I will say this was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had in my 71 years. Brett was very personable and helpful from the time we met until he showed me the things on my car I had never had before. It felt like I had known Brett for a long time and he was a friend even though we had never met before I walked into the dealership. When it came time to sign the papers, Brad was very helpful explaining what each document was and why it was necessary. Then when we got the keys everything was done for me from the insurance, financial, title, etc.even my old tag was on my new vehicle. The detail crew did a fantastic job also because all my friends thought it was a new car and surprised to learn it was a 2015 model. Great friendly job done by all and very quickly. I am telling everyone to come to Myrtle Beach Chevy and see Brett the next time they need a car. Thank you all.
I didn’t receive my multi point diagnosis sheet on my first visit due to printer issues. However, I was able to get the form today. Other than that everything else was good.

I’ve had by far the worse experience buying a car from this place. Lemon Law is against the law and I am speaking with my lawyer. I bought a Tahoe from here that looked great! As soon as it rained it washed whatever oil they put on the car off and the hood was scratched beyond belief! The wiper fluid doesn’t work and a few other things. I’ve tried contacting the dealership several times about the complaints and get no response but they can’t ignore my lawyer. Do NOT buy a car from here! Oh and my key fob looks like this! This place is a joke! I repeat do not buy a car from here!

All maintenance was performed in a timely manner. We were given a ride to and from the dealership while the work was being performed. Our truck was perfectly aligned after the tire dealer got it close. A minor issue with the sound of the fan after installation of a cabin air filter was quickly resolved.
Absolutely an awesome experience working with these professionals. Treated me great and showed me many options before my purchase. After the purchase, the vehicle I was trading in unexpectedly broke down and had to be towed into the dealership. They were very accommodating and understanding and worked with me to make the deal. My family had a wonderful experience purchasing a truck. After months of playing shady games and wasting time with other dealers to find a truck on line we found the used truck we wanted with low miles and not beat up. we saw exactly what we wanted and when we got the the dealership at 5:30 in the afternoon, we test drove and after spending the night thinking on the purchase we went back on Saturday morning financed the truck, it was waxed, and washed and filled with gas and we were out the show room in 3 hours. Our salesman, Brent was helpful and his communication was great.
Uh...MB Chevy had my car for 5 weeks on a recall...no loaner vehicle provided even though it was a GM recall!I pick up my car and its dirty inside from the mechanic getting in and out, scuffing up the floors etc and it also couldve used a wash since it had been sitting outside for 5 weeks! Myrtle Beach Chevy showed zero interest in helping me get a loaner and just said call corporate. Theres no way Im ever bringing any of my vehicles back to MB Chevy...no way. Customers and great customer service just dont matter at all there.
Not quite as hometown friendly as my dealership at home, but were efficient and very polite. The men helped with filling tires with air and were very nice. I will recommend that travelers needing help stop here.
The biggest positive of my recent visit was having the work completed 15 minutes ‘before’ the estimated time!!!In addition, staff was great! Actually had the receptionist ask me if I needed another cup of coffee during the wait.Also, auto was as clean as when I brought it in.Kudos to your staff!!Cheers

Saw the price of a trailblazer online for a little over 26,000. Got there I was told there was a markup price of $1,000. I was okay with that because I got $2,000 worth of discounts through Chevy loyalty and an educator discount. For some crazy reason the final price came up to a bit over$28,000. Math doesnt work out. But nobody could explain it to me. Everyone told me thats just how it is. Where the hell did that $3,000 go? No one could tell me not even the financial guy. His response was I dont know these are just the numbers I was given

I was looking to turn in my lease and start a new one. I spent hours here looking at the new trailblazer. After running numbers, for some reason, I was told certain numbers that were asked for “couldn’t be provided because they are calculated by the computer”. Needless to say, I got the exact same vehicle for over $100 less a month elsewhere.
We were vacationing in Myrtle Beach from New York and our battery seemed to be getting weak. My wife called your dealership on late Friday and you got us in first thing Monday morning. The payment was within a few dollars of what I asked for and the delivery process was better than all other places I have bought from in the last 35 years. Perfect dealership. My Tahoe’s transmission started to go out on my way down to Myrtle Beach from New York. I limped it the last 200 miles to this dealership and they got me right in and into a rental and had a new transmission installed within 3 days and back on the road before I was scheduled to leave the area. Great attitude, great service, great price. Made it back to New York no problems.

On the service before, when they rotated the tires they did not re sink with TPS system and I had to go to another dealer to have this done. I live over 40 miles from MB Chevrolet. This time on the way home I checked tire pressure and one tire had 32, 2 others had 34 and one had 35 which is the correct tire pressure.

I’ve never had to complain in any dealership but we had an appointment yesterday 9am because that was the soonest appointment available. My husband waiting 9am-3pm because the used car dealer managers stated we had to pay because it was our fault we brought the call yesterday. I called them back didn’t get a call back couple days later someone called me to congratulate us on the purchase and told her we need to schedule this asap since it was the week of 4th July the soonest was Tuesday but we work had to do it Wednesday. I’ve never had a manager to tell us it’s our fault and now it’s our problem. Not a happy camper especially when we are new customers and we just purchased a car with them.
Very busy place, yet Kinsley in service handled it like a champ. Shes all over the place, getting things done. They did a pretty good job repairing my tire, the only complaint I have is they didnt complete the other three tires as far as the tire pressure is concerned, so the one they plugged and remounted is at 35 lb, whereas the others are all at 30 lb. No biggie, I can handle it myself. Ill still go back there

She told me to bring in my vehicle when I could and they would help diagnosis. Brought in the vehicle later that day and they took it right back and started to look at it. I requested that they save my tailgate that I had replaced on my 2021 2500 HD for a keepsake to put in my pole barn.Was assured this would happen. It didn’t and it was scrapped.The head body shop guy was great to work with, but seemed very bothered that I was upset over it as if it were not a big deal. It was actually very important to me. I asked what the game plan was on your text system to a curt reply of “game plan? What do you mean game plan?” I think the answer should have been, I will get you one like it if you can give me some time. Sorry we messed up on this.He said he would make it right and I trust he will. I am still waiting and will update my review to a glaring one with 5 stars when they make good on it.

We were towing our 30ft camper down to Myrtle Beach on Monday afternoon when my husband stepped on the brakes and the pedal went right to the floor. As panic set in, we realized that the brake assist was no longer working. I found MB C-C online and called to schedule an appt. I was first told that all service appts were full for the week but she would get me in touch with an agent. I explained our situation to Becki and she said we could bring it in the next morning. We were provided transport back to our campground and the issues were diagnosed quickly. Being there was more work to be done than anticipated, Becki set us up with a rental and also provided us transport to pick it up. What could have been a total disaster derailing our vacation was all taken care of seamlessly thanks to Becki and her team. We drove the repaired truck home 900 miles a few days later with no issue. We cant thank everyone enough for taking such good care of us.

We live in Ohio and here on vacation, and the battery died in my Tahoe. Called the dealership and Amber was very helpful. She got us in and out same day, and exceptional service!
They misdiagnosed the issue with my truck. My bill was $2400 when I went to pick the truck up the FIRST time. Problem wasn’t fixed. Second attempt, they replaced parts that had been replaced by my normal mechanic a couple days before. They said that the parts were aftermarket and needed replaced. My mechanic said they were brand new AC Delco parts that he used. Problem still not fixed. I bring truck back for THIRD time. They ended up replacing the ECM, and that fixed it.I don’t have a problem with Kensley as she did her job fine.They didn’t explain to me that replacing the ECM, that the shifting of the transmission would have to basically relearn the shifting. The transmission would shutter going from first to second gear. It seems to have gotten better. It has been over 200 miles and still sporadically shutters from first to second gear.I lost time and money to keep bringing the truck back and loss of work. Binging my truck to a dealership should be such a bad experience.They replaced basically $2400 with of parts that didn’t have to be replaced.
My car was not fixed like they said. All the spark plugs were not changed, or coil packs. Actually one of them was completely loose. Both front bearings were to be replaced, yet when Im driving sometimes especially over bumps in the road, there is something loose in the front end. They were supposed to fix the electrical problem going on with the car, yet I know that wasnt fixed 100% either. On top of that, Every now and then my car has been acting like it was going to cut off. Like stall out or something.... Also when I picked the car up, it hadnt been washed or even rinsed off and it also had serviceessage appear 5 minutes after starting it to alert me that my oil needed to be changed soon and also has 0% oil life.
When I pulled in to the service drive thru, I was promptly greeted and the intake procedure went fast. The waiting are was clean and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. There for an oil change and tire rotation. As I was checking out, the nice young lady-cant recall her name and I apologize for that, told me about the 100,000 mile service that would be coming up and she even gave me a ballpark figure of how much it would cost. I greatly appreciated that. This being my first experience with Myrtle Beach Chevrolet was really nice.
I had terrible experience. I really feel like I was cheated. No local I know I would recommend even my worst enemy. The advertising is that they really care and treat you like family that was not my experience. They sweet talk me and I got the run around. I have chevrolet all my life. After having a HORRIBLE experience with VROOM, we went to Myrtle Beach Chevrolet. We had a car in mind and we purchased it that day. The Sales person (Keith) to the Financing staff (Darrell), the owner and the service staff...ALL FANTASTIC. Please visit them. You will not be disappointed.
Had an 8:30 appt. for an oil change and a/c system check. Found leaking hose in a/c system would cost $750 to replace and to purge and recharge system. No explanation as to why the high cost. Decided to wait on repair. Vehicle not ready until after 1:30 in the afternoon - way too long for what was done. Not the dealerships best effort!

The service department worked hard to get me fit me in and get my tire fixed/oil changed. When they couldnt get me in a few days earlier they offered to add air to my tire, so I didnt have to go somewhere else to do it. Everyone was pleasant and kind.
