My wife needed a michelin super sport run flat tire. She had been to collier goodyear south and was not treated well. She ended up going to Tire Kingdom. The experience was wonderful. They were able to get the tire the next day. They made sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom.

I called and asked if they had a tire I needed for my trailer. They told me they had my tire in stock. Drove there, waited around for 45 minutes, then they went to pull the tire and realized they don’t have one. The place seemed clean and they were friendly enough.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HEREThis place has to be one of the most inefficient and dishonest businesses I have ever encountered. I had 4 tires delivered there to be installed. Had a morning appointment and arrived at 8:30am. They didnt get the car in to start working on til 9:30ish. Its now almost 11:00am and the car is still not done. All that was needed was installation of 4 tires and an alignment. My car was jacked up, completely untouched for an hour before they started actually working on it. Meanwhile, every other customer that was there had issues with either service taking too long, services done without customer approval and/or being overcharged. The manager Mike did not handle these issues well, nor mine when I asked him what was taking so long. Absolutely embarrassing customer service all around.

I had them put new tires on my car before leaving to go back to indiana and the tires wobbled all the way home. After trying multiple times to align and balance them I have to buy new tires because I received defective tires.

So this was my first time at this tire kingdom. I set an appointment for new tires for the rear side. Once I was there I was going to wait for what would be 1 hour and 40 minutes for that was the estimated time I was given. While the employees were taking off the two rear wheels off. It was brought to my attention that one of the wheel studs and luds were stripped and when they took it off the tip of the stub was broken stuck inside the lud. They said they were going to repair it but after a while they told me last minute the tires I requested weren’t here until tomorrow. So they put the tires back and told me to come tomorrow. The stud that broke wasn’t fixed so I just took the car home, but the calibrator went off. I decided to have it personally checked out by someone for fear that they might have stripped the another stud and all of the lud. What resulted was the other studs was broken and luds were all stripped and needed to be replaced. Thankfully no order was fully set and they haven’t even called back.

Again the best service. Every member who works at this store is very helpful. This review is for those people who try a place by their reviews, please visit this facility if u have any vehicle issues. You wont be disappointed. Ask for Ernesto, hes very knowledgeable as well as helpful. He saved me money again. Tire kingdom has become my Go to place when it comes to my vehicles maintenance.

I went here for an oil change and got oil change, filter, and tire rotation for$28.40! Wow! What a deal. Service was very quick and personnel were awesome. They even found a minor thermostat leak. Great people.Thank you Tire Kingdom!

Took my car here about a wèek ago. My sevice here prior to this was great. But when I went to get my oil changed done here come to find out the next day my car started leaking some kind of liquid. I thought it was something different. So I took it to my mechanic. Just to check to see what was leaking. Come to find out that it was my motor oil.. My mechanic told me whoever did my oil change. Ruin my bult and washer for my oil Pan. And I need a whole new oil change again, Plus bult and washer, oil Pan, and Gasket. because they were grinded really bad. He said new oil change because when they drain the oil it didnt even look like it was just cleaned. it looked really dirty Brown in color. It shouldnt look that color after just a oil change 3 or 4 days prior to that he said

I went in to get my brakes changed but the nice service guys could have just changed them but instead they told me I had no need for it since my brakes still had some ways to go. I appreciated the honesty cause I was set on just buying new brakes. Instead I got a good deal on two new tires. Great customer service!

This service center gave me the best experience I could ask for. First with the phone call to make my appointment, I was given options that day at different times. 11am 2pm and 4pm asked the best time that would work for me. I made my appointment and arrived early. I was immediately approached and assisted buy who I assumed to be a regular mechanic. After discussing my problem ( a flat with no noticable puncture) the mechanic told me he would like to explore. I was expecting a total tire replacement or a patch at the very least. Because the technician went the extra step to explore the issue I was told all I needed a valve stem and it would cost considerably less than I intended to spend. Now to further my five stars in conversation I discovered that he was actually the GM of this particular location. Along with the expert service and willingness to put the customer first I will be having my breaks done here in 3 weeks. Thank you team from Tire Kingdom for the experience. If you need work done on your automobile this the place to go.

I observed a nail in the middle tread of a tire on my Miata and called around to find a fairly broad range of prices to patch it. I was able to set an appointment at the Tire Kingdom close to Lely and next to Wawa where they had the best price and strong reviews.I arrived a bit early and they took the car right in and within minutes the car was pulled out front and I was advised that two objects were found and removed and they were neither one deep so I was good to go AND there was absolutely no charge because patching was not necessary.Needless to say I was blown away by how they handled things - on time, quick check, objects removed, tire checked to ensure no leakage and NO CHARGE whatsoever.Ive driven the car a few days now and sure enough no loss of tire pressure. So, of course we will go back if we need something else and we are sharing our incredible experience with all our friends.Great customer service - very professional and personable, as well!

Today I had a awesome experience in tire kingdom, to start with the location is perfect very convenient. Since I walked in I was welcomed by Sanchez in the front he was so informative and respectful. He answered all my questions. I felt I could trust this place. Also they were very fast even though they are short staff. They are a awesome team. I would highly recommend this place.

I came to this tire kingdom to fulfill my warranty. They did not call the company that I have my coverage through & said it was “denied” even though the service advisor said “I have no clue what is covered under this warranty”. Even though I called the company. Then the manager was called but ignored me twice and when he finally came, he did not seem to have any interest in helping me with my problem. He said “I’m not gonna lie to you, we are pretty busy & have a lot to do”. I asked him if he had time for an appointment but kept talking circles & stated if I can come at a more “convenient time” for them because he didn’t want to deal with it. I ended up leaving & going to another tire kingdom for assistance.

My experience at Tire Kingdom was great. Thank you to their helpful staff, and mechanics who helped make what would normally be a stressful experience, quite pleasant. Sanchez, Carlos, and Kerry and all the guys were all super helpful, but the real MVP, was Kevin-- the mechanic! Kevin explained what was wrong with my car in a way that made sense, and was very persistent with my car that admittedly had a lot of rust from the snow storms it endured. The guys were upfront and honest with their price quote and quote with how much time it would take. I appreciated their updates on the timing when my car would be ready, when there was a delay in the part that was needed. Kevin did a great job fixing my car, and it feels like its running like new again! Thanks again, gentlemen, for making my day at Tire Kingdom more enjoyable!

Very happy with the overall experience. They worked hard to find the tough to spot leak in my tire. Simple and straightforward advice and service.

Today was proof that every store is not the same .. had a very bad time on Thursday at one tire kingdom in town .. received a call from the District Manager Tom he asked me to give them another try at a different Location. Went to the new location this morning and met the GM Kerry and between him and his great team it was 180° difference in customer service. Had all 4 tires changed and my oil changed it was all done with a very reasonable time me frame was treated wonderfully when I came in the pick up my car . I would recommend all my friends and family to go to this store ... And once again I would like to thank Tom and Kerry for all there help ...

Tire kingdom was great for us! We had a rental car that had a leak. Brought it early am and they were busy but as told the day before they would get me in and out and they did!Ernesto and Sanchez had great customer service and was able to make a stressful situation a little easier.

I have had a lot of problems with finding a service place for my cars since I moved to Naples FL. . I have been here in Naples for 15 years. MY Wifes car is a 1999 MERCEDES -BENZ CLK 320 . I explained to him that the steel belt on my tire was showing and I was afraid to drive it any longer. He immediately took action and got my tire changed for me. Great customer service! On my vacation from Michigan I blew out my tire. I was 1500 miles from home and I was terrified of what i was going to do and how I was going to make it home safely. I was as prepared as I could be before my trip but I ended up needing two new tires. Tire Kingdom was AMAZING. They were reassuring and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. The tires I could afford wouldn’t be in until the next day and so they gave me a discount on a better brand of tires they did have in stock. I will never for get how kind and professional the manager here was. Thank you for easing my mind and making a bad situation into a great experience.

This place is reliable has great customer service and has the BEST prices on tires! Ive had my vehicle serviced here many times since they opened as I travel to work and need frequent oil changes. Kerry the store manager always gets things done. The team there is great and I highly recommend this place. Wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else!

So glad to have found this repair shop! The staff was not only super nice and professional but knowledgeable and fair. They let me know my options for service and cost and repaired my car quickly and within budget.

I arrived just a few minutes before closing with a flat. They didnt bat an eye. They stayed late and took care of everything. On the other hand I had tried to stop at Goodyear because it was closer and just drop it off. They said they didnt have enough staff to even take the time to look at my flat tire. Definitely wouldnt have had time to put new tires on before I left on my trip.

For a company like Tire Kingdom professionalism is expected. The person I spoke to was disorganized. Probably new, however basic customer service should have been established before putting someone to work. Not very happy with my experience today.

Came in for an oil change and I am completely happy with my service. Julian did a great job fixing my car quickly and efficiently. He and the whole staff were polite, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely bring my car here for service again.

Had a flat tire which was not safe to repair. They did me right in buying a new tire. In and out in a half hour all at a very fair price. I think I found a new service center in this place. Highly recommend!

Picked up a nail and had a slow leak. Called and spoke to the GM Kerry and said he could do a proper repair (inside patch and not a plug) I was very concerned about removing the tire and damaging the wheel as that has happened to me before. Kerry said no problem and that they would guarantee the result. Sure enough they did the repair quickly and the wheel looked great. Shop is clean and the techs were great. Very polite. They also do many other services and will use in the future.

Im always hesitant to take my car to any other company vs our regular service place. Well the husband is out of town who usually takes care of this for me. Not being car savvy I feared that taking my vehicle to a place closer to work would also mean a regular car service would some how turn into a nighmare, but I had to give in and get my car done and opted for your establishment. I will say I was pleasently surprised by everyone here. There was not a single moment where I felt overwhelmed by mechanical verbiage, I was explained the time frame in which the service would be completed very accurately the staff was courteous and patient with me big plus+++. I must certainly appreciate that your mechanics are wearing protective gear to protect myself and themselves during these times. You guys made this so easy that if I ever needed service done again I can confidently entrust you with my car.

First time visit to Tire Kingdom. Went online to schedule oil change, filled in specifics on Mercedes GLE and received confirmation email with appt time and price.  My wife showed up for the appt and the manager (Kerry Cepero) explained to her when checking in that the price she had wasnt correct and it would cost more because the appt was for a diesel rather than gas vehicle?  She called me and said she was getting scammed by this guy so I sent her the email confirmation showing price and vehicle information so she could get the confirmed online price.  The manager said he was unable to view the online reservation for some reason along with a lot of double talk.  He tried to explain that full synthetic oil is for diesel engines....??? I went back online to double check that my vehicle info was correct and indeed it was for a gas engine and not diesel.  My wife asked him to view her online confirmation - he just handed her the keys back and said to leave!!  I cannot say for sure that they were trying to take advantage of my wife but I would surely NOT RECOMMEND this Tire Kingdom if youre FEMALE!

I had an appointment to bring my car in for a wheel alignment early one morning. I had a service appointment scheduled at Lexus for an hour later but wanted to save money on the alignment as Lexus charges almost $200 for what Tire Kingdom charged $105 (tax incl). After paying and driving to Lexus, I was made aware that my alignment was off and was questioned about my rear right tire. The tire was angled so drastically outward, that from standing directly behind the car, my rear right tire was pointing about 15 degrees to the right of where i was standing. I had Lexus complete another wheel alignment - being almost worried to drive anywhere by the look of my rear right tire.A couple days later when I had some time, I went back to Tire Kingdom to try and calmly explain the situation. I even tried to keep the conversation between the rep and myself due to other customers in the waiting area. Well, being conscientious about hurting their business is no longer a concern. This place is ONE TO AVOID.I had the measurements from Tire Kingdom & Lexus. Both services were done about an hour apart and both were time stamped. I asked for a refund stating I was not happy and even concerned with their work but there was no resolution. The condescending sales rep constantly asked me why I would not call them or bring it back - clearly not understanding I was not satisfied with their work, worried to drive my car anywhere & certainly worried about the quality of work performed at Tire Kingdom. The condescending rep also constantly mentioned their equipment was somehow better than the equipment at Lexus & my car being a 2007 somehow mattered as well. A 2007 Lexus with 45,000 miles was somehow an issue as well.I WOULD NOT bring your car here under any circumstances. Never in my life have I ever witnessed an alignment so off that it was actually visible to the human eye. And I was questioned about bringing it back for them to fix?!I repeat - STAY AWAYUPDATE: The 5 FT staff member bald with glasses that is mentioned in another alignment issue comment with the Toyota Truck is the same condescending sales rep I spoke with. EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT AND CONDESCENDING.IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: I WANT A REFUND

Took my 2006 Nissan van in to get flat tire repaired. Ernie, the service manager test drove it and showed me that the lower control arms were shot. I knew the front-end was messed up but didn’t know exactly what was wrong. I ended up asking them to take care of the control arms along with some other service items that the local Nissan dealer had provided a quote for. Wow, what a difference in the way it drives. Ernie and his team “Erned” my future business. So long, Nissan of Naples and your $150 hourly rates for subpar work.
