Anna was so generous with her time changing out the wipers on my mother-in-law’s car!! I had no clue how to change them out, and since they were unique wipers, she made sure they were correct, and shared with me how they went on. I am super impressed, and again thank you Anna!

Jo and her team were a tremendous help to us. We had some battery issues leaving Kentucky Lake on our way home and stopped here to get checked out. Jo took the time to test the battery, give us our options (that actually included not needing a new battery), and showed me how to use a jump box that I thought wasn’t working. James went over and above to help me change a dead battery in the parking lot--no ordinary battery since it was an AGM. It was cold, dark, and late on Halloween night. I couldnt believe they had it in stock, let alone put it on for me. Saved me about $200 and much running around. So grateful.

Today I had problems with my van so I took it to Auto Zone in Murray and had the best customer service. They tested my battery and found that I needed a new one. They checked my warranty and installed a new one. Thanks to Terry Miller, I left as a happy customer. He went out of his way to ensure that I was well taken care of and pleased with the service!

Tested battery, replaced for free, did a great job

AutoZone get a good job for us me and my son went in for a battery for a truck they found us a nice battery that didnt cost a lot of money and they took our battery and give us the core charge and neighbors Johnny on the spot. Everyone was really nice and the battery was just perfect no reason why we shouldnt use that AutoZone all the time for parts and things for our cars and trucks.

Some of the staff were eager to assist while others couldnt be bothered to greet us.

5 times to get a sensor, and they kept giving me the wrong part, upon last trip, found out they couldnt get the part

I had the best experience at this place. I went there with my car shaking. I didnt know whats wrong with it till I met the manage of the store Terry Miller, he is professional at what he does, friendly, and so kind. He figured out the whole issue . It was a coil thing, which I never had any experience replacing it. He voluntarily replaced it for me. He also made the check engine light come off.Thank you so much Mr. Miller.

We bought a battery two weeks ago and it was not working took it to shop and the battery was from 2016 and completely dead. Went to take it back to get money back because we had a warranty on it when we just bought it . They tried to say we were just getting money from them and it wasn’t true when they had it in their system and we had a receipt ! All employees argued with us saying we were in the wrong when they had it in the system and our receipt . Would not recommend, very rude !

Terry does an awesome job here at the Murray location. Staff is willing to order any part the may not have on hand. They will install your battery & wiper blades when you purchase them there. You can also have your battery checked and get a diagnostics on your check English need light for free.

The people are great. They had to order a part but when it did not fit just right, they were no problem with us returning the item. They also give a military discount whenever possible. As a Veteran, I always appreciate that.

Autozone in Murray is the grooviest parts store around! I mean, is there another parts store around? Tim and Terry really know their stuff.

Wish they wouldnt answer the phone when Im a paying customer that took the time to come to there store. If its that important they will call back or put them on hold.

It is not often that I experience the level of service that I had this week. I live in Nashville Tennessee. My daughter attends Murray State. Like most parents, we sent her off to college with an older car that was in good shape. Older cars break and dad was not there to help out. I dont have any relationships in Murray to ask help from, until I called I called Dave with Autozone. I go to Autozone all the time where we live. They are by far the most helpful group of people I have gone to. I thought it was just a Nashville thing; its not!I wish I knew Daves last name. He was the guy that answered the phone by asking what are we working on? I will point out the word WE. I could make this story long but let me cut to the chase. I had no way to get the parts needed to the garage that was doing the repairs. Dave offers to take the part to the shop on his off time. He called to let me know the part was delivered and the receipt was in the car. Now my daughter is taking the old part back to get a $55 refund. She is taking Dave brownies.This doesnt happen much in life. I want to make sure and give a big shout out to Dave. THANKS DAVE!

They was so rude, they did not help me or my mother at all. The first time when I went by my self they were scared to help me or even look at anything because the Big People were there. They should have still help. Me and my mom asked a simple question and they acted like they didnt want to point us in the right direction. THE WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! They suppose to help and they didnt help us at all. And this is the second time this has happened.
