Rachel and Cameron were amazing ! We had so much trouble at another store which was a corporate store. We came here hoping to get assistance and left with all of our questions and problems answered and more . They explained everything and went above and beyond. Thank you!!

Ive had service with all the major carriers and Ive had some ok customer service experiences in store, but mostly bad (magenta). But the customer service I experienced from Rachael V at this AT&T location was phenomenal and awesome. I will continue to do business with this store thanks to Rachael.

I had a terrible experience on 6/27/21 with Claudia. My phone was not charging and When I told Claudia what was wrong I received no help at all. At no time did she even look at the phone or look up my account. Instead she told me to take the phone to a repair shop down the street. Luckily, a customer in the store looked at my phone and said the charge port might needcleaning out and he did it. Then the phone starting charging and I was sitting there when a friend called me. While I was telling my friend what had happened Claudia was.yelling at me and then she came over to me and.told me to leave her store. Next she unplugged my phone and I left.

Excellent customer service. The employee was competent and extremely helpful. The only complaint was that their system was down, so I had to go to another location to complete my transaction.

I’ve been to other AT&T stores and have received mediocre service, as an unhappy customer who was on the cusp of switching phone providers. I came to this particular location and was helped by a very knowledgeable employee, Brianna wasted no time solving and answering all my problems, questions and concerns. Overall very satisfied and I will not be wasting my time going to any other AT&T location.

3/30/21 The service clerk, wasnt friendly or talkative. My girlfriend called in first to simply ask what color Samsung galaxy 21s are available at this location, The clerk said she couldnt disclose this information and said we should look it up online. The second question was asked in person to this same clerk before purchase, Hows the feedback on this particular Samsung Galaxy 21? She responded I dont know? - I sell a lot of them and nobody has returned one yet. It ultimately took over 2 hours to purchase 2 new phones unacceptable. The store smelled, did look dirty, and phones were missing on multiple displays assuming people have attempted to steal from there. Since the clerk couldnt disclose a phone colorway over the phone, as if we were coming to rob them or something lol. They need more tables/seats at this particular location as well, being one set isnt enough.

Amazing staff very prompt, friendly and pleasant. They assisted me and my son with our new phones. 👍🏽

After discussing the pricing and being asked to pay the tax for my new iPhone, I asked to put money down as well on the new iPhone and they told me that I could not do so. They said that they were too far along in the process and it was not possible to put a down payment down on the phone.They went on to say that I should have thought of this sooner and made it seem like it was my fault that they would not let me make a down payment on the phone that I was currently in the process of purchasing. As the manger walked away he said while looking over his shoulder at me well you can pay it off at anytime.

I was there on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at about 1pm. When I entered with my son to buy a replacement SIM card for a lost phone, the lone attendant was working with a woman. I think he made eye contact with me but that would have been it.My son and I waited patiently for about 5 minutes before simply leaving. During that time, the attendant made no further attempt to talk to me, greet me, or set my expectations on how much longer he’d be.I don’t mind waiting, he’s there alone, but I don’t expect to be ignored.That aside, it’s a pretty sad little store. Most of the displays had no devices on them and had cables hanging out. Have no intention of ever going there again.(Went to the other store in Hammond and had a wonderful experience.)

We bought two new Samsung phones. Craig was terrific. He helped when we had a problem a couple of days later. He was very friendly as well.

Justin Lara, was the most professional sales representative i have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He is polite and extremely knowledgeable. His ability to help me with a complex and sensitive issue has prevented me from leaving AT&T. I am a small business owner finding employees with this robust skill set has proven extremely hard. AT&T if you are listening promote this man.

Came to the store exactly at 8 on the last day of my payment arrangement the door was locked no cars in the parking lot. I knew I was screwed. Thomas let me in to pay my bill. My phone would’ve been off and reconnection fees would have had to been paid. Thank you so much Thomas ❤️

Employees are usually quick to greet you but if its busy you may be waiting a while to get service. They could use an automated kiosk for bill pay, upgrades, etc. Employees are helpful with explaining account activity.

Lied to me about my return while I was still in the return window even after I explained that I talked to customer care about it. When I went back to explain the manager didnt even come back out to hear what I had to say. I know for the future not to ever go to an authorized dealer again especially this store bad service other than the lady that helped me with getting the phone not taking anything from her. Definitely telling others to go to nothing but corporate store only as of now.

Cant AT&T afford employees who are willing to work? I went to the Munster store on July 24 at approx 12:30 PM. I bought my last phone here and was having trouble with it. When I walked in, there was one other customer being served and TWO employees. One of them appeared to be just standing there, watching as the other one helped the customer. After about five minutes, I announced, Ill come back when youre not so busy. Neither of the employees even bothered to acknowledge me: to even look up or say anything to me. I drove several miles out of my way to go to another store. AT&T, if the best you can do, Im taking my business to another carrier.

If I could give zero I would. The store was dirty with little to no inventory. The rep Sara was not knowledgeable and didnt explain the differences in the phones I was looking into changing to. The store didnt have a single iPhone to physically touch. The reason given was because they can’t control theft. They offered to view a photo of the front of the phone on their tablet. Then once I did purchase they couldnt provide a receipt. I asked to have it emailed and they couldnt even do that. Store manager offered to print it out next week when they had toner and I could pick it up which would’ve been a complete inconvenience. When asked if they could mail it to me they said they would have to charge me for the shipping cost. I settled for a hand written note from store manager Courtney. When asked who owned the store she said Keith. Obviously Keith don’t care about his customers or his business. Ill never be back to that store.

Went to the Hair Cuttery in Munster Indiana today. If anyone knows, the parking situation there is not sufficient. There was one spot left at the very end of the lot so I backed in. As I was getting out of my car, another car was trying to fit into a spot right in front of the AT&T store but could not fit because of snow piled up. I walked into Hair Cuttery to check in, and a man with an AT&T vest walked in angrily, looked right at me and told me I parked in a non parking spot. I told him I would go move my car. As I pulled out, the same man pulled into the non parking spot he told me I was not allowed to park in.After my haircut, I called the AT&T store to complain, I believe the man who yelled at me was the manager from the store, I also called AT &T corporate to complain about how this manager treated me. And I will continue to tell people not to frequent that store.So tired of putting up with rude, inconsiderate people.

They move so slow. We got in, there was one person in line in front of us and it took an hour before we got service. Waiting so long, my wife had to use the bathroom, and they made her go out to the Burger King next door. When my wife complained verbally there was a long fence line to cross to get there, the sales clerk says I dont need to take this from you. Will not return unless I am completely forced to.
