Ordered a new Jeep Rubicon back at the end of April. Josh Burton was extremely helpful in taking care of my order and keeping me updated during the couple months it took to build and deliver my Jeep. Everyone is impacted by the shortages and that isnt the local dealers fault. Love my new Jeep and looking forward to great service from Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep.

I can’t say enough how outstanding the service department is. Jared, Eric & Christina have the best customer service I’ve seen in a while. Bought my car at the dealership a year half ago always fast and friendly when I go have my oil changed. But today was even better had a warranty repair and they were on top of it. Wish I could give 10 stars. Most upfront and honest dealership I have ever been too. They will continue to get my husband and I business.

No answers for anything or offers to help after the wrangler’s engine died at only 97k miles...... terrible at calling back. Had the vehicle for over a month with no answers, no offer of a courtesy vehicle.Literally the worst business etiquette and I never leave poor reviews, ever. I love Jeeps, but this place is the worst representation of what Jeep stands for. Take your business somewhere else.

Great Service department - brought my Dodge Dart in for recall and a wheel vibration issue. Visit was quick and they thoroughly researched the problem, finding a rim was bent and tires were worn. They provided several options for the rim repair and tire packages for me to choose from.Ill certainly be back for routine maintenance on my vehicle.

This location is horrible. I placed an order for a recalled headrest in March and it hasnt been received as of yet. When I called today to see if the part came in I was asked for my vin nu.ber again. This tells me that the part was never ordered. Especially after I have already given the information at the beginning of the call. Will never use this place ever again. Only giving a 1 star because I cant go any lower.

Lets set the scene... I made an online appointment to get my Dodge Dart checked because the check engine light turned on after it stalled going through a roundabout. When I got an appointment for 2 days later, I arrived at the dealership with no check engine light and the car has running well ever since the incident. The check in person said that there were 2 recalls so they would be fixed. It would be $140.40 for the diagnostics. I waited for an hour and they fixed the recalls, but I need a new battery that was going to cost 232.00 and a new accelerator pedal (420.00). I told them that I will get a second opinion and I know I can get a cheaper estimate elsewhere. Lo and behold, when I went to get in my car it wouldnt even start. Shady to say the least. The car wouldnt start after I refused the exorbitant price. Imagine! After much back and forth, we went ahead and got the battery, because I need to get to work, but I wont be returning. We called around to several establishments afterward who also confirmed that the circumstances were indeed suspicious. Buyer beware!

My parents purchased a vehicle from the above mentioned dealership, after driving the car a couple times my dad said the front collision warning didn’t work. So I checked it and it is on, I drove the car and it does not work, we took it to 2 different dealerships they say they cannot drive the car to test it. and the computer says it’s ok. Sorry but it does not physically work. I called a Jeep caseworker and says they cannot drive the vehicle to test it because if they wreck it they will be liable. So if they don’t trust It to work then why should my parents trust it. All I want is the car to function properly do what it is designed to do....long story short they can’t fix it because the computer says nothing is wrong, but if you drive it, it doesn’t work.... if they have a wreck because the FCW did not work.....I have all documentation of trying to come to a resolve of the issue...I will own the dealership, Jeep company, and the case worker.... I really just want it fixed because this is a safety issue, that other Jeep vehicle may have...and no one knows of it......

I was looking for a M3 and ran across one at this dealership. The problem was that i reside in California; however, dealing with Wade Griffith made the whole process very simple and i felt very comfortable closing the deal from 2500 miles away. He was super helpful and sent a collection of pictures and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. A couple other people deserve a callout as well, Robbie Gale which got the financial pieces together and Dan McColl the GM. They all worked together to get me a great prices and ship the car across the country in excellent condition. But honestly, if youre looking to purchase from this dealership, go to Wade; he really worked extremely hard throughout the deal. Much appreciated.

Best experience ever! I came in with an issue that no one else had been able to fix but it was a very simple fix. Victory Jeep in Shallotte was going to charge me $130 plus $120 for the parts. These guys found something used that would work gave it to me for free and even put it in for free! they will be my only Jeep service place ever!

Cant speak much for the sales department, but the service department is outstanding. I brought my vehicle to MB Chrysler for warranty repair. Although I didnt buy the vehicle from them, they treated me well. They immediately diagnosed an issue that another dealer couldnt figure out with several attempts. Craig, the mechanic, repaired the issue while I waited and explained his work in detail. These guys really impressed me. Good way to earn my business.

Well my buying experience was great but keep in mind if they promise you something after the sale they dont follow through! Multiple promises and emails and no response from the Salesman!Update: Funny got a phone call and email from the GM saying it was a miscommunication and they would make it right. That was 3 weeks ago and no more communication. Please keep in mind when buying from this business that they probably will not follow through with promises!

I purchased my Jeep 2 weeks ago at a Jeep dealer in Philadelphia, I came to Myrtle Beach for vacation and during the vacation we had a hurricane. I parked my Jeep under a pool at hotel Im staying at and woke up with horrible stains down the side of my Jeep. I called Myrtle Beach Jeep and they were kind enough to recommend a shop called Evans auto body I went to Evans and they were so kind. They buffed out stains and made the truck new again for no cost at all. I cant tell you how much I appreciate how kind and accommodating they were. They provided me with a complimentary ride back to our resort and picked me back up when the car was ready.The lady in the express lane was pleasant and efficient. I was first contacted by Mike Ebert on April 22, 2020. I told him, very specifically, the options and a price range I was looking for in a new Jeep Wrangler. Since then, and multiple times, hes asked me to go to the dealership. Hes offered to meet me elsewhere with a Wrangler, come to my home with it etc, etc.That would be great if the dealership had a Jeep that remotely met my needs. Hes even pointed me towards used Wranglers that cost as much as a new one.... and still didnt have what I was looking for.Mike Ebert seems more interested in pushing a customer into any vehicle available than understanding what the customer wants.

They truly want to make their customers happy or I dont feel like they would be seeing to everything that was discussed during the purchasing process. We purchased a BMW on 9-11-19. Since then have only put 2k miles on it going to work because Im scared to death something is going to happen and not be able to afford it. Reason being within a 100 miles after purchasing car it needed a $250 oil change. And come to find out the car was never serviced. And here and there service and check lights come on. Went in last week and was told cant trade due to owing too much on this car. O really! Wonder why? If they tell you no worries and they will do whatever it takes. Get it in writing. So now Im screwed. Merry Christmas

We were on a recent vacation to Myrtle Beach and on the drive down, something fell off of another vehicle and we hit it. Our Jeep seemed fine but we were concerned about the long drive home. We decided to call the service dept at MB Chrysler Jeep and spoke to Eric and he told us to bring the car right in to be evaluated. We immediately brought the car over. They put it up on the lift and checked the entire car!! After 20 mins they came and told us that everything was fine and there was no issues. Eric also told us that there would be “ no charge”!! We were in shock!! Unbelievable service!! Great customer service and definitely concerned for our safety! Eric is a gem! Thank you!!

They assumed a lot of facts or hear say and we all know what assume stands for Took over a 1/2 to get the vehicle keys and three representatives to tell STORIES. Scary thing was the deal was done within an hour with all the numbers in Conway Don’t waste your time with the clowns in Myrtle Beach go to Conway. You will be happier.

I purchased a 2019 Grand Cherokee from Wade and his customer service was exceptional! I ended up having a serious mechanical issue with the vehicle, and although the process has taken some time to work out, everyone from the owner himself, Bobby Gale, his son Robbie Gale Matt the service manager and even Wade the salesman, has bent over backwards to help resolve the issue. While frustrating to have a major mechanical issue, the entire staff has made extra effort to get me into a new vehicle. I love the service we were given at Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. The staff was friendly, helpful and did not pressure us. First, we were met by Chrissy, our sales person. Its been a long time since I went to buy a vehicle and was not charged by several sales people. She was friendly, helpful and did not pressure us. After finding out what we wanted she jumped on it and brought vehicle after vehicle for us to view. It was a hot day and so bringing it to us was very helpful.We then met Michelle Smith, Finance and Insurance. She discussed what our loan options were and explained numerous details. Most places seem to rush by this and stick you with a higher interest than is necessary. She too was friendly and looked out for our best interest.Overall, we could not have had a better buy. Justin Riccioni meet me as soon as I pulled in. He was very cordial with a firm handshake. I told him I would not be a good sell for him due to my fixed income and need of a low payment. It didnt phase him and we started looking. He excused himself to go inside and came back out and said he had the perfect vehicle that met my budget. I took it for a test drive and was impressed. It also had a lot more options than I expected for the price. I was convinced this was the car I wanted. The paperwork went well. Justin offered me a soda and snack while I waited. Brad in the service department deserves special mention...the guy knew how to get my warranty work done fast and correctly. Parts were ordered and service was performed MUCH faster than expected, and this place was busy. I just wanted to say that i had the best experience buying my car at Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. I am fifty five and this is the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle on my own. My father and husband used to do the decision making on these things and now that I am widowed I am learning to do a lot of things independently now. Gabi Marshall assisted me in my first endeavor. She made the process painless and effortless. She is an extremely accommodating individual. She was extremely patient and kind and extremely knowledgeable. There wasnt any high pressure involved which was good for me because I was a bit nervous being that it was the first time I ever financed a vehicle on my own. I know have definitive proof I have been 100% lied to and will be contacting the state attorney general over this matter. I HAVE an open complaint with FCA as well. Liars from minute one and you don’t press them hard they will never live up to the deals made on their own.Six months later when attempting to refinance I’ve been told by Wells Fargo the have never offered refinancing as an option which was told to me and my co buyer the process would be easy.So once again another lie.My original trade in fact had not been sold to a wholesaler and taken delivery of by another customer as claimed 10 days prior to finalizing the paperwork since it had to be mailed to the co buyer.Dealership satisfaction survey never received as well and numerous attempts to contact the owner of the dealership have been ignored.Official complaint with FCA was handled “internally” and they could not provide me with an update.If you wish to buy a vehicle from this dealer make sure you have the funds for an attorney as well.

Had an awesome experience with Lou Davis. My dad referred me after purchasing a Ram 1500. I had been trying to upgrade to an suv for a few months but couldnt find the right one at a few other dealerships/car lots. After being contacted by Lou I decided to give MB Chrysler a try.. Came in the first day and wound up walking the lot with Josh who was equally amazing. He was well informed,patient,and willing to let me see what I wanted. I decided I wanted to take a few days to think on it because it was a large investment. Never once was I ever pressured to buy a vehicle. In fact, I was told that thinking about it was the best thing because they wanted to make sure it was something I loved.Went back today and worked with Lou and walked out with a 2012 Liberty Jet that I LOVE. Will be going back for sure!!! The whole staff was incredible and the general manager was so so kind. They treat you like a human being and understand the size of the investment youre making. I’d like praise the service department here. We were visiting from out of town when our torque converter and transmission pump quit. We hobbled into the dealership 20 minutes before closing time on a Tuesday night. The next day after talking to the service department we understood that we would not be able to get the van back until Friday morning. This was understandable and we came up with plans A, B, and C. So that Wednesday we hung out at the resort and Thursday we decided to rent a car to continue our family vacation activities. Shortly after arranging for a rental car we received a call from the dealership saying the van was ready. Apparently, several members of the service department worked overnight to complete this job. Thank you so much! It was a huge relief to get the van back before we had to check out Friday morning. We really appreciate you!

This service department saved my family we were in for a soccer tournament and our window control stopped working I went to the service department and not only did they see me immediately they fixed the control panel at no charge the part was defective! At the risk of sounding cliche, I would give these guys 0 stars if possible. Literally 3 months ago we were quoted cost of a vehicle and trade in, they were friendly like literally every other dealer in the world. We went elsewhere for one more at our price point, and informed we werent interested. 3 weeks later, sales call. Endless emails. I have spoked with no less than 4 different people there over the course of 3 months trying to stop the spam calls. Ive even gotten random texts from them. This review is minutes after a phone call asking if im still interested in purchasing from OCTOBER. I have no idea the math and science and no doubt physical effort and comprehension involved in removing us from their system, but it must be the equivalent of building an atom bomb. I swear on my unborn children, if they offered me a free car Id never come back for the damn principle of endless spam calls, emails, and texts.

Let me first say that I do not leave reviews often. However, the gentleman that assisted us at this dealership deserves at the very least a little recognition. My daughter and I recently visited Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep and was helped by a Mr. Tim Gleason. He was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and just in general a joy to work with. He was very understanding of our indecisiveness and of our financial situation. At no point was he pushy or did he try to sway us in any direction other than to help us meet the needs that we expressed. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with our total experience here. I went to Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep today because they called and said they could help me put my car in my own name. I needed that since I am divorcing. Jen W. Took Great care of me. She asked me what I wanted, even if I liked Dark or Light colors. I was so excited, when she came and said Lets Go For A Ride! I stepped outside and there sat a Beautiful Red 2017 Jeep Cherokee! Exactly what I wanted! It has all the Bells and Whistles. Syrius radio, Sun Roof, Back-up monitor and more! I Love it! The crew at M.B. Chrysler/Jeep were so helpful! I even worked as a salesman for a reputable Honda dealership in Kentucky, and I have no problem saying that Bobby Gales Myrtle Beach Jeep / Chrysler has by far been the most impressive, painless, and satisfying experience yet. They were honest, helpful, and the sales manager and my salesperson worked magic to get my into a new car (Im credit challenged). Nothing but pros for this place!
