few minutes...without a credit check.
Staff was pleasant and very helpful. I was not able to meet my goal, but that was not the fault of the company or staff. I am working to resolve a hiccup on my end. All around a good experience.
If I could give a 0 star I would. This is the third time I have been to this store and each time to give them another chance and it never fails I get the worst service possible. Jake or Jacob is the person I get two out of three times and I believe he SHOULD NOT be working with customers. I will never come to this store if he is still there!
Verizon team was Great! Had a lot to do, multiple reps jumped in to get going. The bearded wonder team worked their magic.
We originally went to the Verizon store to try to set up a brand new account. We are a young couple and had service on a family account up until now, as the family member who was the account holder sadly passed away recently. They put a sim card in my existing Verizon phone (which I still dont really understand) and said a credit check would have to be done to see if we qualify for service. They took my husbands social security card and ID to fax to the credit company. We came back into the store asking for an update everyday for the next 3 days and finally on the 4th day we were told by the very rude and unapologetic manager that my husbands ID and social security card had been sent accidentally to an unknown fax number and that he just works in a cell phone store, man and if we wouldnt have come in at 7 that first day (they close at 8) he wouldnt have had this problem. Not one apology for wasting 3 days of our time or possibly compromising our social security number, nothing said of trying to resolve the problem, he just kinda shrugged his shoulders and pretty much said we would have to figure it out ourselves. We actually asked him if he would refax it and he refused to do so, told us we needed to fax it ourselves this time, so we finally gave up and left very frustrated and went to AT&T. Within the hour, of very friendly, helpful and patient customer service, may I add, we had a brand new account, (the credit check took all of 10 mins), my original verizon phone transferred over and a brand new phone bought and set up for the exact same price as we were quoted at Verizon. This is the worst customer service either of us has ever had anywhere. I would give no stars if that was possible. Avoid the Verizon store in Muncie, Indiana like the plague because apparently the manager just works at a phone store, man.

Had much better experience this time with Taylor at Muncie location. Tried to up-sell me but after being told once i didnt want any extras he listened and dropped the subject. Was able to get what i needed and leave. I wasnt relentlessly demanded that i needed to buy more.
Rude Rude Rude Rude RudeTried to make payment on brother in laws account who is in ICU with Covid by laying a check inside door with his telephone number on it. A rude clerk came out with check and when I tried to use the car door as a Covid shield demanded that I open the door so that he could hear me better. Please was not in his vocabulary. Then went on to say that the only way they would accept the check was for me to go to the back of the store and use their payment machine. I am 73 and trying to social distance. My brother in law has shown us how important this is.We are grieving over a very ill loved one and trying to help with his affairs and we are treated like this.If you want to waste an afternoon, try to dial this store so you can talk to someone. All you get is the punch this number routine. Because the local store forwards to a national call center. This is not the locations fault, but is irritating.I finally went to nearby Anderson and was treated with much more courtesy and made the payment there using curbside service and a credit card. Nice Nice Nice Nice Nice.Will not go back and will deal with other Verizon locations

I am not impressed with the people at this store at all. They made my wife stand out in the cold and would not let her in even when she asked to. She was trying to get help with her phone and they would not work with her at all. She then asked about getting in upgraded instead of trying to fix it because they would not help her and they told her they would not do it because it was 20 minutes until closing time! They should be fired in my book. Customer service at its lowest!

I have never had worse customer service than from Verizon. And unlike most places, the in-store service is far more rude than even over the phone. Employees in this store have an awful attitude and little to no knowledge about the phones, the products, or the services they are there to sell.Want to buy the most expensive phones available from people with ZERO customer service skills? This is your place. Need help with technical issues? They dont do that here, download the app. Want to discuss a charge on your bill? They dont do that either, call customer service. The only thing these people can do is sell you a flagship phone and the accessories to go with it. Best Buy has a better selection of Verizon phones and accessories AND better customer service.
We han appointment set for 12:30pm yesterday and eventually, after a 30 plus minute wait, we left to go to the other Verizon store (MUCH BETTER) because this particular location I’m assuming was either behind (we’ll never know, because not a SINGLE rep interacted us while we waited). The customer service here was extremely disappointing, borderline nonexistent. We were basically invisible, not a way for your customers to feel, especially if they are going to shell out hundreds of dollars on a new phone. I don’t care if they were understaffed or what the issue was, at least acknowledge your customers, ESPECIALLY if they had an appointment for a specific time. I won’t go here again. If it wasn’t for the other Verizon store down the street, we were seriously considering switching providers.

Wasn’t impressed, the manager didn’t even clean my phone screen before putting the protector on my phone, the $50 protector I bought FROM THEM, which I’m a college student I don’t have the $$ in the first place, & then had to take the screen off my phone because there was so many bubbles. He also wasn’t very nice, seemed too busy to sit down & actually help me. The other guy I have seen there was so so so nice I wish he had helped me again.
The Verizon store located on McGalliard is by far my favorite store location. Everyone is always very nice and extra helpful at this location. Today I was help from a new lady named Brooke she was very sweet and very helpful.

A modern Verizon Wireless store that caters to both business users and consumers. Wide selection of the latest mobile devices. Device and network plan prices can be on the high side if you havent comparative-shopped and educated yourself on whats available in the market. However, Verizon Wireless consistently provides reliable signal strength in this area and around the country.
I already get better service at Verizon center offices on the phone. The local store is more interested in selling rather than service

I went in with so many questions and the girl that helped me was super helpful and very patient. I never felt like she was just trying to get me to spend more money. She walked me through all the math of how upgrading would work and how to get the best value for my money. She even found that we could get a discount on our bill because of my job. Great experience.
Be on your guard. These guys are crooks. After noticing a charge for something that I was repeatedly told was free with the plan it was explained to me this way: Its free with the plan; the plan just costs less if you dont get it. Think about that.

My phone kept dying. Went in and a replacement was ordered without any problems. Friendly people and if they dont know the answer to your problem, they will find someone who does.

Went to Verizon to get a new phone. First day I went there got it all upgraded but the guy said it would be easier to activate it from my house, because their wifi is supposedly slow. Went to go activate it, and it created a new account instead of using my old line. Go in the next day to get it taken off the account. Go in 2 days after that because their is a pre-charge on my bill for the phone being active less than a day. Get told that the charge will go away by the actual bill and to come back and they’ll fix it if it doesn’t. The actual bill comes and the charge is still there. Go into Verizon a FOURTH time and wait for nearly an hour, only to get told that they can’t do anything about it and that I’m stuck with the charge that was caused because the first employee was too impatient to wait for the phone to go through the process to get activated.Basically, I’m stuck paying a charge caused by Verizon’s laziness and spent 4 hours to get stuck with it.

Friendly staff. Verizon is the ONLY network worth having if you live in a rural area! We ALWAYS have signal, and if you ever have a problem with your bill, service, device etc. theyll help you get it solved quickly.
For the second time, I have been to this Verizon Store and a month after I have made plan changes and/or purchased a new device, I have unexpected and unexplained charges on my bill. The sales people are friendly and typically quick to assist you, but show less interest if you arent there to purchase AND they DO NOT fully disclose the total costs of your purchase or changes. $100 more on my bill than I was expecting and they never mentioned a worword about it....AGAIN!! Done with this store! Do yourself a favor and go to a different location!

Guy that was dealing with us obviously did not want to be helping us. He left us to look at phones and when we has questions he was no where to be found. When we asked another employee for help they didnt want to help us and found the first guy we had talked to. Theres a chance we would have upgraded our phones that day had the service been helpful and friendly, but with unfriendly and unhelpful service we left with frustrated and with our old phones.

This place has one of the highest turnover rates Ive ever seen. I dont know if it is just the fact that its a Verizon store or if its just a particularly hard place to work. It seriously depends on who is working and who they hired this week as to what kind of experience are going to have. The college crowd works in the store a lot I believe and some of them are phenomenal and some of them you just simply cant deal with. What do I have a problem with my phone billing or if I just go in to check out a new phone or new product or have a question I never walk out entirely dissatisfied nor am I even in a bad mood most of the time. What I can tell you is that 90% of the time when I go in the weight is atrocious but at least when I have to talk to someone they get it right the first time so I can get out and go home.

Is this really a verizon store?? I dont believe it is. When I asked about a charge on my sisters account and if they could help us with it I was told that we would have to call a 1800 number. Now what is the reason for this store to even exist if it cant help with payment frustrations? Can you do anything that has to do with my account? Of course you can because you accept payment and yet you cant fix problems with anything else? Need to figure this out quick amd get it together.

Awful customer service!!!They also told me the other Verizon down the road is not a REAL Verizon! Which is a total lie!! I went down to the other Verizon Tcc, and they had the same pricing and promotions... the only thing different was their customer service was excellent! They did not make me feel dumb about the questions I asked and helped me with all my tech problems. I will be going to Verizon TCC down the road from now on!

They lie and steal from customers and refuse to correct there errors. Customer service gives you different information each time.
Bring a sack lunch before you come, the wait time can get pretty long. Front end staff is friendly, back end can be a hassle to deal with. Editing review. Staff is getting super bad with their customer service. Simple questions do not warrant their snarky responses.

Worse place ever! Had the worse experience from the representative trying to tell me I couldnt get a manager, to them starting a order I did not need, then having me run back and forth to the manager not rectifying the employee with the nasty attitude. Their actions cause a horrible snowball effect that cannot be rectified and me and my husband are stuck with phones we dont like! They dont keep their promises and they WILL NOT make sure they right what was done wrong! Will never recommend this place ever! Horrible!

Staff was very nice and talkative during the lengthy phone process. Main complaint is simply how long it takes to do certain things like scan a credit card, or run information through the system.
If I could give e no stars I would.The short haired girl in there is very rude and extremely lazy.She refused to speak up, refused to help with my set up questions, and treated my 75 Mother like she was unimportant and couldnt be bothered to stand up off of her elbos!!Will never go there again!!

This staff has been EXTREMELY helpful and patient!To all negative reviewers: Do not go into the store with a negative attitude (I know a lot of you cant help it). Horrible customer service. GM Brock was total, unhelpful person. They had a price for a phone listed and would not honor the price. After I tried to get it for that price, they went and took down the signs. Horrible.

Worst experience I have ever had. Was lied to about the price of the plans at the time of signing up for the service. When I got my 1st bill the prices went up. The manager would not let me talk to the salesman to find out how or why we was quoted alot lower price than they had available according to the general manager. They will not let me cancel because the 14 days have passed. Before I got my 1st bill to review. I will be filing this in small claims court. Make sure you get everything in writing before you sign anything in this store. They will not help you in customer service either. I have been with Verizon for more than 14 years now I have to deal with this untill new contract is over or court decides different.
