The Verizon retailer on Ridge in Munster was great! We went to upgrade our phones and Alejandro was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and helped us get a good phone at a reasonable price. The only negative, they didnt have a color choice or a choice in cases.

Alejandro is great. Very knowledgeable and on point with his stuff. He is much better than other agents I have dealt with in other stores. I called verizon and they tried to upsell me a data plan when i did not need it. Alejandro was able to identify that I do not have the right sim card.

My experience with Daniel was exceptional i appreciate all the hard work hes doing. What I dont understand is the lack of disregard you have for your customers in the fact that I have to wait an hour and a half to be seen. This was not his fault in anyway he was actively moving group to group working hard and with great people skills getting the job as fast as you possibly could. Odd that theres only one associate on a busy Sunday afternoon. He shouldnt have to apologize for the lack of support hes receiving i told him no do not be sorry I appreciate you being so patient with this situation thank you and give your associate a raise he absolutely deserves it. Cancelled my AT&T service and went with Verizon. Got a brand new iPhone SE and transferred a paid off phone into my service. Overall great service here, employees were knowledgeable and if they didnt know the answer to my question they found the answer.

Went into the store to upgrade my phone earlier today and had to step out due to the smell coming from the nail salon. Decide to go back due to the fact I could not wait till the problem was resolved. Other than that my experience was great and would go back.

I purchased a cellphone charger from this particular Verizon . I don’t believe in buying bootleg products from outside sources. Only to find out the charger is not a Verizon product. This information came from Verizon itself. The charger charges at times an times it doesn’t. It has to be monitored. To insure you’ll get a full charge before going out into the word . Save your receipt.

8 people in line, 2 people working. Each person was taking between 15 -20 minutes.You do the math.I left after 15 minutes and the line didnt move.

Dont bother going here they lie around every corner nothing they tell you is true.I bought a phone here that I wanted to pay out right they said because its a company account I would have to wait 30 days to pay the balance on the new phone but if I would to come back into the store after 30 days they would gladly take care of it so today I went in there and theyre telling me that its not possible to pay off this phone because its on a payment plan.There are few things worse than outright liars.

The customer service there was awful. There were 3 associates working with their customers. Another customer walked in right before I did. Were both standing there waiting for something...anything...a smile, a kind greeting that lets us know were welcome. They completely ignored us and finally one of the associates looked up at me and then went back to his paperwork. Said nothing... I just walked out. You wont get my business if you cant be professional. I own my own company minutes away from this store. I acknowledge every customer with a smile. I will never go back here!!
