I ordered a Uhaul at another location in Nampa, and 10 mins before pick up I was told by a uhaul in Boise to come to this location because the other location didn’t have my needed equipment.I come to this location at 9am and they are not open. I call Boise back and this is the 3rd location I was routed to in total. He called the manager of the nampa locations and nobody could get ahold of these people that run this location. It is opening hours, and nobody is here. I am so mad I have had to go through 3 different locations, and either they don’t have what they say they do, or they refuse to open during business hours.

I have rented a unit twice and they are amazing. Always willing to help and always greeted with a smile from Wanda at the office. Thank you for the amazing customer service .

Amazing price, I got the largest unit they had available. Had done a lot of shopping around at all other storage that couldnt touch the price. Very friendly and easy. Just give the proper 2 weeks and clean your unit out and your set. THANKS AGAIN!

Canyon Storage is the best, a loyal customer for years now even though I live in Boise, the miles make no difference. The price and personal service are second to none, well worth the trip.

Not impressed. Dumpy, poor service,cant pay a bill on Sun-Mon-Tue without an online card.Tried to pay a friends bill 4months in advance(I had a few items in his unit), with cash, & he got evicted because of it. Hes nearly 80, A decorated vet, & has early stage dementia. Just not impressed.... At all.

I have rented from this place off and on several years. Best storage I know. Friendly staff and the owner is really great.

Cancelled storage auction after I won the unit and my card was charged. Literally the worst customer service ever from Dave.

Front staff was a pleasure to work with! We only needed the smallest unit for just the summer and felt very secure. We’ll definitely be back for storage for next summer break.
