Upgraded from Sprint network with new phones. Seamless transition. Employee was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing.
Didnt have the phone when the customer service said they did so disappointed.
These people are extremely rude and speak to loyal, paying customers poorly! I lodged an official complaint with Tmobile AND had Tmobile on the phone so they could see how lousy their customers are being treated. Guess what, the Tmobile rep on the phone was also spoken to negatively AND was completely lied to as well. No one deserves to be treated the way I and a couple other customers were. The manager didnt make it much better...Now, on 7/5 they claim they would love an opportunity to talk to me...yeah, ok
Sales associates were rude and dismissive. Had to practically yell for their attention because they had their AirPods in. Acted like I was asking them to sell a kidney when I asked questions, also weren’t very knowledgeable. This store in particular doesn’t follow company policy when it comes to many things, the main being the JUMP leasing program. Their manager, Rick, gives you hard time about the conditions of the phone just so he can make his store look better.
Bad service for my Mom, she went two times and left without a phone because the representative couldnt provide her service and the only one that has the experience on Saturday is always busy since shes the only that works there. I would suggest to have a code on short nails, they cant handle the phones properly so unprofessional and disgusting.
The phone number listed for the phone store does not work . No one answers. I find this ironic.

The ladies at this location were great! I stopped in a few days ago with some questions about my account and possibly getting a new phone and they were very knowledgeable and concise with their answers! Special thanks to Anjelica for being extra patient with me!

The two women in there both one with long dark hair heavy mascara and the other one thin with glasses have the most nastiest attitudes ever. Theyre good customer service attitude is only for anyone other than African Americans. I hate this T-mobile. The one in Lansing,il really need to reopen.
What good is screen protector for life.. I have a Note 9 and they no longer carry them!! Its not like its an old phone, just cause the Note 10 came out they no longer carry them. That makes no sense.. so now I have to order it online and wait for it to be shipped!! Aint nobody got time for that

I purchased a new phone yesterday. Despite the two bad visits I had in the past and the bad reviews, Liz was an absolute pleasure. Great conversation, knowledge of the product, answered all of my questions, and was done in less than a half hour. She is a great rep for this store. The store gets 3 stars, Liz gets 5. Thanks again Liz!
After a couple of years, the business professionalism is not great and currently as of 12/2/2017 manager not available or supposedly dont have one. Its getting worse and worse by each visit. Appears that employees want to deal with fast transactions and easy customers. I highly recommend not going to this location unless you plan just make a purchase. Youre better off going elsewhere. T-Mobile is not looking good at this location and I have been considering my options in the future. My apologies to the actual good employees at this location that do make good efforts. Someone needs to take control of this location and restructure internally.

Terrible customer service and unprofessional. The associates completely ignored customers as they entered store and the associate that was suppose to be helping us was dismissive and seemed bother by us even entering the store. She did not take the time to even look up my account to properly answer my questions about an exchange that I needed to do and questioned why did we even buy the product if we didnt want It! She had no idea why or what had brought us in today or why the product had not worked out for us, she was completely out of line. She made a lot of indirect comments that will forever keep us from ever returning to this location. Luckily the folks from customer service over the phone were able to take care of our needs.
Shae and Gaby were extremely professional and helpful. They answered all my questions. They are the prime example of what customer service should be. Thank you 😁

Worst experience ever, got service. Was charged $75 deposit without my consent. The manager was horrible I can in the store a few days later to add my mom and she looked at us like why dont you fist call 311. Really!?!?! I came to get service and this is how you treat customers? Oh and did I mention that they posted my moms number without her consent we never agreed to add her. So guess what guys you have been this review!!! Wish I could give no stars, I really do. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place

Went in to get a SIM card for a work phone. Experience was excellent up until the end when the employee helping me and my co-worker tried to pass off some customer satisfaction form as a receipt. The T-Mobile employee went through a checklist circling different options; alluding to the fact that it was a transaction summary. At the end of the form he asked me to sign it, but it didnt feel right. I stated that I frequented various T-Mobiles for work all the time and that this form seemed out of the ordinary. The employee wasnt good at playing the situation off and conceded that it was in fact of customer satisfaction form. I looked once more at the form before leaving and he had already taken the liberty of circling all the highest ratings. I left without signing it.
Been with T Mobile 14 years. Always has great friendly service.

HORRIBLE PLACE!! I wish I could give negative stars!! This place messed up adding 3 lines onto my account. Plus they charged me an extra $86. They acted shocked when I called T-Mobile on them.

Terrible customer service, 3 visits in order to have service1st they gave us a promotion and a couple of days I checked the account and they were already charging me 150 for a service that I did not even use2nd visit I went to clarify that problem and I was attended by a woman with a HORRIBLE face and way of serving! (NOR HER NAME GAVE ME) Anyway, he didnt help me and we had to go a 3rd time and unfortunately the same woman touched me and in the same way he attended to me and my wife, if they are not comfortable or do not want to work I do not know what to do there, I hope and I dont have to go back I barely have a week with Tmobile and I have already had this HORRIBLE experience with this person
