Came here for a quick oil change the other day. I had Erv, he was extremely kind and helpful through my whole visit! While waiting other staff members came and chatted with me and some other customers while waiting. Great experience!

Bad... I scheduled app for service and after 2 weeks waiting I bring the car in on Saturday on my scheduled app.. They keep the car for 6 days and on Friday I received call that their tech was not able to see the car and it will be probably Monday... I pick up the car that afternoon ... the car was not touched.. unprofessional

I first brought my car here for a check after the original dealership I purchased it from had engaged in some dishonest acts. I was brought back to the shop and walked through the system checks. I was physically shown the parts of my car that were in great condition and shown and educated on those areas that may need some future work. I left reassured that I had made a sound purchase, but also with the knowledge that I have an honest and competent dealer to service my vehicle. I return about every 6 months for routine maintenance or oil changes. Can I get an oil change cheaper somewhere else? Yes. Is it worth a little extra money to know Ive received an honest quote from honest, friendly, and competent people? 100 %.
