I got the biggest truck they had and a car hauler trailer. The best deal Ive ever had on a moving truck. Took me 10 loads to move. Will definitely use Penske again.

This rental shop, also known as Roots Rents, has given me a hard time the last three times Ive needed to rent a Penske truck. One truck smelled like smoke inside the cab, another did not have a lift gate, as requested, and the third time, the staff treated a coworker of mine in a disrespectful manner. I am not a fan of this place, however there is no better place to rent a truck with a lift gate in Nampa, as they just dont exist. Wish Penske would open a real rental shop in Nampa.I honestly think it is worth your time to drive to Boise to rent a truck. There are both Enterprise and Penske Locations in Boise that are much better than this one.
