I was in line at the store and the manager (Matt) was ringing up a customer. As the second customer approached him asking him to troubleshoot his car, the manager (Matt) gave him the tool and told him, “here you go do it yourself.” The guy proceeded To tell him he didn’t know how. Store manager at that point began to tell the customer where that place was To connect the machine. The store manager asked how he could help me, I explain to him that I had went to another store about some fuses for my radio and wanted to make sure they had gave me the right one because my radio still was not working. He looked at me and said we don’t sell those here and the only way I would know was if you had the old fuse. I explained to him I didn’t have it, but, could he not look up the car and help me buy some more and he said no. I proceeded out the door and the guy that was in front of me was being helped by a nice older gentleman. As he got down with him he helped me as well. He did it bad mouth the manager, he only to help me. I was appalled at how much enthusiasm the manage had and seemed to be either having a a bad day or just doesn’t need to be in retail. I don’t know if there policy’s have changed and managers stay in store. However, he could have found me assistance and the other guy.

You guys dont have any ideal what a awesome experience I had in store number 0455 Myrtle Beach South Carolina. I had some issues going on with my 2007 Chrysler Sebring for some reason I had to keep changing alternators on numerous occasions one of the workers by the name of Wilson told me to call Chrysler and give them my VIN number and it would tell me exactly what alternator needs to be in my car. Guess what Wilson was correct the alternator that was in my car was the wrong one now I replace that alternator with the correct one and then I went to the store to take back the old one and Adam which is the store manager went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with the experience that I receive at that store and it went from there

I have to say worst experience in an AutoZone clerk was very knowledgeable as was the manager had none of the parts I needed and the guy acted like he couldnt be bothered to help plenty of employees but no one wanted to assist I would recommend the AutoZone in Conway the one in Myrtle Beach is practically useless

Was having problems with my flux capacitor and these guys pointed out the problem INSTANTLY upon telling my symptoms. Adam, the manager, really took the time to describe how the capacitor works and why it was having conflicts with my aftermarket glow in the dark spoiler.LOL Ill never buy from OReilly again...those hags said it couldnt possibly interfere...freakin found myself stuck at the WRONG time on a bridge in Selma, Alabama back in 1965 (really was trying to go to 1866 to get insights for my civil war exam)....anyways the spoiler interference caused me to be stuck in the wrong time for 3 years....so dumb, AND no Taco Bell.Anyways thanks Autozone...you got me on the right track with that flux capacitor stabilizer, because of that i get to keep my spoiler and time travel in style...

I sent my daughter in there to get a tail light for her car. She was quickly greeted by a manager, Wilson. He helped her get the right bulb and even installed it. The courtesy and professionalism that my daughter said he displayed went beyond any expectations. I myself have been in this store a few times and have always had a great experience. Wilsons actions reflect great credit upon himself, the store manager (Adam), and AutoZone as a company. Job well done Sir.

Visiting from out of town, my headlight goes out and the gentlemen tells me it will be a few minutes. No problem at all, another gentlemen walks out and says lets install the bulb, looks at it and says we can’t do that here. All because it requires a few minutes of work. Will not shop here ever again

Knowledgeable and approachable staff. Went in needing a battery for a generator with not much knowledge of what I needed. I approached the sales person at the register, showed him a picture and told him what it was for. He lead me to the battery wall and showed me my options. He never pushed to sell the best battery but did tell me the benefits to each one. We made a sale and he thanked me for coming to AutoZone with a smile!

I was on vacation and my vehicle wouldnt start. They recommended a new battery for my Dodge Ram. Battery was $180 with tax. I complied. They took my old battery which ended up being near brand-new. (98% life) Tried returning the old battery as I didnt need it and the truck wouldnt start because of the ignition plug being disconnected. They didnt give me a refund or store credit - AND kept my old battery. Said the new one they had me put in was used after being connected for 5 minutes. I feel robbed and have been taken advantage of. Talked to a local location back home and they said they should have at least given me my old battery and/or store credit. Never go to this location.

Battary were a good deal. But, the gentleman that installed then broke the positive side of cable. Then was going to add cable to reach the battery to add a new cable clamp. Why is that wrong? If he hadnt broke the stock clamp. We would not have this problem on a 2017 F250 diesel. Bad Store at Myrtle Beach, SC with evening Mgr! !

The guys were friendly . I asked if they knew how the headlamp was supposed to be installed for my application . I didnt expect someone to run out and help me . Maybe a print out off line . Or we are not allowed to install headlamps . But i was told that the particular application was a terribly tough one .And they were instructed not to mess with my particular application . So i went outside .Another customer outside also installing a headlamp in his car .He helped me remove the 2 bolts easily seen on a metal bracket that held the headlamp capsule in place . The headlamp capsule popped right out .The bulb was easily replaced . Took 3 minutes at best start to beginning . A lot of out of towners such as myself .A print out or simple cant help would have been nice .

A lady named Donna served me. I was coming from the other side of the mountains and was told I can return my chains if I didnt use them. So I went to return them here and Donna was my sales rep. She told me, We dont sell those here. I gave her a rundown of what I was told. I pulled out the receipt that the other AutoZone I bought my chains. She threw her Pringles back on the shelf, slammed my items on her table, looked through them. She scanned all my items, crumbled the receipt. Slammed the keyboard, and went to the back. When she came back out, she went to serve another customer at a different register. I asked her if I was going to get my money back, and the guy at the other register asked me to come to his counter. The customer behind me thought the same when she was served by Donna.

My kids and I went on a day trip to Myrtle Beach that did not go as planned. My toddler puked all over himself as we were leaving. I got him all cleaned up and his baby brother in his carseat when I realized the car wouldnt start! My battery had died and it was a hot summer. Thankfully I kind couple jumped us and we went straight to Autozone!The employees were so nice to my bedraggled crew. My kids were so done at this point. An incredible employee rocked my baby and occupied my toddler while I got the battery figured out. They very quickly installed the new battery and for us back on the road!Thank you! Thank you!

This store has always seemed to have poor quality service. A new situation of a manager talking to my brother as if he were off work... Almost as if the manager wanted to start a bar fight... In his autozone. These guys are a joke, and it was over a stupid issue with a online coupon, because my brothers phone died. We all know they have 20% off online. Always. To start a fight over a coupon like that. My business is lost. If not from this franchise from their idiot management.
