The most ridiculous operation Ive experienced in my 56 years of living.14 calls to the service department over the course of 3 days went unanswered (...sorry, the receptionist isnt available, please leave a message...), and when I finally was dispatched in, I had to leave a message with my service advisor.Well, a week later, I got a call back (all the while, my Jeep is sitting in the shop).Then, a few days later, it was fixed.Yet.When I went to pick it up, my service advisor wasnt available.Apparently, only my service advisor could give me my Jeep.After I threw a fit, they processed my warranty paperwork and gave me my vehicle.This has got to be the most ill-prepared bunch Ive ever encountered...
Not very friendly service center, they seem to be more interested in making as much money off you as they can. Extremely expensive. Didnt get the help I needed or get my Jeep Grand Cherokee fixed....its now going on over 2 weeks and I still dont have my car, and cant seem to get anyone to answer the phone..
Been trying to make a friggin appointment for service. But it seems like no one was available AT ALL.. FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS OF TRYING TO CALL.. what a shame of a service

The service department seems disorganized and did not provide a quality customer service experience on our initial visit for a van sliding door repair. There was no communication when the work was completed, the repair was found to not be correct when we arrived, and we had to return the following day to pick it up. They pulled our vehicle around dripping wet covered with soap and did not care to dry it off.
