Horrible customer service! They let me waited more than two hours for two minutes answer! They refused to help me when I went there! I contacted first a female manager than a male manager. They argued for 10 minutes! They could help me instead of arguing with me but they did not! 2 hours later there was another manager who was tall and male. He told me after his customer he will help me but he helped 4 other people who came after me! Then finally another guy came to help me! I told him you guys did not help me and waiting here for two hours but at the same time you guys are helping 4 other people who came after me and they are not on the name list! They blamed me for being disrespectful at the same time the guy who came after I record our argument with this tall manager! But he was on their side because I told them he came after me and he is not on the list. The tall manager did not say anything to him while he was recording them, me, us! This guy yelled at them and he was angry at me because they were busy with me! This tall manager immediately said to him sorry and he went back to help him. When he was yelling at them he was not disrespectful but they blamed me for being disrespectful when I talked with them with a loud voice! Let me tell you why because I am not an American and I have an accent but other guys and other people were Americans! They answered my question in total in two minutes! I waited more than 2 hours for two minutes answer plus I faced up with horrible customer service by their three managers! It is time to change with another provider BECAUSE OF HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Verizon used to have good customer service. I tried going in this store to have a SIM swap done because I bought a new unlocked phone and wanted to buy a case. I come through the door and immediately greeted by Do you have an appointment? I answered no and that I just needed those two items. The greeter then said I would be happy to make you an appointment so you can come back another time. I just needed at most 10 minutes of service. After the billing issues lately and this horrible greeter, Im done and will be switching to another carrier. I thought being a corporate direct store would help, but they proved otherwise.

Dominic (the manager) needs to learn good customer service. We asked when is the best time for us to come in with a SIM card problem from the previous update… he said February. It’s October and the phone currently drops every call. He was very cold and acted as if helping a paying customer was a hassle. This is not a negative review to the store itself. I have a business account with Verizon and the Business staff here are great. Dominic is no good unfortunately.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever from a Verizon employee at a Verizon location!I stopped by on a Sunday at 4:44 pm. The doors were locked. Shane opened the door from the inside and asked what can I do for you?.... At the door! Its over 100 degrees currently.He wouldnt let us in at all....I told him I wanted to get information on a smart watch to go with my Samsung phone that I have with Verizon! - I was ready to order one at this location.He went on to say an Apple wouldnt work... & I was fine with that.... He went on to say that Samsung Galaxy 1 watch would the only option and that I needed to go to another location in another city because its a larger store and they have more options...He didnt want our business, he didnt want us to come in and get any information.In short, he just didnt care.Can I recommend this location... Absolutely NOT! 💯 percent!

Really disappointing and frustration walking in and dealing with store after terrible phone service. They insisted on bringing in a almost 101 year old client to shut off phone. For real in a pandemic bring her in we have to see her and she has to say turn off. 3 employees in store. We got put in corner and ignored about 20 mins while 6 other customers came in. Room full of people with no masks on customers, saw mask on guy who helped us. A lot of hassle getting shut off. No receipt for records just showed screen saying zero balance. Never been happy with Verizon or its pathetic customer service.

Got a new Samsung watch this weekend and Im loving it. The wait was extremely long, but Arbys and Happy Teriyaki are next door, so we just went for lunch to pass some time.The manager, Dominic, was so friendly but he needs some helpers. Hes running around like a crazy person!

I am very disappointed with my whole experience. I hope that I can at some time start enjoying our switchover to Verizon. We decided to change providers so that we could have better service (make call and send text messages in our own house maybe?) I understand that with COVID they are working at keeping us safe. So we were only allowed 1 person in the store at a time (we have 5 family members.) So we had to keep trading out who went in the store to look at phones. So that just added to the time we spent there.Then when it came time to pick my daughters phone (that we hadnt planned on upgrading because hers worked fine but I guess it wont work on Verizons network.) She found one she liked and as we went through the process they told us it was out of stock. So she came in and picked another one. Then they told us that the last one of that sold while we were talking. So we could try and send someone to make it from Nampa to Meridian in 5 oclock traffic to get one from them. When we realized that wasnt going to work they said we could pick it up on Monday.After many hours we get home and get ready to set up more on our accounts when we realize the salesperson who helped us signed us up for the wrong plan and we couldnt do what we wanted. So I texted the phone number he gave me the next day, and he said that it was a system error that he could fix Monday morning and that I didnt need to call customer service. Well I called customer service and they confirmed that he had signed us up for the wrong plan. After many hours on the phone I am told that we are now signed up for the correct plan, we have a $14 credit, and I just needed to wait a little bit for it to update on our end.I wait 24 hours and still see that we are signed up for the wrong plan. I call customer service back and they said that the plan was not set to be reset until sometime in September (it is August 24th!) So he was able to delete that request and get us signed up for the correct plan.We finally are able to go pick up my daughters phone and are left to port it over by ourselves. I decide to do it right there in the parking lot to make sure nothing goes wrong only to find out that we need wifi to finish the process. We drive home and still need to call in to get help so that she can use her phone.Now we have figured out that the salesperson talked us into a phone that Verizon only they make cases for. It is $39.99 and looks like a flimsy nothing of a case.I am so hoping that something starts to go right because this whole experience has been a joke from start to finish. Now I am waiting to make sure all the discounts they have promised me show up after we have paid the customary 2 to 3 billing cycles.

Verizon is limiting the number of people in the store, one associate to one customer. No issue with that but they are requiring masks on all customers. Per CDC guidelines they do not recommend masks if physical distancing can be accomplished. The store is accomplishing this and it isnt right to require masks of everyone. I left and didnt make a purchase.

Went in with the husband and mother in law to switch to verizon and upgrade their phones. We were greeted at the door by Dominic who said only 1 person was allowed in to speak with 1 rep. I asked Dominic how we were supposed to talk to eachother and decide what we want. He said we could use the app to talk about what we needed. At this point I asked if they have been losing a lot of business over this only 1 person is allowed in the store at 1 time. He said yes, people dont like there only being 1 person at a time. We were planning on getting a new line plus upgrading the other 3 lines. Verizon is losing business and they dont seem to care. Im going to stick with Metro. Verizon- you lost future business and current business, we are looking for a new company for the other 3 lines. I understand limiting people, but when you are working with 1 account, the people on the account shouldnt have to take turns and text eachother to figure out what we want et. How is it, 1 rep is allowed to come out and tell 3 peopl we cant go in.. yet they cant do their job and sell a few thousand dollars worth of electronics. Guess you dont really need the business?

I understand taking precautions to keep everyone safe during this pandemic, but only allowing one person per account to come in is rediculous. We are deciding to buy a $1200.00 phone, that might be a decision that we would like to discuss together. How about sending one of the 4 salesmen standing in a group at the front door outside for a few. If you are going to preach about CDC guidlines then your employees should be social distancing as well. Do yourself a favor and juat go to Go Wireless on 12th and they will help you out with better customer service than I have ever gotten in all my years going to this store.

I love Verizon and I usually love this store but.. I ordered an item for same day, in store pick up, was told that they did have it in stock and that it would be ready within few hours, went to this store and was told that it wasn’t ready for pick up, long story short, i could not call the store directly so I had to keep calling customer service, waited for over 3 hours in total, had to cancel my order and replace it 3 days in a row and eventually have it shipped 5 days later instead.

They were great! I have been with at&t for years and coverage isn’t there. I switched over to Verizon and I have coverage everywhere! Also they gave me a great deal on My IPhone X and gave me a bundle package that fit my needs! Very friendly and professional atmosphere. All my questions were answered and they made sure I was happy on what I was getting.

Do Not come here for anything. I wanted a new screen protector. The store manager was very rude. He told me that I would have to go to Boise to get my new protector. I said are you serious. He yes and I cannot help you.Go to the Verizon store by Costco. The store manager and assistant manager are so much nicer. They were able to help me with all my questions and were shocked by how rude the other manager was. They will get 100 percent of my business and my families business.

Verizon is great service for a cell phone carrier, the people at this store are very friendly and very helpful, always seems like they know what they are doing. The prices are definitely higher than competition services, but I wouldnt use another service unless I had to. Seems like I am very rarely without service, let alone at least 4GLTE.

Not a bad store. Newly remodeled, inside is very nice looking. The staff is knowledgable but are limited in the help they can offer. The store can get super busy so go expecting to wait at least 15 minutes, usually more. Ive waited over an hour before and ended up walking out because I was still a ways from being helped. Dont expect to have your phone fixed if its acting up either. Ive had trouble with a few phones and pretty much the only options available were to wait a day (ended up being 2 one time) for a refurbished replacement phone or finish paying off the phone that wasnt working so I would qualify for an upgrade. Again I think this is more Verizon policy than anything the staff can do. As Ive said before not a bad store, not the greatest either.

Really why cant you just go into the back get a new phone swap it out with the bad one download everything to it and send the bad one back to manufacturer but no that is not the protocol. I am thinking scam as they wanted me to check into insurance. I did not drop my phone it was working at 11:39 pm last night when I went to get off charger it was black screen and would not turn on or even acknowledge it was on charger so obviously a manufacturer defect but I cant get it replaced when I walk into you store. I may have to take my family business else where for cell phone coverage!

Decent speed. They used to be a lot more focused on customer service but youll go to the back of the line if you need any help that doesnt involve a sale. They have restrictions on what theyll sell you even if youre buying something out right. Went down the street but instead from best buy, no questions asked.

The reason I was there was because I lost my phone so he grabbed a phone and started getting it ready for me to take all the while talking non stop I took it home, then the next day I found my phone and it cost me more than my monthly bill to return it!

Staff was really nice and helpful, didnt have any issues there. It was pretty busy but I didnt have to wait very long at all, it moved pretty fast. I switched to the unlimited plan and Im seeing a pretty noticeable difference in the service compared to just having a certain amount of gigs. I usually have 2 dots on my iPhone, where before it was always 4-5. Im pretty disappointed in that because I just switched from sprint and wanted to get away from poor service. It seems its not as good with unlimited...?

The ONLY reason this is not a 1 star is because overall Verizon has the best phone service. However, their customer service at their CORPORATE stores are horrendous. If youre going to go with Verizon, dont go to one of their corporate stores. Youre at the whim of whatever they want to tell you. For example, I was told by a salesperson there that I could only get the $250 off my S10+ if I bought it at a corporate store. Later I found out that was not the case. He also kept pushing the pink S10+. As I was choosing my color I told the salesperson I wanted the white one. He said they didnt have any. Only when I said that I would go to Bestbuy to check there did he say he would go check to see if they had any, which they did. I guess they had lots of those pink ones and wanted to get them out the door.

This store has consistently given great service for upgrades, accessories, billing questions, and tech problems. Anything they havent been able to help with, they have directed us to other resources. Although weve been to other Verizon stores, this is the most reliable by far.

We have had a wonderful experience. Chance worked with us yesterday. My husband, Gaylord bought a new phone. Because his phone is connected with my phone we were confused about several things. Returned to the Verizon store in Nampa, Idaho. Chance once again showed us how to do certain things to help us. Very pleasant young man to work with. My brother went to get a new line from this store and Ennis the sales that was assisting screwed up my entire Verizon account, and wasted everyone’s time. Getting a new line and iPhone 8 added to the account should have been no problem but due to me not immediately being available Ennis decided to reset my entire Verizon account and deregister me as the account owner without any permission from me. My brother was told that his wife would be another account owner and was not informed that I would removed. Needless to say Ennis should fill out a ID 10 T form and look for a new job as he only caused stress and problems while wasting my brothers and my time. I am still hoping Ennis didn’t screw up my account further and will have to wait and see. Do not use this store unless you like to waste time and enjoy being frustrated.

We switched from T-Mobile to Sprint because we thought their service would be better....we instantly regretted that decision as Sprints service was MUCH worse! So after 4 days we made the decision to cancel Sprint and go with Verizon. We had Verizon in the past and knew they had excellent service in this area!We went into the store and the gentleman that helped us was incredibly professional and helped get us exactly what we needed. He told us there was a promo where we could bring our old IPhones in and they would buy them off of us for $300 each and put that money as a down payment towards our new phones! Sounded like a great deal! We brought our iPhones in (IPhone 7 and IPhone 7 Plus. Both in perfect condition) and they told us that they would send us a gift card for the $600 and the manager would apply that towards the phone balance, which would bring out monthly cell phone payments from $30, to around $18.A couple weeks went by and I noticed nothing was applied. I called Verizon’s customer service who told me that not only did they not give us the full $600, but there was also no way to apply that gift card to our bill! So my husband went in today to talk to the manager that told us he could do this only to find out that we were lied to, they can’t do this. The manager tried justifying it by saying that we can pay off a couple of our Verizon bills with these gift cards, however, that was not the deal we made. We need the money off MONTHLY and wouldn’t have purchased apple watches had we have known that the MANAGER was completely full of it! So now, we can’t return anything, or cancel any service since it’s been too long and we are stuck with a cell phone bill that we really can’t afford and some gift cards that will only help us for a couple bills. Thanks Verizon and Jose for lying to us just to get a sale!

Some of the worst customer service Ive ever had to deal with. My wife had ordered a phone and we ran in to a mess issues when trying to change the order. One person would tell us to cancel it and order a new one and once we have done that, the next person would say that we cant order a new one for 14 days. Then the next person would help us order a new one and before it was over, none of the lines that were ready to upgrade could upgrade. I finally went in to this location in Nampa and my wife went it to get her new phone and came back crying... The mangers Dj and Dom were no help. They pretty much told us we were screwed and have to wait and that we will miss out on the deals that were going on. They had zero sympathy for us and showed no interest in working something out. I finally went in and explained what happened and then was left standing there for 5 or so minutes before Dom came over and explained whats going on (getting some of the details dead wrong) then I said that the service was awful and I may try another company and Dom said ok I took their names and the awkwardly left.All of a sudden, when I get home my wife is eligible for An upgrade again.Long story short...These guys dont know anything and are rude...

Verizon is still a good company, unfortunately it is the employees at this location you need to watch out for. What my problems came down to is this. I was taken advantage of as an uninformed buyer. By only knowing what phone I wanted and needing insurance it seemed that I was an opportunity to be uninformed of what exactly I was purchasing ( my phone had missing items in the box as well). Every time I asked a specific question I was then mansplained to (over explaining the question without ever answering the question.). Now every time prior to today, I have had a good experience, but my husband was also by my side. After having to call upon my father to help me. He was able to get Jose, the manager, to correct the grievous situation. But wait, in order for it to be properly corrected he had to call in the the Verizon customer service branch and proceeded to hand the phone to my father (now my father is doing the work of a manager). At this point Dory (customer rep. on the phone) understood what was happening and Immediately did everything in her power to correct this mistake. Once everything was returned, I went to the Costco Verizon Kiosk where Sara informed me that my upgrade was not refunded. She informed me this should be instant since they are all on the same system. So we called Jose. He said it is showing up on his end that everything is refunded. Sara said okay but it isnt showing up here. He told her it would take 48 hours for it to process ( A complete lie). Well all of Verizon should give Sara a raise. Instead of accepting Joses lie she kindly said okay, ill just call in. Sara spoke to the new rep for customer services who was also female, and told her of the issues with the upgrade not being refunded yet. They then 3 way dialed in Jose and discovered not only was my upgrade not refunded but he charged me for another Pixel 3 XL ON ACCIDENT. Sara and this new Rep were able to guide Jose and correct my account.It took 2 Women to inform this man how to do his job. Maybe next time when he and his employees think about trying to take advantage of anyone, they will remember this situation.In Conclusion. Dont go here. Go visit Costco Verizon Kiosk.

Instead they put an old SIM card into the new phone thats under a new line for the BOGO deal and are potentially costing me $1000. This is why I dont go to actual Verizon stores. I went in to get a new family plan with 4 lines and I was informed I would need to wait half an hour or so. When I came back, as me and my family were getting out of our car a lady came up and locked the door! It was 4 in the afternoon and there was no note on the door of early closing nore did the employee inform me of this. Instead of politly opening the door and saying something along the lines of so sorry for the inconvenience but we are clsoing ealy today a red haired hipster just held up 4 fingers and laughed at us! Is this how Verizon does business? Is it that hard to write we are closing at 4 today on a piece of paper and taping it to the door? And to lock the door as we are we are clearly going there without explanation is just rude and childish. Learn to talk to your customers.

I love Verizon however this store was not helpful. They had me call customer care. I drove over 45 min one way to do what I could have done from home. They were supposed to help me but declined. It was disappointing.

I went into Verizon this morning to upgrade my phone, I worked with Leo at the Nampa Caldwell Blvd. store, he was fun and easy to work with and made switching all my information from one phone to the other easy and simple. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family!

Friendly, helpful, but dont always get done what they say they did. Got a new device for one of our lines and they said it was activated, not so much.
