Custom ordered my 22’ F250 sport, Tanya was so good at making the process smooth and quick. She knew I didn’t want to be in the dealership for 5 hours, I did paperwork from the comfort of my home and came in to purchase once it arrived. Everything was already approved, signed a couple forms, and drove off. Buck was a great finance manager as well, everything was smooth as butter and no one haggled me for add-ons I didn’t need. Great experience, will go back again in 3 years to trade-in again. 5 out of 5 stars.

Tamiami service center is a difficult place to rate. I’ve had really bad experiences but really good as well. This experience was one of the better. Danny, my Service contact was great at keeping me in the loop, she got my car in quickly and helped ease my concerns. I really appreciated her efforts to keep in contact and her good attitude. I will keep this experience in mind when extending my Ford Warranty or purchasing another vehicle from this dealership.
This dealership practices shady car selling tactics.. They like to get you in the door with the price listed on the Internet, and when you commit to buying it for a specific price they give you an oh by the way we’ve got $1100 of preparation we put on that car that you have to pay. Would you believe they even came in and pressured me by saying that somebody was coming in right away to buy the same vehicle with a cash offer? Run people!
Alex in used car sales sold us our vehicles 2 years ago, but if we ever need anything he still helps out with a smile and conciliatory attitude. Excellent customer care.Peter in quick lane was pleasant, accommodating, & courteous. They never pushed for unnecessary repairs, but were exceptional at spotting an issue that I need to keep my eye on.This business is great at keeping on top of their employees to provide the best customer service.

I have brought my car in for numerous issues since I bought it and every single time I have, I have had a TERRIBLE experience... I made an appointment because my air conditioner broke. (mind you this dealership fixed my a/c just 4 months ago) and I dropped my car off ahead at close of business on Wednesday. I mentioned to the service employee that on top of the a/c issues I was also unable to adjust my driver seats position. He said there would be an additional diagnostic charge and I agreed. I heard nothing all day Thursday until I called. When I called they did not have any information and had to call me back. When I spoke to them again they told me the a/c issue was covered and would be in line to be fixed. I realized later that they did not mention my driver seat issue so I called back. They said it was never added to the file, so I asked them to please add it. I called on Friday afternoon to check on the progress because I had still heard nothing and they told me my a/c was fixed but the person still had no idea there was an issue with the driver seat... so I politely asked they look for a third time.... I called at 10 am today, saturday, to check the status and the file STILL had no not of the driver seat issue.. the guy assured me he would look into it and get back to me. It is now 3:40 and not only have I heard nothing but no one is answering on any line at the dealership....To their credit none of the employees are ever overtly rude, the set up of their business is just a mess and there is zero follow through or accountability.I really wish I had not purchased my car AND extended warranty at such a poorly run establishment because I am forced to return every time there is an issue. If I were in the financial position to sell my car and buy another make I would in a heartbeat. I truly DREAD having to call or go into this place. It is an absolute dumpster fire.STAY AWAY.
My rear passenger tire pressure lights came on and I saw the pressure dropping fast. Turned in to their Quick Lane service depot, was greater promptly, courteously and provided with a very fair quote for my tire replacement.The service folks changed my spare and found a discarded vape charger as the cause for the puncture, he also showed me the thread level on the other tire was low and recommended I get another tire.Overall, the service, attention and value are incredible and I will always come back to them to service my vehicles.Shaun and Ben understand service and clear communication are key to enable informed decisions.
I have been using Tamiami Ford’s Service Department since I bought my F-150 8 years ago. I have used them for both routine maintenance and for repairs. They have always provided me with great service. I have been extremely pleased with them and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.
Poor service all around. Took car in for ABS/brake light. Issue was faulty ABS module. I have ESP so entitled to rental. Service manager upsold on need for rear brakes- fine I can deal with that. But I asked for oil change and troubleshoot stuck dipstick. Service dept never checked dipstick & 2 weeks after picking up car, still have not been reimbursed for rental car.
These guys are professional. My car was out of service for 2 weeks because of a part that had to be ordered. They kept me informed the whole time and went out of the way to make sure that I had transportation 2 and from the dealership. I thank them very much.
Drove down from Jacksonville and everything was ready for me upon arrival. Completed everything via the Internet ahead of time and the process was smooth and easy. In and out in about one hour. Very happy with my Mach E purchase from Tamiami. Jorge did a great job working with me even though I was 300 miles away. My only comment is the charging station was located near a tree and my Mach E was parked under it when I arrived. The tree dripped tree sap or something on the roof just after the car was ceramic coated. Jorge worked hard to remove the spots as best he could. My only other comments is about the tint put on the front windows. I realize 30% is the legal limit, but 30% is not dark enough and doesnt match the back windows so I am having it removed. I would have rather not had it installed or been told the percentage ahead of time. Otherwise, I would absolutely buy from Tamiami again. Friendly and straight forward staff. Great car buying expieriance.
What a great experience! I came in got what I wanted no haggle or fuss. The team was very friendly, helpful, and professional. A shout out to Jorge in sales and James in finance, they so shared my excitement in my new Bronco Sport and made my visit well worth the trip.
Car had a recall code. Took 5 days to have it repaired meanwhile total cost was over $2,700 including the rental car. The service writer made a good effort and it wasnt his fault.
I feel like I got the standard disingenuous, over-promise, under-deliver car dealership treatment. When I called service to set up an appointment for a safety recall repair on my vehicle, I got handed from one service department to another and eventually was put into voicemail. No one returned my call from the detail left on the voicemail, so after 24 hours I called again. This time I demanded to speak with the correct person about the safety recall. This person scheduled an appointment for me several days later at 10 am saying the fix is a simple one and shouldn’t take long. But when I dropped off the vehicle, the Service rep informed me that they were backed up and that I might need to leave the vehicle for two days. I complained and asked for some priority, but to no avail. On the second day I called asking for a status update at approximately 3:30 pm, I was told the vehicle still hadn’t been serviced and they asked if I could leave it for another day. I told them no, that I needed the vehicle by close of business. Shortly thereafter I was texted that the vehicle was ready for pickup by 6pm that day. Before picking up the vehicle I received a call from the service department (the only inbound call to me since starting this process), informing me about the additional service items that “needed to be done” on my vehicle. I declined and picked it up by 6pm without further incident. This is not how to run a customer service organization. I was evaluating through this interaction whether I would allow them to perform recurring preventative maintenance on this 2016 vehicle. After this experience, the answer is clearly NO WAY. It really shouldn’t be that difficult to r the phone, or return a call in a timely manner and follow thru on the expected service turnaround time. Maybe if they would have done that, they could have earned my future business.

Took truck in for under coating to be done due to extreme rust on a brand new $80,000 2021 F150. Paint dept kept my truck for a week and did nothing. Finally got it done and over to service.They did the oil change and nothing else asked to do. Brakes were squeaking and still are, but they said they couldnt hear it. Tailgate step pops open constantly, said its working fine, alignment is off, said they cant fix it, and to top it all off...i now have a nice big scratch on my front bumper that was not there before i dropped it off.Cant get paint service manager to call me back after 4 left messages either.Very poor service.
I was able to set an appointment easily. Peter (the advisor I spoke with in the quick lane) was able to get my vehicle in immediately and on time. I was only there for about an hour and they competed all preventative services due and gave my truck a wash. I am always satisfied when I go there. I had a similar experience when I needed a repair on my taillight in the regular service department.
Our experience exceeded our expectations. Having not been in a car dealership for many years we were still living in the old paradigm.Our sales person, Shawn Ernst, was a pleasure to work with. He scrambled to find the Edge that would fit our needs...and to navigate my wife’s singular focus on color versus my interest in features!As is true in most aspects of married life we arrived at a satisfactory outcome.....meaning she got the color she wanted while I forewent a few features I’d have preferred.Through it all Shawn was a patient listener who worked hard, with humor and tact, to earn our business.While it could be a while before we are again in a dealership we will have Tamiami Ford and Shawn at the top of our list.

Tamiami Ford was instantly responsive, even when I was cold calling for an estimate on some panel damage. Though my insurance (Geico) was terrible at “getting to it,” Tamiami Ford was professional, informative, and efficient. The car was repaired perfectly and on time. Highly recommended!
They did a great job getting me in for an appointment on a timely manner and helped take care of getting me into a rental car for the extended time period need to complete all of the repairs needing done. They were very polite and responded quickly and kept me informed throughout the entire time my car was in there possession. And went and covered the cost that was above what my insurance covered for the rental leaving only to pay my deductible. I would definitely recommend and use them in the future.
I was in the market for a new vehicle and came across a Cadillac CT6 that was listed for sale at Tamiami Ford. After debating it all night I decided to make the drive from West Palm to Naples. Upon driving through the dealership I was blown away by the array of new and used vehicles and how clean and well maintained they were. Once parking I walked in where I was greeted by Max A, right from the start Max was on his game and ready to help. The car happened to be finishing up going through service as Tamiami holds high standards for the vehicles the sell. Max took me over there to show me everything about the car. From there we were able to figure out the trade in for my F250 and the purchase of the CT6, and let me tell you it was the smoothest process Ive ever experienced. After making the deal I went over to financing to make it official and they were great over there as well. From start to finish on every level of this purchase the service was above and beyond! If highly recommend this dealership to anyone, and Id recommend asking for Max A a thousand times over.
I was looking for a good deal on a Pre owned vehicle. I think I must’ve hit every car dealership between Ft Myers and Naples. Tamiami Ford was such a happy surprise for me! Although it seemed far at first, it was so worth the drive! Max was our sales guy, and he couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. He seemed to really be looking out for my daughter and I, as if we were part of his own family. While I had a long wait times, no selection, dead batteries even and dirty smelly cars to drive in the other dealerships… Tamiami Ford was the complete opposite! Max had several vehicles available to show me in my price range, they were all clean and none of them smelled LOL. I felt like the dealership had definitely done a great job checking the mechanics of all the vehicles I drove. They all drove like new. So even though I’ve never been a Ford girl, I guess I am now! I love my new Ford suv and I am more than happy to suggest this place to anyone that is looking for a great car and a painless buying experience.

These guys are thieves. Bought a brand new Mustang Mach E that I ordered 18 months ago. They deliberately hid promotional offers that were available and did not offer them to me. When I found out about them the next day they just gave me a load of BS about how they didnt see them yesterday but the deal I got was equivalent, which it wasnt. Dont buy a car from these people - this should have been an easy deal but they are greedy and couldnt help but try to grab a few extra dollars. I dealt with James Kilgore in finance and Scott Z in sales.
Gabriel was wonderful. He explained all of the steps that needed to take place. Then as each step when forward he gave me the details so I completely understood what was taking place and he reminded me of the steps to follow. All along the way he did little extra things, like running out to my old car to get the registration and insurance card out of the glove box. He also cleaned out the garbage I hadnt gotten to and moved the things I wanted to keep into my new car. And when I told him how much I could spend, he made sure to structure the deal to meet my needs. He didnt waste my time trying to haggle about the $$. He was kind and considerate, even when I asked him the same question more than once. I hope that some if my friends need vehicles because I will definitely send them to Gabriel.

Came to Tamiami Ford after receiving an outrageous quote for new rotors and brake pads from Tire Choice. Found out my rotors are fine and break pads still have life (my F150 only has 26k miles). Glad I got a second opinion from a vehicle service department I can trust. I highly recommend Tamiami Ford for both sales and service.

I had purchased a 2020 Chevrolet suburban from Tamiami Ford. I had paid well over $52,000 for this vehicle and with their specifications of vehicle it stated that it had to entertainment systems one for the second row and one system for the third rail. And to go along with the systems it was to have two remotes and 4 pair of wireless headphones. After purchasing the vehicle and arriving home I started to check off all of the specs in those were missing. The sales person Al Alfonso stated that they were not responsible for that. And I believe that he is wrong if you advertise it it should have it. For that reason and their position on it I write them at Less than fair.

Quick Lane appointment slots are 20 minutes apart. “The Works” states 49 minutes. Check in and am told will be 1.5-2 hours. (There were only 4 people in the waiting area) Not sure how this works. Besides the long wait work seemed to be fine although they forgot to connect a sense when replacing the air filter. They should have noticed the Check Engine light before handing me the keys.
This is my second visit to Tamiami Collision. The staff are unbelievably helpful and caring. I cried. They took such amazing care of my car. I felt like I was the only car they had to take care of. Regular updates, no automated machines to deal with! The people I spoke to on the phone were the people I saw and dealt with in person. Thank you to Vicky and Lee who were heading my case. After a bad experience in Fort Myers we drove to Naples and were greeted by Scott Zakroczymski, we had a amazing experience and drove a Mustang home. I was visiting the dealership when I saw a blue mustang brought in on a truck. I wasnt aware at the time but I thought it was a owner bringing it in for a rebuild or something, the guy was laughing about it being wrecked. Later I came to learn that it was the owners son who takes cars brought in for service on joy rides. The owner let his son take customers property for his own amusement and destroyed it. Now from what I understand the business is not claiming fault or responsibility and told the owner to just go through his own insurance.
Hopefully this will be the last time I ever have to go to the dealership. I brought my car in at 8:00am on a Monday, didnt hear any from anyone till Wednesday ( after leaving several messages) and didnt get my car until Saturday morning, after being told they could find nothing wrong. Several people who have ridden in my car noticed how noisy it has gotten in the past month or so, but the service people couldnt.I was told the reason it took so long to get my car is they are short staffed. If that is true why book so many service appointments?
If I could leave a 0 star review I would! This is the worst dealership I’ve ever experienced. Please DO NOT trust the techs with your prized possession of a vehicle. They will take months to complete the work, and crash your car. My friend had his car serviced there, he would go to check on it and nothing was completed. Every time it would still be sitting on the lot. Finally, the day they said it would be ready, they didn’t even program the ECU to the new motor. After they completed that, they went on a test drive in the rain, hydroplaned the car, took down a light pole. Totaling the car. I feel extreme pain and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Made an appointment for Monday morning and dropped my car off Sunday which was convenient and the only good part of the process. Needed my intermittent wipers repaired and this was 2nd time in as they did not fix it the previous time. Also asked for the transmission to be checked. Both under warranty. The truck sat there for 5 days untouched. On Friday they said theyd order the rain sensor and suggested I leave my truck for 3 more days until it came in. I picked up my truck and they said theyd call me when it came in. Three weeks later they called. I asked the nice lady to have the service manager call me since I was not confident about the situation. Been a week and no call. Im going to another dealership

Claimed two fuses were missing. ?? Charged over $600 to replace, showed me which fuse and I checked that fuse had nothing to do with the problem. I got over charged. Yes I know which end of a wrench to use, I have changed a few motors in my life.

Dont buy here. Disorganized in phone communications. I made an offer on a vehicle, the salesman responded with a rehearsed speech. Then tells me someone already put an offer in for full price and I would have to beat that offer. Which I know was a lie because the truck wasnt even on the lot, it was off site and we had to find it. They also tried to add a reconditioning fee to the total price. Which is a total scam.I gave him my offer which was all cash, he comes back out f bombing that hes really upset we cant do the deal and basically escorted me out of the building. Very unprofessional and Disorganized, not to mention shady and liars. Kind of like buy here pay here. Do not buy from here, these are not honest people. Go north a short distance.
I moved to Naples recently from NY. I needed an oil change and stumbled on Tamiami Ford. No appointment and greeted me as soon as I walked in. They took my car right in and I waited in the nice waiting area. I’ve been back cents a few times and same greeting! Consistency is very important to me and familiarity. Everyone want to place they can trust to bring their car. I even drove up to New York and have it checked out before I left and they reassured me that I would be good! Happy customer Lisa Anderson
My favorite place for oil change and routine maintenance.No appointment needed, and they are done in 1 hour. There is a large waiting area, or Dylans Drafthouse is across the street for a quick lunch.

Bought a car from them, was more than the advertised price because of work they had to do to sell it??? Should have walked then. HAS a bad brake pulsation, it is 1.5 hours from my house. Took it back for them to fix, not fixed. Could have installed New rotors, not much $$ and not so hard??? Bring it back Um... I do not have 3 hours to keep bringing it back. Salesman knows, Service Manager knows, No one followed up. Been weeks. Max Alfonzo was my salesman... JOKE. Guess I will buy new rotors and pay to have them installed. Stay away.
The folks i dealt with at Tamiami took great care of me. Buying a car can be a bit of a stressful process but they were genuinely helpful, quick and honest. That being said, i will definitely return to them once another vehicle is needed!

I have never made a decision to buy a car so easy thanks to the professionalism and passion of Dakotah. We purchased a new Bronco from him several weeks ago and have recommended him and the dealership as far away as Sarasota.
I have been researching cars to buy and watching inventory of used cars by dealers websites for 4 months. I ended up buying my used car at Tamiami Ford because of the selection and price. Sort of. My experience was best with their website. Easy to use, when I went in and made the purchase, my salesman was very nice and ultimately the finance guy was also excellent. They gave me a very good trade in value for my 14 year old car. The problem I had with my experience was the fees and Upgrades done on the car. The car I purchased was priced favorably to Kelly Blue book.....at first. Then the upgrades hit. So when they itemized the bill of sale $1,060 was added back into the price of the car(not on the internet price). To bring the car to safe sale condition, front brakes and a car battery plus 10% on the service. This added to the price, put my purchase price at the high end of Kelly Blue book. Next dealer fees and title and plate service fees amounted to another $1,000. Unreal!Cant speak to this as being normal with all dealerships....but will not do that again. Should have walked away but was 4 hours into the sales deal at this point.

Unfortunately, there is a lot of difficulty Industry wide with a backlog of work, and rental car shortages, but they did their best under the circumstances to accommodate us. Including returning the rental car for us, and making sure that we had transportation in spite of the length of time it took to get our car back.

I recently purchased a 2014 Buick Enclave, Premium, from Tamiami Ford, online. Essentially sight unseen. The pictures and description were pretty accurate. My family, friends and myself were sceptical. But I finally found the vehicle that had everything I was looking for. Lots of them said I wouldnt be able to find a vehicle with all that I wanted for a good price or without high mileage, but I did. I took a chance. My salesman, Rob Olienick, was so personable, helpful, and accommodating. I was very comfortable with him and respected his helpfulness and in addressing any of my concerns. He actually delivered the car to me in Georgia, where I was staying at the time. They took care of all the paperwork, loan process, out of state tags, title, and registration. There was a couple rather minor issues I was concerned with and Rob made sure they were addressed immediately. All in all, it was a very smooth, pleasant and accommodating process and I would recommend purchasing from there, even online. It was smooth and painless and I love my new, used vehicle!!! We bought a 2019 Ford Explorer Limited new from a dealer in our midwest hometown. It came with a very irritating problem that they could not find or fix. Last winter we drove it to our Naples winter home and I took it to Tamiami Ford. It took them two days to locate and fix the problem, they covered our rental after the first day and could not have been more professional and personable in the process. I have owned over 30 cars in my lifetime and this is clearly the best service department I have ever dealt with.
I just got my dream car with the help of Tamiami Ford and Dean Artino.Dean was my salesman the I worked with on this deal and I could not be more happy with the outcome. I called on Wednesday about a Mustang Bullitt I had seen online and set a date to come in and take a look with Dean. Dean showed me the car and worked the price down to more than fair for the condition before I even started to negotiate. On top of this fair and upfront talk on the price of the car I wanted, he also gave me a more than fair price on my trade in! Long story short after filling out all the paperwork and coming to an agreement on the price I was headed home in a car I have dreamed of owning my entire life. I drove away in my dream car and I felt like I was treated fairly on price and was not taken advantage of at all. I could not recommend buying a car from Tamiami any more, I am so happy after working with them! It is a great dealership and Dean Artino was a great salesman. Very friendly service. Accommodating to my schedule. Took vehicle in as son as I arrived and got it done in a timely fashion. I did not wait long for my oil change. The waiting room is very nice with bottled water or coffee. I would highly recommend Tamiami Ford in Naples, FL.
I made an appointment for oil change. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a very polite young man who started to write up the work order. He returned a few minutes later to inform me that they did not service F250 Super Duties. I must go to the truck fleet sale site several blocks away. I was met with a barrage of, we don’t work on gasoline engines here. Who sent you here? Go back to the dealership you came from and go to fast lane, your appointment is still on for 2:00. I arrived At fast? Lane and was met with more disbelief and derision. Instead of being met with apologies and immediate service, I was relegated to close to an hour and a half of waiting.My name is Ronald Baker, Bonnie’s husband. I worked for Ford Motor Company for 35 years in Truck Engine Engineering. As a Powertrain Engineer and troubleshooter for F-Series engine warranty and repair issues at the dealership level. I am A very loyal retiree from Ford and I was appalled by the treatment that I received. If I were not a loyal Ford customer and former employee I would have taken my business elsewhere.Get your service department squared away or you will all be on the street looking for new jobs.
Had such a amazing experience while shopping for my new truck. My sales person Tanya Neumann meet me at the door when I arrived after our talk on the phone. She all ready had a few trucks put off to the side for me to look at per our conversation. She was very informative about all the trucks we looked at and even pointed out a few things I didn’t know. The finance manager was also very helpful and informative. It was well worth the drive from Cape Coral to purchase my 2020 F150.
Do not go here if you want your Ford tech totaling your car. They thought it would be cool to test drive a Ford GT and completely demolish it. Hopefully once the bigger media catches up on them, they’ll feel some sort of “remorse” for crashing a customer’s car.
BUYER BEWARE. Very displeased with the sneaky practices in purchasing a vehicle here. I was told a price when I ordered the car, then when I went to pick up the vehicle, it was basically held hostage from me in that we were required to purchase dealer installed accessories like tinted windows (on a vehicle that already had rear windows tinted), lojack, and nitrogen in the tires for $1100. They claimed that I was still getting the price we agreed to for the vehicle, but it was dealer policy to tack on what amounts to $250 of value for $1100... a blatant markup over our agreement. General manager rudely told me if I didnt want the vehicle (that I had been waiting 8 months for), that I could just walk away. SHAME ON ME for not asking will you add ANYTHING ELSE? no doubt, but THEIR NAME DOES NOT MEAN A GREAT DEAL, despite what the commercials say!
Issues all throughout the process of trying to buy a used car here. Had issues with the internet price not being the actual price of the car with work the dealer did on it, but worked through all of that and we were ready to actually buy the thing. We were confused and uncomfortable with one line at the bottom of the worksheet so asked our salesman, and got this in return. Definitely won’t be buying from Tamiami Ford again (again, because we’ve bought here in the past— walked away this time for sure).Only reason it’s two stars instead of one is that servicing on the F150 we purchased here has been good. Nice people in that department for sure!
Fabulous dealership. Amazing service. Really worked with us to help us find the vehicle we wanted. Manager called me at home to let me know what was available. Al our salesman did a great job. Came into Tamiami Ford for service repair. I purchased my truck 3 years ago ran into my old salesman Henry. Treated me once again wonderfully made a great deal on a 2021 Explorer. He was wonderful, we also got a free concert his dad showed up and played as a concert on a harp what a great experience where else can you go buy a car and get a serenade like if youre at a five-star dinner. His dad was the harp player that serenaded us at Martin Fierro Few years back. Small world.
Was really disappointed with Salesman when I asked for the owners manual. He said that there not one for the truck, but to goggle it and purchase it. Have also left message for the salesman to call me along with sales managers. No response I have a question regarding the registration. Itshow a fee of $350. for new registration, when should have been a transfer. So do I get a sticker for one more year, or new plates, I do not want I have a military plate and wish to keep it. A person in parts was much more helpful than the sales staff.

Very poor. Made a deal and put a deposit down same day while waiting for the paperwork to be filled out. Next day, I get a call from the GM with some BS story about how they sent the vehicle out for modifications and the price is going up when they get it back. Honestly, pretty shocking behavior. Would not recommend.
Definitely a great experience with them. They went above and beyond, they brought the car that Im interested in at my house so I can see and test drive it. Jim was very nice and helpful. Next day closed the deal and I bought the car. So far I dont have any problems with it.
Took my 18 Ford Edge Sport in for a brake line recall. Todd was my service representative. The service was preformed quickly and I was in and out in just over an hour. They have good service figured out.
I had an issue with my car so I drove to Tamiami Ford while on vacation to check out the problem. Within 15 minutes, the issue was diagnosed. I brought my Edge back the next morning to be serviced. I had a bigger problem than expected due to living in an area where the roads are salted in the winter. Sean was my service contact and he did an amazing job working with me. He made sure I had a nice courtesy car to use while I was on vacation. He also took time to answer my calls when I called asking questions.My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner considering the issues in getting the parts needed during a pandemic. Once the last part came in, I did not have to wait for it to be fixed. They immediately worked on the car and finished the work the same day the last part arrived.Kudos to the service department for a job well done!Thank you Tamiami Ford for making my trip back North a safe one!
My experience was absolutely amazing. I hate dealing with anything that has to do with car trouble yet they made it effortless, they really seemed like they cared & I felt a type of southern hospitality which calmed my anxiety. The service center manager was beyond kind & made sure I was taken care of. I moved to Florida last year & my experience at this Ford was night & day from the dealerships in California where I’m from originally.
I had a great experience at Tamiami Ford. Tyler and Dylan were great to work with In sales and Jason in finance made the transaction seemless. I caught Tyler just as he was about to lock up. He decided to help me anyway and went above and beyond to put me in the great 2021 Bronco; awesome vehicle! Tyler was able to give me a last minute test ride where I was able to drive it and wrap everything up within an hour. Him and Dylan are great to work with. I brought back my Bronco the next day as I realized overnight I wanted more features. Tamiami Ford offers you that opportunity to trade it back if you dont like it with a certain amount of days. Dylan was more than helpful to make things work. Jason was very helpful in finance and came in on his day off and made it work. Ive purchased a lot of new cars over the years from NY to Florida and this was by far my best experience at a dealership. I highly recommend Tyler and Dylan as they are very helpful and communicative.
