They had what I wanted. The price was better on the game then what I thought. Associate was very nice and helpful. When I told him was a Christmas gift and my child was in the car, He double bagged it so he couldnt see it.
Overpriced. New or used anything. Bought a used Xbox there, it didnt work, took it back, got another, worked for 10 minutes, took it back, got another, didnt work, got my money back and bought a new one for 50 more dollars and havent had no issues at all.

I spoke with one of their workers on the phone (Lauren), and she was one of the nicest and most helpful gamestop staff member Ive had help me. If this is a reflection on their store, I strongly recommend their store over other gamestops!
The folks in the Muncie Mall run an awesome store. Ive been a friend, co-worker, and customer with Jon and hes never been anything but awesome. Unfortunately, right now, I cant say the same for GameStop as a whole. As we all know, times right now are extremely difficult. Everyone is hurting, and some folks are even unfortunately without a job....that includes Jon and his staff in the Mall. The other GameStop, is just half a mile away and open to the public. Lauren also runs an awesome store, and has always been super kind. I have several pre-orders, and some paid off games waiting at Jons store. When I called customer service to see if there was any possible way to get my games shipped to the closer store, I had to wait for a total of about two hours. When I finally spoke to someone, he said that he couldnt move the games. I asked about the possibility for money back.....cant do that either. So now, I feel like GameStop has both my games and my money and Im just sitting empty handed. Running it up the ladder with customer service led to nothing, as each and every person simply told me I couldnt pick up my games, and I couldnt have my money back....That makes no sense. GameStop is a nation-wide company. Again, I know that everybody is struggling, and it seems petty to complain about video games. I guess the complaint Im really trying to make is about a giant corporation and what feels like moves to stay afloat at the average gamers expense. Please please read this, and reach out with a solution....Peace and love to everyone.
We had ordered some used games on line for our granddaughter for Christmas. Two of the games did not work. We took them into the store. Nigual was very helpful and called to see if there were replacements available. Nigual called a few days later and said her games were ready for pickup. Very nice and professional staff.
Employee named John works there and he is very nice. His customer service is the best Ive had in awhile. He is also knowledgeable about products in store. I was buying a game and he informed me to get a different version and it was helpful information.
Issues with preorders, products that are defective or incomplete straight out of the box, and have attempted to sell me opened products as if they are new. Somewhat shady and have on two occasions given me false information just to get me to make the purchase and had to contact corporate to resolve the issue. The only saving grace is its one of the only options for preowned games for older systems in the area.

People are helpful and nice and while they talk to each other, are quick to help anyone that walks up. They each also help each other when it gets busy and in turn can keep the guests calm and patient whenever something does come up.

Just went today to pick up an order I placed with my Dads account. Policy says he has to pick it up which I understand, but the guy who was telling me that was being a huge jerk about it. Normally they are really nice. I understand the situation, but he was just an ass.
This is the one gamestop in the country where I feel the staff are actual people and not robots paid off by EA to push the latest pre order nonsense

Does well on price for some used games but could at least try to compete with other area video game retailers. Especially when I can go to Wal-Mart thats less than a block away and buy the same game for almost half the price.
