Terrible service. No one here at appointment time. They said they would comp me 10 dollars but just raised the rental rate 10 dollars to hide it. Horrible experience. I have the initial and final invoice to shoe the discrepency but they said boy thats weird. Avoid at all cost or you will pay.

We have been with them for 4 years. They are great! They work with you if you are late on your bill. Anytime I did have to go in to the office for a concern They were very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend them.

They are absolutely awful. Had 2 units with them and they question the nature of your visits both verbally and by the number of entries your PIN uses. I will not be treated like a criminal because you people judge to quickly. I buy storage units to resell. I dont lie, cheat it steal from anyone. Ill take my business elsewhere. Dont rent any units from these people.

Great service at the front counter. Turns out I got one of their last units...theyre busy! Clean, well-protected, safe and reasonable. Easy to access from the street. Units were nice and clean and the locks are great.

So far Im very satisfied with the service.. i havent had to get after hours access yet so if and when that is needed well see about the 5th star .

Great customer service even though I was little late, I still had to pay for extra day when truck was going back out.

Dont expect any help from these people or understanding. I called on November 26th about emptying my unit and the lady was very polite as I mentioned i wasnt sure if i left the lock. She said if she called back surety checking i did leave the lock and if not dont worry about it. Her exact words. Now a month later i get a call asking about my unit. After the call i check my bank statement and theres the auto withdraw from my account. When i call back Stor-All Im met with a firm standing: you signedand initialed a contract that you would remove your lock. Which 100 % understand but i had talked to one of TWO ladies that work there. As I try to explain Im HUNG UP ON. Read what you sign and DO NOT expect any kind of understanding they just want your money.
