Clerk at the office was very nice and very informative. Ive checked out several over the last few days and didnt feel good when I walked out the door. This gentleman made me feel at peace with the location, insurance, price and safety. Very happy with this company so far!

Wonderful, smooth experience! We came in on a whim because the location was very close to our home, and had a lovely, quick experience getting exactly what we needed. The gentleman upfront, Patrick, recommended us exactly what we needed size wise. He was extremely thorough but quick in letting us know what we were signing up for, and explained everything without being overwhelming. The unit itself was very clean & exactly what we asked for. There not the cheapest and not the most expensive. But I’ve now been charged two late fees one called to set up direct deposit told I’d “get a email” and nothing was explained with them having my card number thought it was done but then I was charged a late fee the 2nd time I called to make a payment over the phone waited on phone with staff went threw card number have record of call payment was never charged so I got a late fee. Staff could careless that it was due to miss communication or something not like I was unwilling to pay as soon as I was made aware I paid right then just feel like they could have been more understanding but I now am learning it’s something they do often I do not recommend them but I do understand it’s hard to find storage in area just know they are known to be difficult and charge late fees

Shannon the manager of this facilities was fantastic. She was so helpful and understanding as we worked through a very crazy time in our lives. She always made sure we understood the logistics of the facility and the billing. Checked on us while we were moving into the unit to see if we were doing okay. The facility is clean, well kept and was a pleasure to use. The little extra time to get there from Meridian was well worth it. Freeway access and easy to locate.

Held the unit for me unlike their competitor who swore they would. The office was clean and organized and the staff was fantastic. Eager to help and easy to work with.

Managers and associates are beyond description. Helpful, energetic, friendly, to name a few. Units are sturdy, clean and spacious for our needs. The only drawback with this location is lack of RV storage. Otherwise, they’re highly recommended for anything you need to store

Very friendly and helpful.I had more stuff than fit in the unit I rented and although they didnt have anything available at the time, they called just as soon as something was available and took care of everything they could over the phone.

Very professional ..delt with all my needs ..made me aware of all services they provide..without pressure to add additional cost ..very welcoming..offered asst for anything at a phone call away ..very clean and new storage units..highly recommend.

They have an employee named David who was the most rude and disrespectful. I have never been given such poor service. He would glare at me and I thought he was very unprofessional.

After reserving a U Haul truck online we were given the wrong address for our pickup. When we finally arrived at this location after the big mix up, NO ONE was working at the office at 3 in the afternoon, clearly during posted business hours. Only a sticky note saying they would be back later was posted on the door. Terrible business if you ask me. There should be more than one employee in the office during business hours. We tried calling both phone numbers posted with no luck in getting a hold of anyone. We were forced to wait an hour and half for someone to finally show up. This company is all mixed up, cant get reservations right and clearly doesnt have their customers best interests in mind. Avoid this place.

My husband and I have rented 4 storage units from Stor It in Nampa. Met Shannon and she went the extra mile to help and make us feel welcome as we just moved here. She also helped us in renting 2 U-Hauls. She was always professional yet friendly. Units were clean. I would highly recommend the Stor It in Nampa, and Shannon as she made it an easy experience.

Messages left on personal phone from office manager using inappropriate language and threat of actions assuming a complaint first of all was valid and second of all without confirmation. None of it was true and very derogatory
