Service as usual at Germain Toyota is excellent. Very fast very efficient and great customer service. It is the only place that I take my Camry or will ever take my Camry or any other Toyota that I may own. The service department seems to be very honest and very reliable. I definitely recommend.

Not best experience. 24 month Van check and it took 3.5 hrs for tire rotation and oil change. A big No, No for an hour job and van left out in 108 degrees, too hot to drive it til A/C cooled it down.

I normally go here for regular servicing of my car and last I went there in July 10th this year. What a terrible and dangerous experience I can’t still believe that they rotate my tires and carelessly forgot to few nuts or some sort of parts. I was driving on I-75 with my family and few of folks on the road told us that our tires are wobbling extremely and then and there we exited and went to Walmart auto. They told this shocking negligence of this Toyota Naples service center who did this terrible service and we with kids we’re almost saved from terrible accident. This is shocking and I am not going there anymore.
