Salesman was nice and not pushy. They however falsely advertise “$3500 more for your trade in”. They said our Toyota with low miles was $6000 according to the KBB but they could do $7,000. We mentioned their advertising and the salesman checked with his manager to see if they could do more, the manager said since our car wasn’t one they had in their lot, they wouldn’t offer more. Just false/misleading advertisement in the end.

Josh was very helpful in finding the right car at the right price for our new family. He went over and beyond to make sure we had to best experience in choosing our car that we absolutely love. Well I am idiot for going back to, larry h.miller period,but where the only ones to help in my credit situation fully..a total 3 ring circus and joke..car I got is junk and off a 3rd party lot and they will not fix and only get lies and drama..jr and the team are very crooked and disloyal to there customer base..now want me to return vehicle, but however want me to give them 300$ freely back for mileage..I advise people to stay away and go somewhere else where u will be respected and please dont support this crooked company at all..

I bought a car and had a worst experience with the SALES REPRESENTATIVE and the MANAGER at Murray location. I went there without having any knowledge about the car thinking that LHM will be honest and they will help me to find a good car but they did not . I felt like I am cheated over here. They kept on saying that car is in good condition and everything is fine but the next day after I purchased I started hearing some noises and I came to know that tie rod, control arm with bar joint, sway bar links and shock assembly got worn out. Regarding the same I informed the rep who attended us but no response and now I have to pay quarter of the purchase amount to repair it.One other thing at this location is after your purchase they will stop responding to your messages and calls. I would never go to murray location dealership again.So, take a knowledgeable person with you if you are not before visiting this location because they will try to find all possible ways to cheat.

Worst experience ever. Worked at a dealership myself for over 10 years and we never treated our customers this badly. Yes, we bought a vehicle as is due to them charging more for the warranty than the bank would finance. After one week the car broke down at a stop light due to a bad alternator. They still wanted almost 700$ plus a 100$ tow to ‘help us fix it’. We bought it as is with a supposed cleaned bill of health, I don’t believe for one second they tested the battery or they would’ve known. They also put over 200 miles on it in the week it took to fix a screen… why that takes that much drive time is beyond me. Probably to charge a battery in a alternator they knew was bad. Run far away from this place.
