What amazing service. So much so, that I am writing my first ever review of a service provided to me. I had my Iphone X screen replaced in 20 minutes and the wonderful tech gave me a fantastic deal with a screen protector and a phone case.

My boyfriend went here first before I tried it out, & we’ve been here a total for 3 times and never been disappointed. I honestly love them and our phones haven’t messed up. Also, if you’re questioning whether to fix your phone or not, ask them. They’ll be more than willing to explain why or why not you should or shouldn’t fix it. They also have very reasonable prices. Generally happy with the outcome, work was completed in alignment with the estimated cost; only reason I withheld a star was due to length of time to complete repairs and the communication around that.To be clear, I really believe it was a case of over promising. Parts for the repair were needed and had to be ordered -- this was all happening right before a 3 day holiday weekend and imo, the pandemic is still affecting businesses... But if i know that, the store should too! So that wasnt helpful and set me up to expect timing that wasnt likely realistic.OVERALL, I WOULD GO BACK, since ultimately I felt the price, and final product were on par as promised.

Replaced my cracked iPhone 7 screen for about $80.My dad recommended them to me and I’m so glad he did! He does construction so his phone is always getting concrete/dust/etc inside or cracking the screen and they’ve helped him multiple times as well. 10/10 would recommend if it’s not necessary to go through your phone service.

I dropped my iPad off at about 3:40 and they had it fixed by about 5. Incredibly fast, incredibly well done. Staff was very polite and helpful. My iPad looks brand new. If I ever have another shattered screen I will definitely go back to Munster Wireless Repair and I would recommend that you do as well!

I work remotely and when I tried to login early this afternoon my laptop did not work. Needless to say I needed it fixed ASAP. So I called came in half an hour later and was received and attended to immediately by the owner himself Isaac who is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Laptop keyboard short circuited at home and so entire keyboard replaced and hinges on screen also repaired so I can close and open screen again. Work done expeditiously and beautifully. Looked like a brand new laptop as it was also cleaned and sanitized nicely. Welcoming friendly atmosphere and reasonable prices. I highly recommend! 👍👍

Poor Service. Took my phone in two days before Christmas to get the screen fixed. Ever since my screen has been blurry and now it has a crack on the inside. I called the lady who fixed it and told her the problem. She told me she couldn’t do anything about it and I’ll have to pay for a whole new repair. Will not be returning.*UPDATE*!!!!The owner called me to ask how he could fix my problem. We talked and I took my phone to him to fix. He fixed it with no hesitation and with speed. Took my cellphone there because they are right here in town. Had a bad screen and really needed my cellphone for business desperately. Dropped it off and went home. In the length of time it took me to drink a cup of coffee, I got a call that it was ready. Reasonable prices.

I called before they’d opened was able to speak with someone. I told them the problem with my son’s iPhone 11 and took it in for repairs all in the same day. They gave me the completion expectations and price $$, got a call around 4:30 to pickup and it’s been fine every since. *thank you for your level of service.

I took my tablet here for repair almost two years ago. I never received my tablet back. I visited the store several times and each time the lady in the store would tell me that the person who was repairing it was on vacation, not in, etc. If it could not be repaired I should of been told. Things happened in my life and honestly I forgot about it, but shame on this business!Of course that is your response! It is exactly what I was expecting from you. You lived up to my very low expectations. Whether people believe it or not its the truth! Again shame on you!

Good service, but the man inside is not wearing a mask and made it uncomfortable to be around while in COVID-19 mode. I have young children and while I wear a mask having to be in contact with a service provider without a mask is kinda scary as other stores are making masks mandatory. But they were very fast and affordable and I hope that nobody contracts COVID from the mask situation.

Helena is beyond awesome and helpful. Needed a screen protector and the one she installed for me has lasted longer than any other one I’ve had done. Going on 5 months with no bubbles, cracks, or peeling. I’ve bought many from different places (including very expensive ones from Peel, etc) and have had nothing but problems. Finally have one that works!

Extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable!I had my iPhone screen changed there several months ago. It was a great experience. Yesterday I needed some soldering done on a circuit board I was trying to repair. I arrived right before closing and the owner was willing to stay after hours to help me. After trouble shooting my circuit board issues for an hour, we determined the board was not able to be fixed. When I asked Issac what I owed him he refused to take any payment. I kept this man and hour past his closing time and not once did he make me feel that I was inconveniencing him.I expect 5 star service anytime I spend my money. They certainly offer it here but also go far beyond whats expected to help their customers. Thats how you retain life long customers!

This place went out of there way to find out what was wrong with my phone. And then even sent me to my cellphones holder (Boost) to just get a new phone because it was cheaper then having them put a new screen on my phone. Also my dad is the one that told me about this placer because he is 70 years old and always ends up getting viruses on his phone. And he probably has taken his phone in like 5 times in 6 months. They always help him and fix it for him and dont charge him anything. The owner and the young lady that are always there working are amazing people. So just want to thank you two so much for your good hearts not only for the one time I was in there and you helped me but how you two treat my dad when he comes in. Even though sometimes he could talk a lot. Thank you guys again so so so much. I will refer your place to all and always.

Overpriced and overpriced. Interested in a wireless charging mat (or similar device by operation) and they told me theyre were also, overpriced, and I should look elsewhere if I didnt care to pay 250% for a trivial gadget... Let alone require a credit check to get, again, overpriced by market comparison, service. Furthermore the only nice thing I can say is the reception was tolerable in more rural (75+ km inside NW Indiana) locals.

Went in with a galaxy s8 that I use quite heavily, and it wasnt able to keep a charge throughout the day. 65$ (for my specific phone/battery) and about 30 min later its back to how it used to be! Cant even tell the back was taken off. It was resealed proper and water tight. Quality work and friendly staff. Would advise people to go here.

Took my phone in on a Friday and was informed I would receive a call when my phone was ready. A customer before me was told an hour fix time. 3 days later I called for an update and was informed that the phone was ready. The quality is okay but the screen functions. There is a slight glare on the lock screen where you can see images of previously visited apps. It will do. $65 is a steal so I won’t complain.

I wasted days of my time arguing with Samsung over who could fix my cracked laptop screen, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. They quoted me over $300 for the replacement screen part, told me that Id get no service (Id have to fix it myself), and Id have to wait 2-4 weeks for shipping because the item was out of stock.Then comes Munster Wireless Repair, they had the exact screen part in stock, quoted me for less than half of what Samsung did, and it took less than 10 minutes before my screen was fully repaired. I will be recommending my friends and family to go here, there is no reason to deal with manufacturers with strict policies when you can have a local business fix it for less.

Munster Wireless cant be beat; UBREAKIFIX in Highland claims to be Samsung aurhorized, yet they MISDIAGNOSED my phone and told me parts did not exist, & they could not fix it. Then Battery Plus Bulbs in Schererville asked for close to $500. IN ADVANCE & Told me it would take 5 days to get the parts and 2 hours to do the work and they did not want her on top of them watching them. They were rude, and told me my charging port was broken when it wasnt, that my LCD screen needed to be replaced -there was nothing wrong with it. MUNSTER WIRELESS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO DO BUSINESS FOR YOUR PHONE. THEY HAVE A VARIETY OF CELL PHONE ACCESSORIES, PHONES, AND TELEVISIONS!

These are the types of small businesses that I thoroughly enjoy and dont mind giving the proper 5 star reviews that they deserve. They go above and beyond to make the customers happy, intuitively determining what their customer needs and even what we need before we even know it. If you have a phone issue that your carrier cant seem to handle, this is definitely the place to go. They are a great place to go for custom phone and computer needs, providing services that you will never come close to getting at any type of larger retailer. I came in with a request for my cell phone and ended up meeting some of my computer needs. I even had another customer who I never met try suggesting a resolution for my issue. It makes me feel good knowing that places like this still exist. I was referred here by a Verizon corporate store to fix an issue they were incapable of handling.
